Yes…the miracle occurred after a outdoor mass. The priest led the rosary and the sun began to spin and move in the sky on the second decade. So many people were unaware because their heads were bowed in prayer. Mine was actually looking into the heavens …I looked and thought to myself….” This couldn’t really be happening “…I looked around to see if others were also seeing it and they were. I wanted to scream to the others to look to the sky…that the miracle of the sun was occurring at that very moment! I told my boys to look…I wasn’t worried about their eyes because if it’s a miracle, no damage would occur to your eyes. They asked, “ mommy, what is happening “. I answered, “it’s call the miracle of the sun”. After the rosary was over, those of us who were looking to the sky were overwhelmed. We asked everyone if they saw it too. Sadly, those whose heads were bowed in prayer missed it, but the testimonies were overwhelming. Some said they saw the chalice in the sun. I was not among them. This outdoor mass and rosary was a annual event on the feast of FATIMA, Oct. 13th. In the early nineties. This event was the once a year get together of rosary groups from four counties. We were all in rosary cenacles. …Fr. Gobbi. I have just found photos from this event this week. I’ll post them if you care to see. It was a blessing beyond belief that was a gift from heaven to help me through the horrible years to come. I didn’t need it to believe, but it was just a gift. One of my sons who has left the faith acknowledged that it occurred…he remembered it. It could possibly be the seed that brings him back to the faith one day..I pray.
I’m praying HH….I may die and never live to see their conversion…and I’ll offer this suffering up for that, because God will answer my prayers. If this life is not good, I’m ok with that. I only want everyone to get to heaven,…everyone!
The miracle of the sun that you saw was an extremely rare gift. Yes, the whole point of everything is the first lesson in the Catechism. God made me to know Him, love Him, and serve Him in this life and be happy with Him in the next. I ponder that.
It’s all true. It’s a day that you will never forget. If I could just make everyone believe that God exist and His holy mother is with us…The rosary is Jesus through Mary!
Yes HH…God made us for all of this…. He will show us in heaven the reason for everything….for every suffering. It will all be worth it. Honestly, I don’t fear death at all. Sadly, my human nature does fears suffering.
Beautiful name, too. Rosa Mystica reference I suppose. Today we had a Christ the King procession and afterwards said the Litany of Loreto...
Yes, that could very well be the seed that brings him back to the faith. After all, Fatima brought me, an unbeliever, to the faith, and I never saw a sun miracle myself.
