Yes Jarg. Lost. When I was at Adoration yesterday I was in distress about the Church and my family and my country. The whole list. I had been praying the Surrender Novena for my family. And then I was offering prayers for priests and then I said “what do I do about Pope Francis?” And truly clear as anything I heard the Lord reply in my heart “what did you pray just now?” I looked down at the novena still in my hand. I believe He said to me “pray that.” So simple. So I said “Jesus I surrrnder Pope Francis to you. You take care of everything.” I repeated it 10 times and felt great peace.
Dolours, I went to the link , scrolled down to Mr S.Bond and I read the horror that he reveals. And I read Earthtoangels post about the 301 ‘Predator Priests’ Named In Pa. Grand Jury Sex Abuse Report: ‘They Were Raping Little Boys & Girls’, This evil is utterly vile! These greedy foul mongrels have emerged from the recesses of hell! a putrid sewer of depravity, spewing puss and venom over the innocent! over the bride of Christ! And what I find most offensive is that these cowards have the audacity to hide and masquerade in the priestly office of Christ! I want to add a prayer here. A prayer or psalm for the widow and orphan! With words like Mercy Lord on the widow [your bride the Church] and the orphan [us] and let your hand smite all that is evil. Amen
100 percent Brian. I he said this a few years ago in relation to Charlie Johnsons ad nauseam claim to have predicted xy and z when in fact he predicted diddly squat. Fr. Martin outlined in detail all that has now come to pass almost 40 or so years later and he was by no means alone.
Started reading this but had to stop. It actually made me feel sick. Very, very disturbing - it is much worse than I ever thought possible. Malachi Martin was right on the money - something dark & preternatural entered the Church & this is all connected to the 3rd secret. My only consolation is our Lady & the Rosary.
I read most of the report and the thing that struck me from the correspondence of bishops and other church officials was that the matter appeared to be 'routine' and not to cause any great shock or surprise and the whole tenor seem to be 'Yawn, oh not again, what shall we do with this one?' I was also struck that the hints from at least one convicted perpetrator that a failure to care for him financially might have 'unfortunate results' and that this clearly had the desired effect. Many thousands of dollars (of the faithful's money) expended on just one case of what appeared to be keeping the lid on matters and ensuring that other aberrant priests would not be named and so could continue with their activities. The imagination of the most anti-Catholic person in the world would be hard pressed to make this stuff up. When I read the recent report on the longstanding and gross abuse at two Benedictine schools in the UK, I was particularly shocked at the allegations of monks acting in concert to abuse boys only to read the same allegations in this report about a group of priests acting together and signalling who had been seduced. This is a new and most shocking 'angle' on the whole terrible international mess. It seems from an objective perspective that the local Church went out of its way to recruit a large group of seminarians without any scruples, beliefs or morals whatever and then go on to ordain them and move them around their dioceses and countries. From the correspondence published, some of these priests also seem to educationally challenged being unable to string a sentence together properly. Surely semi-literate homosexual potential pederasts are not that hard to identify when you have them under your tutelage for several years and when you ought to be looking out for them very carefully. It makes you wonder about those exercising the choices.
It is hard to escape the sense it might all have been deliberate from the beginning of the 1950’s or earlier (Bella Dodd) the rnemy’s Ultimate MOAB to destroy the Church once and for all. That all these degenerate depraved men are as Our Lady said at LaSalette “turning the Church into the grazing ground of Asmodeus. “ she warned of this. And here we are.

When the anger abates, spare a thought and prayer for the faithful priests who must face their congregations, particularly at next Sunday's Mass. Innocent men who are equally if not more disgusted than you but continue on despite getting flack for the sins of others. We can escape it but they can't decide in the morning to switch off their phone, pull a sickie and stay home in bed until it all blows over. Pray that the Holy Spirit will give them the fortitude they need to keep on keeping on for our sake and for the sake of future generations of Catholics. It would be disastrous if good priests were to throw in the towel now. Can't say I'd blame them for doing that but they are needed now more than ever to help keep the barque afloat. You may be sure that the womanisers, sodomites, paedophiles and heterodox types in the clergy have no intention of leading anyone back to the narrow path but will use this crisis to promote their own agenda.
And we the Faithful have to make a point to tell them as much. So many good humble priests are going to be horribly discouraged and scandalized by all this. Pray for them.
