There is one thing that concerns me a lot at present. Our Lady gave ten secrets to the visionaries there. Well if none of those secrets concerned the virus and the pandemic, well then just how serious are the substance of the events concerned in the secrets? I mean that they could leave off the Pandemic as though it were nothing?
It does seem strange but perhaps what we are seeing today is the (apparent) triumph of satan first, which will be followed by the triumph of Mary. Is this not satan's hour? Through the pandemic and government control and passports we lose our freedoms - and it looks like satan reigns - it looks like a triumph of sorts - it looks like he has won -- But, then when the secrets come and are announced to the world -- the power of satan and his hold over humanity is broken in a humiliating defeat - leading to the triumph of our Lady's Immaculate Heart.

‘WHEN THE SECRETS COME TO PASS, SATAN’S POWER WILL BE DESTROYED.’ Mirjana Dragicević-Soldo eludes to giving credence to Satan, in her book, ‘‘My Heart Will Triumph’’, by not giving any details about the day he appeared to her; “Although I rarely speak about the devil,” she says, “I can tell you with certainty that he exists.” In the early 1980’s accounts were documented of that particular day. It was the 14th February 1982, Mirjana was preparing for her daily apparition, when suddenly Satan appeared to her in disguise. He tried to lure Mirjana into following him and renouncing Our Lady, offering to make her happy in life and in love, by trying to convince her that her life following Our Lady will only bring misery and suffering. Mirjana rejected him and in an instant Our Lady appeared and Satan disappeared. Our Lady said; “Excuse me for this, but you must realise that Satan exists. One day he appeared before the throne of God and asked permission to submit the Church to a period of trial. God gave him permission to try the Church for one century. This century is under the power of the devil; but when the secrets confided to you come to pass, his power will be destroyed. Even now he is beginning to lose his power and has become aggressive. He is destroying marriages, creating divisions among priests and is responsible for obsessions and murder. You must protect yourselves against these things through fasting and prayer, especially community prayer. Carry blessed objects with you. Put them in your house, and restore the use of holy water.”
This kind of deceit is very common in the lives of the saints. Padre Pio and the Cure of Ars, for instance were both visited by the devil, posing as Faithful in their Confessionals. I can't imagine....
You know as ordinary human beings we want nothing else but a quiet life. No problems, no worries, no griefs , pains no concerns. The Good Life. Everything going to plan tick, tock, tick, tock. Nothing in a human sense could be more natural. But the best that such a life could produce is a spiritual mediocrity. Or even tend towards damnation. If we, on the other hand look towards the lives of the saints we see at once that Great Crosses Lead to Great Crowns. That the Greatest Saints were indeed the Saints who suffered the most were those who were the most Holy. Jesus indeed teaches us this Himself in Scripture: Matthew 16:24 23But Jesus turned and said to Peter, “Get behind Me, Satan! You are a stumbling block to Me. For you do not have in mind the things of God, but the things of men.” 24Then Jesus told His disciples, “If anyone wants to come after Me, he must deny himself and take up his cross and follow Me. 25For whoever wants to save his life will lose it, but whoever loses his life for My sake will find it.… We are entering the darkest times in the history of the Church and of the World itself. This is a very immense Honour. For these are the times , when, as St Louis Grignion De Montford prophesied , the age of the Greatest Saints. Saints who as he says will tower above all other saints like the Cedar of Lebanon towers over all other trees. So God is handing us all a huge Cross. But He is also handing out the path to a Huge Crown. This is a massive, massive Blessing. But you know in either case God owes us utterly nothing. It is we who owe Him utterly everything. The right spiritual attitude to these time of great trial are to consider ourselves unworthy servants and to take the bottom place at the table. Luke 14:10 The Parable of the Guests …9Then the host who invited both of you will come and tell you, ‘Give this man your seat.’ And in humiliation, you will have to take the last place. 10But when you are invited, go and sit in the last place, so that your host will come and tell you, ‘Friend, move up to a better place.’ Then you will be honored in front of everyone at the table with you. 11For everyone who exalts himself will be humbled, and the one who humbles himself will be exalted.”… Things are not going to get easy, but Jesus never promised anyone that things would be easy. We have had it too easy for too long and look were that has landed us...
How true. But how much more difficult for those without faith, living in the comforts of the world to be faced with such horror and realisation that all is going to collapse and they are going to lose everything. And without faith and hope there is only despair. That is why I pray there will be a warning so that at least some people will be given a glimmer of hope that God exists and that the spiritual is more important than the temporal.
The bad times will really come when it finally dawns on people that, life is not going back to, 'normal ', that, 'Normal has come and gone has gone out the window never to return and the idea of some great wonderful, 'reset' has as much truth as the moon being made of Blue Cheese. Then real fear will set it in and with great fear will come great rage. A rage aimed primarily, in the first instance, at their New Gods , their Salvation and their Saviours, for having lied to them by giving false hope. Then the ball will really start rolling with the downfall of Governments, Institutions and Social cohesion with the desolution of the Social Contract that holds us all together as Societies.

I am content and at peace about staying but others in the family are not which leaves me slightly uneasy... I will definitely be asking for an unmistakable sign.

People keep talking about time lines, about wanting to pin things down to the day and hour. But this betrays a lack of Faith in the Providence of the Good God. If we look at the long story of our Salvation history , folks were always asked to step out in Faith. Look at the Nativity Story for instance. God never drew Joseph and Mary a road map. But they did get signs, when needed. It is perfectly Scriptural to ask for the odd sign. I once in a while, do myself. No harm in the odd sign or two.. of three..
We've had a rough go of life as a family. I feel more spiritualy prepared than physically. We have our two oldest daughters far flung from us and some issues with the other 4 kids that live near which would make a move ( with all of them) very difficult. That's part of the reason I would just hunker down where we are. Maybe I'll pray and ask for a sign if it's better to stay, than a sign for one way or the other. Hmm..
Sounds more straightforward to just ask if you are supposed to stay. About 5-6 years ago I was cleaning out our storage area which is always crammed. I was thinking to myself, I will have to get rid of this stuff before we move. I heard a sharp retort (in my head) “this is it.” I had not asked for it. Lol But I received it. So we are staying.
But I kind of feel like I'm testing God by asking for a sign. I'm more relying on Him giving one than actually asking for one. Maybe I should change that up?
