I was thinking that all the Obama-ites would've had buyer's remorse after the first, but then they gave him another go around with the 2nd term. The love fest with him still continues, even to this day.

Other countries must be looking at us and laughing that the once great nation is falling- not to conquerors, but to themselves. :(

You are right..they do still love Obama. It just goes to show how low the people and standards are in this nation right now.

I don't blame other nations for laughing at us...id be too if I wasn't stuck living under these tyrants. :(

I am surprised to see this thread still active. It's as if the US presidential election outcome is somehow going to salvage our country. I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but no one who gets elected will make any difference keeping the fall of Babylon the Great from occuring. It has had many chances to repent and incase anyone is not paying attention we have not repented. In fact, we have doubled down on our blindness, immorality and decadence.

It's time to wake up and enter deeper into prayer as the answer and not politics. The infamous leaders cannot not and will not lead the spiritual revival that the USA needs. Wake up and see this truth.

I do basically agree with you, Fatima, but we still have a duty to try.

I agree as well. I think we are finished. However, on the day I have to give account of my life to my Maker, I will be able to say that I stood up for Godly principles or at least attempted to do so with my ability.

Did St. Paul say, "Fight the good fight"?
If in the end we lose, it will not be because I did not try.

    Faith without works is dead.

In the end, of course I will accept Gods will...until then,
The games not over until the game is over....:)

God bless all....even you trump supporters:)

Don't think hes at VP picks just yet, i might be wrong on this ? will know @9pm.... and i do believe a prolife VP will be chosen. Months ago I thought Cruz would be VP or Huckabee. Some are saying Dr Carson but I don't think so, he might be offered Surgeon General and redo healthcare?

Carson calls for meeting with all .candidates...hmmm... maybe he will ask everyone to drop out...haha

Ben Carson for VP is all the talk on news the past 24 hours....which would be good for his ticket. He is the complete opposite of Trump...which would even out the ticket and bring in other types of voters sitting on the fence....

MarysChild, what are we trying for? Are we trying to convince the few who vehemently disagree with each other on this forum, or are we trying to convince the few who support ones own opinion? My point is simply, no one on this thread has changed their minds one bit by the rhetoric given and we have for sure not changed one politicians mind whom we support or advocate. I think this thread only benefits those who want to argue a point to oblivion with no apparent good coming from it. We are living in the end-times and even if a new president could fix our moral/spiritual direction it is apparent there is not one in the lead in either party that has the moral character to do so. So what's the point, to vote in the lesser of two evils?

Gov Nikki Haley just became a liability for Rubio after this was published to social media!
Wayne Dupree 18 hours ago Election 2016, Endorsements 12,747 Views

On Monday, Gov. Nikki Haley Took to the stage alongside Sen. Marco Rubio asked for the GOP front-runner Donald Trump to release his tax returns so the other candidates and the media could look them over. Trump responded he is currently in an audit and will release them after that its completed.

But through the wondrous works of the Internet, Trump’s social media manager Dan Scavino published a tweet that included Haley’s 2012 video where she took the position of questions asked to release tax returns are only a ploy and distraction, and even she had gone through it during her gubernatorial campaign.

Will the real Nikki Haley stand up! You have to admit this will look bad on her and take the focus away from Rubio for a few days because his surrogate FORGOT her previous position. Watch below. 30 seconds long

Does Rubio drop out after tonight?
Hes 20 points down in Florida, I would think hes looking to keep his Senate seat... big decisions

I have wondered. How did those who voted in Hitler, thinking his rhetoric would help Germany out of their jobless, poverty stricken country out of the darkness they were in? Some must have had quite the guilt for doing as much. Are we in the same quandary today in America?

    Fears of Trump as Fascist
    Echo Similar Warnings
    Against Ronald Reagan

By IRA STOLL, Special to the Sun | February 29, 2016

    link from Drudge...

How panicked should we be about the rise of Donald Trump? A professor at Harvard, Danielle Allen, recently published a widely shared op-ed piece in the Washington Post likening his rise to that of Hitler in Germany.

She’s hardly the only one drawing that analogy. I did so myself back in September of 2015. Certainly, the last thing one wants to do is repeat the error of those who ignored or minimized the threat of Hitler until it was too late.

I’m not telling anyone not to panic. But myself, I am just taking a deep breath or two and relaxing. I will probably get called a Trump enabler, or worse, for saying so. Alas, telling people to calm down doesn’t generate the clicks or television ratings that the Trump panic does. But here — to help you sleep better, if nothing else — is a case that the alarm over Trump is probably overstated.

First of all, such Hitler hype has happened before, and been unwarranted. Steven Hayward, author of “The Age of Reagan,” recalls the rhetoric:

Democratic Rep. William Clay of Missouri charged that Reagan was “trying to replace the Bill of Rights with fascist precepts lifted verbatim from Mein Kampf.” The Los Angeles Times cartoonist Paul Conrad drew a panel depicting Reagan plotting a fascist putsch in a darkened Munich beer hall. Harry Stein (later a conservative convert) wrote in Esquire that the voters who supported Reagan were like the “good Germans” in “Hitler’s Germany.”...John Roth, a Holocaust scholar at Claremont College, wrote: “I could not help remembering how 40 years ago economic turmoil had conspired with Nazi nationalism and militarism—all intensified by Germany’s defeat in World War I—to send the world reeling into catastrophe. . . . It is not entirely mistaken to contemplate our postelection state with fear and trembling.”

I'm sure those who know and remember history are seeing Trumps assendancy as the same...a desperate country ....desperately looking for someone that tells them what they want to hear. Problem is, what they will get, may look closer to the historical nightmare as Germany.
