Powerful! He truly is crushed. I am crushed. He said everything that needs to be said. Retrieving pagan idols from the river is not good news. I'm thinking another bolt of lightening may be heading to the Vatican. Heaven help us. We have to pray more, and stand firm in our faith.
Well if its meant for them it will not go by them. I wouldn't let those things come a million miles near my home.
WOW....breath taking analysis of the present moment of the tribulation we are within. Nothing more can be said then what Taylor has said. Yet, we know it does not get better going forward until the era of peace.

I sincerely hope he doesn't return to The Episcopal Church. Besides the most important reason not to, the TEC is very heretical imo. A former TEC priest friend (late 2000's) broke with TEC, formed his own Anglican parish, lost that parish (his fault), and now has returned to TEC despite his adamant stance against Gay marriage. -sigh-
Once you come to fully understand the gift of the Eucharist, how could you ever leave, and where would you go?
Agreed. Especially "where would you go"...because there is no other place to be. But I have seen people do some very strange things (in Protestantism it's too often "a given"). I never thought that former Anglican priest friend would return to the TEC. He and wife were staunchly opposed to Gay marriage...now he might be officiating them??
Praying for Taylor and the Vatican. With all this latest news surrounding the Amazon statues, I think, as Americans, one thing we should all be doing is petitioning our local bishops to finally honor Our Lady of America's small request to have her statue solemnly processed to the National Basilica in D.C. by the Bishops of America in a solemn procession. Our Lady promised that once this event takes place, spiritual miracles GREATER than the physical miracles at Lourdes will take place in America. Just as Fatima was directed at converting Russia, Our Lady of America has come to convert America, as our nation is to play a decisive role in bringing about the era of peace. With everything happening in the Church and the world, especially the political division here at home, I think the time to petition our local bishops is now.
It's very hard. I don't think leaving is right, but for those who put a lot of focus on the Papacy, this has been intolerable. Pray for them.
I was just reading there that St John Henry Cardinal Newman was not big into Pope Pius ix and expressed the hope in a letter that he hoped his Pontificate would end soon. John Henry of course was a superb theologian, probably the greatest of his generation and will no doubt be declared a Doctor of the Church one day. He was also of course formerly an Anglican Clergyman who openly attacked the Church. Even after his conversion he expressed grace doubts on the Papal Infallibility (though of course he accepted it when promulgated.) It was on a trip to Rome he was led to conversion. He loved Rome and brought it back to England with his oratories. But I love his certain ..well ...scepticism would be too strong a word,,,but he doesn't go overboard about Popes and the Papacy the way many Catholics do these days. Personally I woudn't fret too much about Dr. Marshall , he strikes me as a superb Catholic; I don't think he'll be leaving the Faith any time soon. I love St John Henry's hymns. He had such a wonderful eye for beauty in all things.
