The Vatican Has Fallen

I read these two articles this morning. They complement one another, uncannily:

    https://www.thecatholicthing.org/

    https://orthosphere.wordpress.com/2...eign-of-elagabalus-this-is-belshazzars-feast/

I would note these two articles in the context of the writings of Augusto del Noce, who predicted in the sixties that the politics of the West would become worse than that of Communism, seeking to exterminate entirely the concept of all religion.

Note 2: For those who do not know him, Kristor is a brilliant and orthodox Catholic apologist.

Thanks for the heads up on del Noce -- his insights into Marxism are prophetic - and ally themselves with the prophecy of Garabandal 'when Communism comes again'.

Marxism Died in the East Because It Realized Itself in the West

Note - del Noce died in 1989 and this was his last publication.

Del Noce said that Marxism manifested itself in the West in a corrupted form. He said that it would abandon the revolutionary class struggle aspect and only retain the materialism. This materialism, he predicted, would be absolute and completely intolerant of any world-view that had other than a materialistic mode. In other words, a deterministic, scientistic anti-philosophy, which can only treat human beings as objects, rather than subjective personal beings. An absurdly narrow view-point, but one which recognises the attractions of power-indeed, power becomes the only attraction left, apart from animalistic self-pleasure.

Undoubtedly, the sight of this form of communism in the West, which has as its primary idol, one of material well-being, was fatal for those attempting to uphold a revolutionary version that only guaranteed an equality of poverty, for all bar the elites. Bad and all as the old communism was, it had a certain Judeo-Christian derived morality of economic justice. The Western version of communism has no redeeming feature, whatsoever. It is the synthesis of all heresies. It is the raising of the human self to the highest place of honour. Of course, it won't be long reducing to being only concerned with the selves of the privileged elites who possess the power. The remainder of the human race that they choose to allow to remain alive will be the most enslaved in history, although with just enough material goods and services to keep them, just about, quiet ("you will have nothing and you will be happy"), a policy well-trialed with the COVID lockdowns.

As Joseph_A (a devout Orthodox Christian, I believe) eloquently pointed out in one of the Orthosphere (a site whose title is derived from 'orthodox' with a small 'o' and is primarily Catholic) comments, Science has become for the progressives, their new religion. In 'Science' they trust, although as Joseph said, the whole point of science is as a mode of investigation in which trust is abandoned for the sake of measurable proof. One investigates a phenomenon scientifically with the intention to find the truth detectable at the bottom of it, precisely because one wishes not to have to depend on trust.

As Kristor points out, and as is manifesting itself in the Vatican's evolving aproaches to the interpretation of synodality, what we are witnessing is an attempt to overturn the Church with a form of Gnosticism more deadly than any before, one which has gathered all available heresies unto itself and is visibly advocating the construction of a new, Pelagian ( a term our Pope well knows) Tower of Babel. Man seemingly can save himself and can do a better job than God, so He must be abandoned, along with all His doctrine. It's all being respectabilised by the advocation of a 'spirit' that certainly does not come from the Triune God.

While the rest of us were celebrating the collapse of the Iron Curtain in 1989, Del Noce went to his grave knowing better, God love him.

The good sisters bring up a distortion promoted by some Protestants, that the title Mary, Queen of Heaven, refers to an ancient pagan deity. Absolutely mistaken! Mary is Queen because she is the Mother of King Jesus. To clarify:

When the united Kingdom of Solomon divided into Israel (Northern Kingdom) and Judah (Southern Kingdom) after his death, a consistent pattern was birthed. We can see this difference between the kingdoms when we compare the beginnings of Chapter 12 and Chapter 13 in the Book of 2Kings.

    Judah:
2Kings 12:1 In the seventh year of Jehu, Jeho′ash began to reign, and he reigned forty years in Jerusalem. His mother’s name was Zib′iah of Beer-sheba.

    Israel:
2Kings 13:1 In the twenty-third year of Jo′ash the son of Ahazi′ah, king of Judah, Jeho′ahaz the son of Jehu began to reign over Israel in Samar′ia, and he reigned seventeen years.

