The Lord have mercy on Patrick. Although, if Patrick's not in Heaven right now, there's not much hope for the likes of me!

Got Bobby's book. So many books, so little time. Must jump it up the queue.

Pope Pius XII (who should have been declared a Saint long since) was once asked the question,

'Holy Father do you think there are any Saints in Rome today?'

Pope Pius went quiet walked to the window and stared out over Rome. He was silent for a further while.

Then he answered with great firmness.

'In every street! In every street!'.

I like to believe this is still true in any city of country district were good Catholics live.:)

    'In every street!'

    Absolutely.
    The poor, poor young people.
    So easily deceived.
The world seems so magical and mysterious and full of adventure to them. As an elderly Johnny Cash said,
"You can have it all, my empire of dirt..."

    That's all it is.

I don't know a lot of these people , I think you can tell even by looking at them. I try not to think about them too much nowadays. It is what it is and there's not much good doing anything but praying about it all. But still when I even look at their faces, it is a horror picture.
He reminds me of one of the Orcs from Lord of the Rings. Even his ears look strange.
He looks very, very spooky to me. If I met him in the street I would be heading in the other direction.

    There is.

President Lincoln said that every man over the age of thirty has his soul written on his face.

Lincoln was a Mystic and he was right.

Lincoln, by the way, had the sufferings of his Nation written large on his own face.

Although he has no chance of being elected, Francis is likely to name him cardinal if given the opportunity to hold another consistory.

So often these bad men have the biggest double/triple bags under their eyes...like their own wickedness prevents them from even sleeping at night. Soros...when I watched an interview of him...I could see the dark hollow of his soul mirrored eternally behind his eyes, like he's already living a cold kind of Hell.

Archbishop slams Synod on Synodality for contradicting Church Tradition, pushing ‘globalist Agenda 2030’
Argentinian Archbishop Hector Aguer warned that Pope Francis' Synod is trying to create a 'new progressive Church' that resembles Protestantism.

(LifeSiteNews) — Argentine Archbishop Hector Aguer has likened the Synod on Synodality to the “globalist Agenda 2030” of the U.N. and the Protestant schism.

Aguer is the Archbishop Emeritus of La Plata in Argentina. He was succeeded in 2018 by the highly controversial new head of the Dicastery (formerly Congregation) for the Doctrine of the Faith, Archbishop Victor Manuel Fernandez.

In a letter published by Rorate Caeli, Aguer criticized the new working document, or Instrumentum Laboris (IL), of the Synod on Synodality, which highlights the need “to welcome those who feel excluded from the Church because of their status or sexuality.”

Aguer said that “the synodal Church formulates a progressive gloss on the Gospel.”

“The Instrumentum Laboris sets out how to ecclesially assume the globalist Agenda 2030,” he stated. “It is admirable how the pontifical monarchy makes the ‘synodal democracy’ say just what it wants this ‘democracy’ to say. It is something like throwing a stone and hiding the hand.”

Bad people tend not to smile. It is a big giveaway and when they do smile it tends to be at other peoples misfortunes or when they are getting their own bad ways.

If you look at photos of the saints they are pretty well always smiling or laughing. Not always; but mostly.
