Some would say the counterfeit is the post Vat II Novis Order. Seems much more viable & true that the coming false consecration is the Counterfeit church. I think when that is approved, it will send shockwaves throughout & cause extensive heartache! We must pray our Priests/Bishops refuse to obey that. When they see empty pews & coffers, they'll see we refuse succumb. Still we will be heartbroken like never before...covid?
But finding the right priest for THAT level of guidance? Many priests do not appreciate or understand that.
I'm stepping back from perusing the many websites for the latest endtimes scenarios and Church debates. The way I witness in my one-to-one interactions, and am blessed in return, is where Jesus is found. It was special for me yesterday to visit one of my favorite parishioners at the hospital. I sense Marge is close to death, very weak, and somewhat incoherent. There is a raging battle at this point in life. Marge moved in and out of periods of lucidity. There were brief periods when I simply sat and we prayed together, others when we exchanged a few sentences, a few memories. Praise God, she was able to receive Holy Communion. Father Francis will visit today and anoint her in preparation for the greatest encounter of all, our personal judgment. Let the world rage, but let each of our hearts be at peace. The Lord's decisive intervention is close at hand. For Marge, it could be today. Hebrews 10:36 For you have need of endurance, so that you may do the will of God and receive what is promised. 37 “For yet a little while, and the coming one shall come and shall not tarry; 38 but my righteous one shall live by faith, and if he shrinks back, my soul has no pleasure in him.” 39 But we are not of those who shrink back and are destroyed, but of those who have faith and keep their souls.
What a wonderful vocation you have. Wonderful. I admit I am jealous. Prayers for Marge. I wonder how many people all over the World are entering Eternity just at this very moment?
My mum said the same as you. 'All these dates & nothing happens.' Lol. Well, I call April 12 - just a random date. If I get it right does that mean I become a mystic lol. And I don't understand having expired tins of food lying around, I would've eaten it all by now, don't ppl have lazy days where they just eat a can of peaches lol.
I am sometimes more than a little curious about the future at the moment, especially when everything seems to be in such chaos in the World and in the Church at the moment. But when I went to the Lord in prayer to ask Him about this He showed me this. That I was making the mistaken assumption that knowing the future would be a good thing for me. Suppose He said I was to be shown that I was to die in a few months of cancer; would this be a good thing for me to know or a bad thing? Obviously if I was shown such a thing it would change me entire life. Would changing my life be good or bad. This reminded me that some knowledge can be a dangerous thing. Very often it is better simply walking forward blind in trust.
God bless you that God speaks to you. I agree completely.. we can debate and research but what a waste of time it really is. St Padre Pio said that worry and despair are not from God. I'm so glad these problems are in God's hands because as humans, there is no way we can fix this. I strive to trust each day to Him.
It's all about Trust. I had a close friend who always gave me a word of knowledge on events coming up in my life but through circumstances I am unable to speak to her now. I now have to pray and leave it with God. It's a big lesson in trust for me.
I visited a priest friend almost 20 years ago. In the process of making the tea he opened a cupboard. It and others were full to the brim with cans of food. He was a huge follower of a MDM and firmly believed he would need them soon. He died a few years later.
God speaks to us all. We just have to take time to listen.. I think with Prophecy it is like an apple in a tree. It is fine when God drops one in our hands. It is not so fine when we want to go robbing orchards looking for them too much. Seeking apples for the sake of seeking apples. The Presentation is a good example of good prophesy. Mary did not go looking for Simeon and Anna they just kinda fell in her lap like apples.
It was a great gift having someone like that. There are two good modern examples of Words of Knowledge. After Pope St John xiii's ordination he and a group of young recently ordained priests went out the Cathedral. A beggar there said to John that one day he would be clad in white. A clear indication he would one day be Pope. Of course another is Pope St John Paul ii who Padre Pio foretold when he visited him as a young priest would one day be Pope.
Every day that passes everything ramps up more with further urgency. And, every day that passes is a day closer to whatever is going to be happening. Can't say when, where, or what but we have a lot of prophecy being fulfilled in real time. So I trust I keep trust in one hand and watchfulness with the other. I also believe a lot of us are going through rough times for the reason of purification, not just for ourselves but for those around us too. In preparation for what is coming. Has anyone done a checklist as of late? I know Mark McLean did one recently.
I will tell you two Words of Knowledge which were given to me when I was 19 years old about 50 years ago. It shows what an impact they had on me that I recall them so clearly after all this time as though it were yesterday. The first came from a very holy old Passionist priest called Father Benignus . He was such a darling , holiness walking , all white hair and gentleness. Everyone's idea of the perfect grandfather. So one day out of the blue beckoned to me to come into his room he had something to say to me. He then said, 'God wants you to become a saint!' My eyes must have glazed out at this for of course God wants everyone to be a saint. But the old priest shook his head impatiently, 'No, you don't understand God wants YOU to be a saint!' Then about four months later in another religious house another saintly old Passionist priest, Father Arthur called me into his room and repeated the exact same thing with great emphasis.
I was just looking at one of the Mark McLean videos, and how it mentioned, correctly, how the Church has been in an especially bad place since Pope Benedict died on December 31, 2022. I know not to put trust in dates, but we are almost 3 and a half years removed from that, and perhaps the warning is in April, and that the end of this June is the end of the time of mercy, since it seems as though the evil cabal is getting set to go on the demonic alien/UFO deception between that odious movie in June and then that public lie about aliens coming in July.... I fear that so many will fall for the demonic deception.... even some dear friends, and I keep praying that that would not be so.
When I have recently pondered my employment troubles & my carpal tunnel challenges, as i havevprayed about offering them up, it has deeply occurred to me my sister's & other family will soften & wake up to Our Lord. Such things are of great consolation & comfort. I also have a sense, once the Illumination occurs, there may no longer be need for my hands to trouble me. Much is coming, yet we have OFTEN been reassured we have nothing to fear as we are protected as long as we stay tight & close to our Lord & Blessed Mother!! Even if the unspeakable type of war begins, we have not been abandoned. Think of the house of Jesuit priests praying the rosary during the bombing in Hiroshima.
