Never heard of Mike Church before. He's very smart. I wonder how coincidental it is that the movie is coming out around the time the Amazonian Synod is expected to cause great trouble in the Church. I wonder, too, whether the Vatican's gimmick merchants realise that the more they tout how much the world loves Pope Francis, the more suspicious practising Catholics are of him and his motives. Perhaps they do and they want to push faithful Catholics into schism because they see Pope Francis as their last hope of writing modernism into Church teaching before their hippie generation dies off unless they can guarantee a Church with only modernists and fence-sitting Cardinals choosing the next Pope.
