There are Finns in Ireland, a common name, and quite a few of them are Michaels, and there's surely a few of those called Mickey.
...and looks like a duck...it tends to be a duck. And there's no ducking away from it. When the time comes for those responsible to meet The Lord, they will need to be ready to duck. They need to be careful they don't end up being ducked into Hell. It's hard to laugh, much easier to cry.

He points out how the Bugninioids, as he calls the vandals, removed the Maccabees from the Roman Calender. He accuses them of anti-semitism! (If I remember correctly, Luther-a virulent hater of the Jews was first to do this, but the Bugninioids seem to have been very eager protestantisers. No wonder Louis Bouyer, himself a convert from Protestantism christened them 'the three maniacs').

This video by the Financial Times is interesting. It seems that OUR MONEY is being guarded and spent by priests who have no knowledge of even basic accounting or auditing having been appointed by Cardinals and Archbishops who seem to value financial ignorance in their underlings. If we owned only one share in a secular company, we would be entitled to regular, audited information that can usually be trusted but give the Church your money and no-one has to account to you for one penny of, possibly a lifetime, of contributions. So Peter's Pence, contributed for the express intention of being used for the Pope's chosen charities, can be spent on financing the films of the life of perverts like Elton John. Or buying luxury apartment blocks that result in a predicted massive loss but enriching the 'middle men' and those in the Vatican hierarchy who suggested it. It is a farce and if the Pope were genuinely interested in improving things he would immediately re-instate Cardinal Pell who saw the filth 'under the carpet' and wanted to clean it up. Someone in the video said that normally it is a case of 'who you know' but in the Vatican it's a case of 'what you know about who you know'. The Mafia couldn't do any better than this.
