The Antichrist is Here

Discussion in 'The Signs of the Times' started by Fatima, Mar 12, 2019.

  1. I mentioned "some" here, plural, so don't take it so personally. And I said yourself "or Colin Donovan", and unlike what you wrongly characterized my simple comment to mean I have no objection to Mr. Donovan himself....but only intended to put his opinion offering when asked about these writings into a more realistic perspective....since he's come up a number of times as a source of reason to reject becoming acquainted with this "gift" from God.

And your quick response holds within it extreme reaction....casting me as an "enemy" now to Mr. Donovan so in need of his prayers. My my! When you urge people to do something other than what the Church permits on this subject, to urge to wait for some "Vatican" approved "critical" edition while not necessary, after being introduced to what is already allowed as an acceptable (which itself has to be included within the current study) translation and permitted to be read, even urged to be read due to all of its thorough documentation, is going beyond the authority that is recognized over this revelation.....your don't like the term "authority" then I'll substitute mis-advising those interested that goes beyond what the experts are requiring. (still sounds though like a type of usurping of that authority to one's self)

To seek the truth and to help correct misinformation that may influence others incorrectly esp. when it's a great gift given for God's children isn't ever "bad manners". Nor is coming to the defense of one of great good will, one with a closer knowledge of the central figures of authority here than others, when her work is mischaracterized as "knowing" the outcome of the final "critical" result re: the writings. Where were the "manners" contained in that? The idea that what is already not objected to by the Church, generally, including the most critical translation and interpretation out there, will not be discredited (since it already has its own stamp of approval) by the final "official" presentation of the whole should not be insinuated as something being inconceivable or wrong to assume.

Again, with private revelations it's always the local ordinary who has authority over the process. The work for the critical translation is a part of that process which began prior to that. Meanwhile many have acquainted themselves via what has been available and given permission to teach based on that understanding. The new ordinary himself,
the archbishop, in his introduction, was accompanied by don Sergio Pellegrini, ecclesiastical assistant of the public association of the faithful “Little Children of the Divine Will”. That association is something that blossomed out of the writings of Luisa. Is that to be considered anathema and "on hold"?

    And his parting comments:

It is a path that engages our whole life, seeking and welcoming the Divine Will, as far as it is possible for us. It is a journey forever, to get ever more abundantly what is contained in the heart of God”.

Oops! How can he say that conclusively if he hasn't the "critical" translations of the writings??

But I will gladly engage with your last comment's decision to not further communicate with me....."until I learn some manners".....since no doubt with this comment you will still have to live up to that decision! So I guess it's sayonara for now.:notworthy:

Again, a better place for those interested is the thread meant for this teaching alone:

I'm not sure Luther is exactly the person you want to use as a benchmark here.

If the Bishop urges caution because of this exact situation we find ourselves here and EWTN - who met with the poster and Fr. Bucci in person - backs up that message that there are NO English translations that are authorized to be posted, I'm not sure why it would be given free reign here on MOG, and if it was why would we not have the ability to counter the negative interpretations.

I also don't know why there is a constant creation of threads for Luisa here. Lynn just created yet another thread and shared a video on Luisa. There is a very hard push that seems to be coordinated.

Seems to me the most prudent thing to do out of obedience and to minimize the risk of erroneous interpretations would be to do what the bishop requested and wait until the translated critical edition is produced in English.

  3. Lynnfiat didn't start this thread. The topic of the Divine Will entered into the discussion when the Our Father, word for word, was offered which lent itself naturally to what those words actually mean in the coming era of the Divine Will....in that "Thy Will be done on earth as it is in heaven", the essence of the Divine Will messages which have to be understood prior to entering that Era.

Good discussion actually since what's left after shaking out the accumulated dust of "suppositions" while fuller facts are being introduced, perhaps for the first time or first challenge, is always what's eternal rather than limited to finite type reactions due to what has been only allowed to be discussed within repeated limits placed upon the discussion by a few. Other discussions/threads have also been "ruined" by such "interferences"!

I wonder if it is possible for a person who has faithfully served God all his life to fall into apostasy and follow the Antichrist when he appears. The First Martyrs had a monumental strength to resist against tribulations and tortures, which seems to have been granted from above. I wonder if many will not lose perseverance in faith when they suffer the persecutions of the antichrist

Xavier "In the end, My Immaculate Heart will Triumph."

