Thinking about my own comment (solipsism!), it strikes me that whereas Catholics are told to hate the sin, but love the sinner, the Socialists, Liberals, Masons and so on, that you mention, love the sin, but hate the sinner.
I watched this, this morning and it fills me with the most huge sense of foreboding and sadness. However what really concerns me is that they will turn and attack the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass by suggesting it is only a commemorative meal. In other words ending the Mass. There is no doubt in my mind that this is their end game. If anyone has any doubt about this listen to this horrific Irish priest talking in a homily, he gives the game away:
Absolutely appalling! If it's not enough that Our Lord will not stand His Mother being attacked (Lord have mercy!), this Priest Robert has video of needs many prayers so he won't burn in hell! We don't come to Mass to worship God???!!!
After I had watched the above, this antidote popped into my feed today. Fr. Robert McTeigue taking no prisoners. Useful information for everyone to know in these times.
This concern of yours is mine. The Abomination of Desolation was prophesied by St. Alphonsus Liguori in the 19th century. He claimed it would result in the cessation of the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass with a sterile substitute. I sense it is close at hand. The pushback against the restored Latin Mass indicates to me that this repression is closer than I would like. Daniel 11:31 ... and they shall defile the sanctuary of strength, and shall take away the continual sacrifice, and they shall place there the abomination unto desolation. ___________________________________ I know this sounds pessimistic, but somehow the pushback against the Society of Pius X, the stress on ecumenism, and the recent document suppressing the Titles of Our Lady, strikes me as all part of a single package. It is strange for me to entertain such feelings of foreboding!
I also sense this Abomination of Desolation is most imminent. We have been told numerous times thru Marian apparitions the event or chapter is coming when we will no longer find our Lord in the Tabernacles. The words of consecration will indeed be changed to such a point, it will no longer become Jesus!! This is why it is so imperative we find priests willing to maintain the proper rubrics NO MATTER WHAT. Those new words are being drafted & discussed in this Pontificate.
Is this your sense of foreboding, or do you have source claiming it? I don't necessarily want to know that source...
I should correct myself & say I have heard rumblings from different sources, which i cannot specifically name. Aside from that, i do know much is going on we don't hear of fully or directly. LaSallete, Anita, Fatima, Garabandal, Medjugorje, Servants of God, Blesseds...much private revelation to coincidence with the book of Revelation. I have a great sense of forboding. I know things politically & spiritually are happening or about to happen & yet choose not to worry or wring my hands. It is enough that my politics are opposite most of my family. My immediate family are away from God & the church. I must be content & fully trust in prayer & requesting Masses. In my daily life, I have plenty to concern over & pray about. I have an interview tomorrow! Please continue to pray everone.
All this was long forecast in the Book of Revelation and Daniel and by the Fathers of the Church, it is also described in the Catechism, The preparation for the Coming of Christ.
Prayers ! Don't give up joan...God's timing not ours. I truly am seeing so many conversions around me. Family going back to Church.
Agreed plus I pray people are put in their lives who they WILL listen to. My 93 yr dad is practicing but my sisters, 1 aunt, no. Two are more Buddhist than anything & very superstitious.

I am devoted to the St Michael Chaplet. The promises attached are incredible.. Been saying it a few years ...I used to think it was wY too long, but now I don't lol. Things change.
I love that! I should get back to that during Lent....Brilliant! I bought the Chaplet in Medjugorje & printed out the prayers plus have it in a booklet I bought there.
