US Presidential election 2016

When has there been Peace on Earth? Enlighten me.

 

As I reflect upon the situation in my country this mofrning, I am tempted to sort of join the fray of finger pointing and blame. But I honestly see no point in that. I'm convinced that any leader under our current system will be deficient. Yes, perhaps one or two can manage us through but will not be able to truly correct our situation. I was thinking about the founding of this country and our Declaration of Independence. It fundamentally says that all our rights come from God. We are endowed by our Creator with unalienable rights. And we consent to allow a government of people to continue to protect these God- given rights. So "The Law" is fundamentally God's law and natural law. And the bottom line is over many decades now, we as a nation no longer follow or are in covenant with these God- given laws and rights. I think we sometimes first go to thinking about our Constitutional rights but forget that the building block- the source document for our Constitution was the Declaration. So, we have rejected God's laws and have lost our "rights". And the result over these many decades is now being released. We rejected God and He has withdrawn from us. Worse yet, we not only rejected Him, we have replaced him with the "golden calf" false idols of our day- money, drugs, sex and violence. So, no leader, no matter how good and trustworthy can resolve this. I think it can only be solved by God intervening much as He did for Israel when they rejected God. I'm more convinced than ever, that this Year of Mercy occurring at this time is not a coincidence. I truly believe it is our final chance as individuals and collectively to turn back to God. I don't expect it will happen collectively, but we can do it as individuals, a family, a community, and The Church. Again, is it a coincidence that the election takes place Nov 8th and the Year of Mercy ends Nov. 20th ? So, sorry for the preachy rant here, but I'm not putting my hope in this election or any "leader". I'm going to put it in Jesus and ask Him to help me when the world pulls me.

This Chicago "Protest" is just the beginning of a "Long Hot Summer" that extends into November's Election ....... and beyond ....... and both political parties will be targeted. After watching some raw video this morn that had not been edited-n-whitewashed by the PC Crowd, it became apparent to me that my fears that the anarchists .... Occupy Wall Street, BlackLivesMatter, La Raza & Islamic ..... have "merged" to become one USA Wrecking Amalgam. It should reinforce the beliefs of those who believe in the "Signs and Seers" that claim 2017 may be a period of great "unpleasantness". Oh!!! It will be a "Long Hot Summer" in the EU too .... thanks to The Arab Invasion, crappy economy and wimpy PC Socialist "Leadership" Over-There. .... Say! .... How's that stockpile of Spam, bullets and beans going?? Make sure, if Ya can, to stock up some extra for those folks who think the Signs & Seers and Evening News is nothing but sensational hogwash! I can't help but think of all those Brits, Frenchies, Poles, Danes, Norwegians, Belgians, Russians, Greeks & ...... who during the Summer of 39 thought the "The Signs, Seers & News" was nothing but sensational hogwash .... and didn't stock-up on Spam, bullets & beans .... those that lived long enough to reflect upon it anyway!!

I'm praying that nothing bad happens. I feel we are sitting on a powder keg.

It's interesting that today's gospel was about pre-judging. The Pharisees pre-judged Jesus because he came from Galilee. Therefore they didn't even listen. I sort of sense the same going on today in our country. We are judging people on all sides based upon our beliefs rather than listening to what they say. It's a very unsettling feeling. I'm worried.

 

With the Republican elitist establishment and their corporatist cronies meeting to decide ways of "stopping" the choice of the people for nomination as Republican presidential candidate; and the sinister activities of the fascistic Left; I can't help but think of those prophecies of Charlie Johnson. The way seems increasingly open to something unprecedented. I wouldn't rule out intervention by the JCS. Let us pray there will be no assassination.

A footnote. If one can judge a man by his enemies, what do current events tell us about Donal Trump?

We have a Second Period of Peace foretold and that is the Triumph of the Immaculate Heart of Mary . Just as the Coming of Christ brought the First Peace so the Coming of Mary will bring the Second.