Yes, so it's a good idea for us all to make The Nine First Fridays to the Sacred Heart or the Five First Saturdays to the Immaculate Heart, and/or the Great Double Novena to the Twin Hearts Together for Nine Months, because Jesus and Mary, in these fully Church-approved Divine Apparitions have promised specifically (1) the graces of final perseverance and the last Sacraments; and all that is necessary for salvation in the hour of death in the first two, and (2) the grace never to sin mortally again in the second. Devotions like these we can incorporate into our personal prayer and sacramental life and their main purpose imho is only to help in the sanctification and salvation of our souls and of all souls, to help us all grow in love of God and neighbor each day. God bless.

Edit: I like the idea of Divine Will (Will is synonymous with Love or Heart to most theologians), because many Saints and Doctors say Uniformity and Conformity to the Divine Will is a certain way to become a Saint. For e.g. here is St. Alphonsus in "Uniformity with God's Will (a fairly self-revealing title! :D) ""Perfection is founded entirely on the love of God: 'Charity is the bond of perfection;' and perfect love of God means the complete union of our will with God's." ... Because David fulfilled all his wishes, God called him a man after his own heart ... A single act of uniformity with the divine will suffices to make a saint." please read the full work on EWTN for more https://www.ewtn.com/library/spirit/uniformi.txt ). But I admit I haven't particularly studied this devotion much. I intend to, though, as time permits. God bless all.

Double edit, sorry! And this is a wonderful closing thought from St. Alphonsus, which all of us can take to heart and try to practice: "If we would completely rejoice the Heart of God, let us strive in all things to conform ourselves to his divine will. Let us not only strive to conform ourselves, but also to unite ourselves to whatever dispositions God makes of us. Conformity signifies that we join our wills to the will of God. Uniformity means more -- it means that we make one will of God's will and ours, so that we will only what God wills; that God's will alone, is our will. This is the summit of perfection and to it we should always aspire; this should be the goal of all our works, desires, meditations and prayers. To this end we should always invoke the aid of our holy patrons, our guardian angels, and above all, of our mother Mary, the most perfect of all the saints because she most perfectly embraced the divine will."

Our Blessed Mother is the destroyer of heresies. If we consecrate ourselves to Jesus through Mary and pray the rosary, she will guard and protect us! We have her promise!

The Blessed Virgin Mary promised to Saint Dominic and to all who follow that "Whatever you ask in the Rosary will be granted." She left for all Christians Fifteen Promises to those who recite the Holy Rosary.

Imparted to Saint Dominic and Blessed Alan

    1. Whoever shall faithfully serve me by the recitation of the Rosary, shall receive signal graces.

    2. I promise my special protection and the greatest graces to all those who shall recite the Rosary.

    3. The Rosary shall be a powerful armor against hell, it will destroy vice, decrease sin, and defeat heresies.

    4. The Rosary will cause virtue and good works to flourish; it will obtain for souls the abundant mercy of God; it will withdraw the hearts of men from the love of the world and its vanities, and will lift them to the desire for eternal things. Oh, that souls would sanctify themselves by this means.

    5. The soul which recommends itself to me by the recitation of the Rosary, shall not perish.

    6. Whoever shall recite the Rosary devoutly, applying himself to the consideration of its sacred mysteries shall never be conquered by misfortune. God will not chastise him in His justice, he shall not perish by an unprovided death; if he be just he shall remain in the grace of God, and become worthy of eternal life.

    7. Whoever shall have a true devotion for the Rosary shall not die without the sacraments of the Church.

    8. Those who are faithful to recite the Rosary shall have during their life and at their death the light of God and the plenititude of His graces; at the moment of death they shall participate in the merits of the saints in paradise.

    9. I shall deliver from Purgatory those who have been devoted to the Rosary.

    10. The faithful children of the Rosary shall merit a high degree of glory in Heaven.

    11. You shall obtain all you ask of me by the recitation of the Rosary.

    12. All those who propagate the Holy Rosary shall be aided by me in their necessities.

    13. I have obtained from my Divine Son that all the advocates of the Rosary shall have for intercessors the entire celestial court during their life and at the hour of death.

    14. All who recite the Rosary are my sons and daughters, and brothers and sisters of my only Son Jesus Christ.

    15. Devotion of my Rosary is a great sign of predestination.

One thing he said is that Saint Vincent Ferrer told people that being Confirmed would give the grace to resist the anti-Christ because the Sacrament of Confirmation has made us soldiers of Christ and its mark will help us in the time when we need to persevere.

