I am in the final 10 pages of reading the St Gallen Mafia. It is very telling. Everything makes sense. Truly Francis needs our prayers for reversion (conversion)!!

The True Church is the one that holds to almost 2000 years of Catholic tradition, that continues with the Tridentine Latin Mass, valid ordinations, and valid consecrations.

The harlot is the one co-opted by the Free Masons, with a new invalid liturgy invented by Free Masons and new invalid orders for consecrations and ordinations, also created by the Free Masons.

It is simple to see which holds to traditions, and what has always been valid v. which has been newly created by the Free Masons.

For me and mine, we choose to hold to tradition.

I respect your beliefs Mark and any zeal you hold in believing them.

But this is NOT the place to discuss sedevacantism or that the Novus Ordo is inherently invalid or the relative merits of SSPV.

This is a line that will not be crossed on the MOG forum and will be an insta ban.

I’m morally certain this will happen at the end of the end times, followed closely by the major chastisement and all the other events of that period.

But this is just a test run up to the minor chastisement, the beginning of the end times, which WILL be followed by the Triumph of the Immaculate Heart, the restoration of Christ’s Church and an era of peace.

As such, though the NO is deficient compared to the TLM, it is STILL valid - for now - if offered with the proper matter and intent. And holy orders, consecrations of bishops etc are valid.

This is the line in the sand on this forum. Do not cross it.

The bishop above has some good things to say, but keep in mind that he is a heretic in the line of Nestorius, who rejects the divinity of Christ.:(

One thing is for sure there will be no sensus fidelium upon his death calling for him to be made a saint. Nor huge mourning and relief not amongst a few.

After thirteen years of carnage and confusion what is clear is that we have a complicit hierarchy of yes men and seemingly quite a few perverts in charge of the church.

The Pope remains in my prayers until the day he dies. God has allowed him to remain in charge for so long to let us see how deeply worm ridden is the carcass of the Vatican. The stench is dreadful, the rot so deep they are like the blind leading the blind.

The are like the Pharisees of old we pay them respect for the office they hold but they reek of clericalism, not sanctity. It will be the laity that saves the Church not that crew in charge of the sinking ship.

Is it valid "for now"? With all due respect, Brian, if it's valid now, it will always be valid. That was exactly the same mistake as those modernists who wanted to do away with the Usus Antiquor, claiming that it had been abolished. Now, if you tell me that there are things in the Novus Ordo that should be improved, I agree with you.

As for the rest, a Mass should always be "offered with the proper matter and intent", regardless of the rite or its form.

I totally understand what you are saying here, and I can relate from my own experience. There are, unfortunately, many radical or toxic traditionalists (rad trads) out there, especially on internet forums. In real life, however, I have found the Traditional Latin Mass (TLM) parishes I have been attending (diocesan TLM, Sons of the Most Holy Redeemer, FSSP, SSPX) warm, friendly, and welcoming. The same cannot be said about some rad trads on the internet. I am not sure what you have been experiencing - feel free to let us know.

Anyway, when sedevacantists say the Novus Ordo (NO) sacraments are invalid, they are wrong. The eucharistic miracles of Buenos Aires, Sokolka and Legnica prove otherwise. When they call you a heretic because you are in communion with the NO-wing of the Holy Catholic Church, this is insulting.

However, the Holy Catholic Church has slowly changed her teachings since Vatican II, and some of these new teachings do represent heresy, in my humble non-expert opinion as a layman. This is especially true for Amoris Laetitia, the notion that "hell is empty", etc. But this does not make all NO-attendees heretics - that would be an insult!

The way some key prayers were changed in the NO compared to the TLM (possibly in malice) also borders on heresy, in my opinion. This is why I strongly prefer the TLM over the NO, even though the NO is clearly valid. The TLM is also more reverent and beautiful compared to the NO (although this is an "acquired taste", in the words of Padraig). The fruits of the TLM are growing parishes with holy and faithful families with many kids. These TLM-kids tend to stay true to our holy Catholic faith once they reach adulthood much more often than NO-kids. This is why, since we have had kids, my wife and I have slowly but surely migrated from NO-parishes to TLM-parishes.

You are saying you struggle with a NO-priest that preaches heresy, and there is overall irreverence in NO-parishes. I can completely understand what you mean. This is not a good example for kids, unfortunately. Is there a more traditional and reverent NO-parish near you?

You are also saying you have bi-weekly SSPX masses. This is wonderful. The SSPX-priests literally go out of their way and travel very far to bring the TLM to many places. I would definitely bring my kids to those bi-weekly TLMs. Are there any other TLMs not so far from you, perhaps offered by the former Ecclesia-Dei groups such as FSSP, Institute of Christ the King, etc.?

Finally, you are saying you would never attend a sedevacantist chapel as you think some attendees are pharisaical. Once again, I can totally see what you mean. I have never attended a sedevacantist chapel, but I have been reading on some 'traditional Catholic' internet forums, and I find them quite toxic. There is too much pride, anger, envy there. There is a lack of humility, patience, charity, understanding and kindness on the traditional Catholic forums that I know. It is very different here on this forum, and that is why I am posting here exclusively.

Regarding the attempted 'excommunication' of Archbishop Vigano, he himself has made it clear that he is in schism with 'Pope Francis'. The question is, which man of the two is in schism with the Holy Catholic Church? I think, if 'Pope Francis' were not validly elected, or if he had lost the papacy perhaps because of heresy or lack of intent to be a true Holy Father, then he would be the schismatic, not Archbishop Vigano. This is a question of fact which should be examined by the highest canon lawyers of the Holy Catholic Church, for example Cardinal Burke. Unfortunately, Cardinal Burke has effectively been fired by 'Pope Francis'. This is a dilemma. Again, I am only guessing here, because I am merely a layman.

I don't see why you call yourself stupid. In my humble opinion, you have got it all figured out.

    God bless!

Thank you so much! I should pray for Pope Francis more, rather than ranting about him. You are in my prayers, too, and all here on this wonderful forum.

I say “for now” because there are rumors of revisions to the Novus Ordo planned by the current regime in Rome, any number of which could invalidate it.

I hadn't thought about that, but I'm not surprised that it could happen. If that happens, I will have to resist Francis' papal terrorism once again.