The reason why the mother of Judah's kings is always mentioned is because she held the important position of Queen Mother. In the Northern Kingdom of Israel this was not the case. At the time of the Babylonian exile when the Kingdom of Judah fell, the book of the prophet, Jeremiah, states the following:

Jeremiah 13:18 Say to the king and the queen mother: “Take a lowly seat, for your beautiful crown has come down from your head. 19 The cities of the Negeb are shut up, with none to open them; all Judah is taken into exile, wholly taken into exile.

This shows that the office of Queen Mother was intact from the time of Bethsheba, during her son Solomon's reign, until the time of the exile. Who is the next king after the exile:

Luke 1:28 And [Gabriel] came to her and said, “Hail, full of grace, the Lord is with you!” 29 But she was greatly troubled at the saying, and considered in her mind what sort of greeting this might be. 30 And the angel said to her, “Do not be afraid, Mary, for you have found favor with God. 31 And behold, you will conceive in your womb and bear a son, and you shall call his name Jesus. 32 He will be great, and will be called the Son of the Most High; and the Lord God will give to him the throne of his father David, 33 and he will reign over the house of Jacob for ever.

Since the Jewish dynasty had a queen mother from Solomon onward, then when God the Father above restored the kingdom, obviously Mary is Queen Mother of that restored dynasty. And since Jesus acknowledges us as brothers and sisters, then Mary is our Queen also, all members of the new Israel.

Mary, forever Mother of the Eternal King, pray for us!

Thank God I have learnt to try and forget about Pope Francis. I find that the less I think about him the happier I am. He is a Huge, Huge Cross to our poor, poor Church.

How hard a Trial the Religious Authorities of their own day must have been to Jesus and Mary. They came to their own and their own knew them not. I will try to pray for Our Holy Father when I am out walking now.

The Goodness Knows if ever a man needed prayer...

Cardinal Sarah states the obvious, but sadly how many Catholics make these the pillars of their lives?

A Christian life,” he said, “must be built on three pillars: crux, hostia, and virgo. The cross, the host, and the Virgin Mary. These are the three pillars on which you have to build a Christian life.”

1 Tim 3:15 14 Although I hope to come to you soon, I am writing you these instructions so that, 15 if I am delayed, you will know how people ought to conduct themselves in God’s household, which is the church of the living God, the pillar and foundation of the truth.

I recall reading an account of a missionary priest working in sub-Saharan Africa who was there in the 1930's and 40's and found himself trying to explain Catholicism 'from scratch' to tribal people. He said that the only aspect of Catholicism that the locals always immediately understood was the importance of Our Lady because in their societies, getting the ear of the chief's mother for any petition meant that the petitioner was 'home and dry'.

OUTSTANDING! And it confirms Fr Gobbi’s locutions. Those who criticized Fr Gobbi’s explanations of why he said the Catholic Church must be restored should listen to this video. The Catechism’s interpretation of the Second Coming to me is too short and vague. There’s a lot more in Scripture that is not explained. The Catechism does not even focus on the approved apparitions that say there will be a Christ Event Coming, before the last judgment. It sure sounds like the Second Coming. I’m grateful for Fr Gobbi’s courage to have unveiled Freemasonry inside the Church, and to have given us the warning signs.

It is a fact that Cardinal Baggio was a mason and member of a masonic lodge.

He was prefect of the Congregation for Bishops in the 1970s - the department of the Roman Curia that oversees the selection of most new bishops. Its proposals require papal approval to take effect, but are usually followed -

    https://www.catholic-hierarchy.org/bishop/bbaggio.html

Those who join the sect of masons are automatically ex-communicated - so most of the recommendations for bishop carried out in the 1970s were suggested by an exommunicated Cardinal - let us pray the Holy Spirit was able to side-step most of his appointments.

Baggio on the right - Archbishop Bugnini on the left

In addition Archbishop Bugnini above was also a freemason and he was the pivotal man in the creation of the Novus Ordo! Need I say more.

I have noticed that Bugnini's name is also on the Divine Office (Liturgy of the Hours). I used to pray this every day but seem to have stopped for some reason. But I have been wondering what the Divine Office was like before Bugnini altered it? Does anyone know where it can be got?

Nowadays, apart from the Rosary and other prayers, I pray with the Weekday Missal of the Novus Ordo. I find it difficult to pray from apps on my phone. When I was buying the single volume, I was informed that the Weekday Missal readings would be changing next year. However, I still bought the volume. I am wondering what these new changes will be?