Yes, it is certain that many will loose their faith after the warning when the persecution of the Antichrist comes through the microchip (5G technology). Once one takes the chip, essential in order to buy and sell food/supplies, they will have sold their soul to the devil permanently, because they were given the illumination of conscience to know God's absolute truth, which all will see is only present in his Catholic Church. At that time, many like the Isralites coming out of the bondage in Egypt, will do as they did and look back at what they had instead of keeping their eyes focused on the era of peace coming after the 1290 days of persecution (Rev 20: 1-10). For this reason, most will take the mark of the beast and loose their soul. Its easy to remain faithful when ones belly is full and you have freedom and neighbors who are not starving and without heat, electricity, jobs, money and the comforts of life. This will not be the conditions when God permits the Antichrist to reign.

I am not so sure of that Fatima. My experience has been exactly the opposite. It can be very hard to remain faithful when times are plentiful. I have fallen when times are good much worse than when they were a struggle.
Rabbi's have said openly that the Jewish messiah is in the "world" (their exact word) now and has been for some time. That means they know who he is, he may not be in Israel, and they are waiting to reveal him to the world when the time is right. Some rabbi's have openly said that time very well may be these next few weeks in fact.
God said that the woman would be given two wings of a great eagle and carried away into the wilderness where she is nourished in the time of trouble. God will provide.

I understand what you have said. However, I was speaking to the times today when the presumption of faithfulness of the baptized seems to be enough for most. When these lukewarm Christians have to suffer, most will take the easy road and follow what the Antichrist has to offer, rather then starve and be homeless. They will take the mark of the beast, the microchip, as a means of being able to buy and sell. I think it is very important to reflect on the plight of the Israelites coming out of bondage in Egypt. Once they realized that they were going to be fed bread and quail they began to grumble against God. They melted their gold and silver and made false gods and began to worship them. So God made them walk in circles in the desert for 40 years, in what should have been a 40 day journey. And in the end only two, Joshua and Caleb were allowed to enter the promised land out of 601,730 who left Egypt.. The temptation will be for us to look back as well and if we do not accept God's plan and we look back, we too will not enter the era of peace our Lady of Fatima and Revelations 20 speak too.

In last Sunday's readings we heard about Joshua receiving the bread God gave them to eat for the last time in their 40 year journey and the next day they ate from from land of milk and honey from the promised land. We must study this journey, because it will be our own.

Really? I had no idea Rabbi’s were speaking that way. Do most Jews feel he is here already? What proof do they have?

The Jews are waiting for their Messiah who will bring peace.

We are waiting for a period of peace prophesized by Our Lady of Fatima.

So it does make sense that a period of peace will eventually usher in the final Antichrist. This is what has been prophesized by seers like Saint Hildegard of Bengin and Venerable Bartholomew Holzhauser; first apostasy and unrest, followed by a renewal of the Faith and peace, followed by the time of the Antichrist and then the Last Four Things.

This thinking does not correspond to scripture, especially Revelations chapters 19 and 20. It also contradicts much Catholic prophecy today and for the past 50 years. I for one will stick to scripture and the prophets of today sounding the alarm of his near arrival. Signs are all around us now.

Fatima, I think that we have had this discussion multiple times before. It does correspond to many Catholic prophecies and to scripture. I think that we should simply agree to disagree.

For anyone else reading this post, you can reference Desmond Birch's book "Trial, Tribulation and Triumph - Before, During and After Antichrist" to confirm what I have stated here.

Yes, we disagree on this, but those who disagree with the Antichrist coming soon and then defeated and thrown into hell with the False Prophet where Satan is at as well, for 1000 years (Rev:20) and then loosed again prior to the end of the world and the final judgement can simply not be explained by Birch and those who follow his timeline. From my point of view, this is why God sends his credible prophets to forewarn (Amos 3:7), as many have been doing, in the past 50 years or so, right up and including to this very moment. All the signs of Matthew 24 are here as well. Finally, I have not read how the current times, apparently just a bump in the road to him and others, end with the era of peace they are predicting. If someone can speak to how this bump in the road ends with some sort of an era of peace, please do so.

Fatima, Yes, we definitely have spoke of this before.

I want to post the following from an old post of mine to define what Birch says more clearly:

"Birch offers a chronology of the events which in summary is: a minor chastisement which begins with a minor apostasy, then an age of peace which eventually erodes into the major chastisement which many people refer to as the time of the Antichrist or the time of a major apostasy and then finally the four last things. I posted more details about this on the following thread, post #16 http://motheofgod.com/threads/random-insights-on-sequence-of-events.11305/ ."
I think that since we are in the minor apostasy now, we are therefore questioning whether this is the time of the False Prophet and the Antichrist but this is the minor apostasy which precedes the period of peace not the major apostasy which the False Prophet and the Antichrist will eventually usher in.

I found the following page which may be very helpful to some here,
