Whew! A lot to read!!! Well, instead of adding another book to this great wealth of information, like I would usually do, I will let pictures speak for me. I have heard some say they do not like the Pope's "look" because of his deep-set and dark-looking eyes. Sometimes he does look stern, like he is about to yell at you for something, or like he knows something that you don't. However, to those who put everything in appearances, here are some pictures that speak a thousand words! Also, remember how he did NOT want to be Pope? You could see it too in his eyes in the beginning. A concerned, almost fearful, tired and sad gaze. That gaze has both softened and hardened now, if you understand what I mean. Softened with compassion and love, hardened with determination and authority. I believe he has offered up his last bits of human life and strength to this pontificate. As he continues on, knowing now that God isn't finished with him yet - trying to weather the storms that are already here, and all too well aware of the stronger ones that are brewing. I made my own mind up a long time ago about these two, my wife brought an Italian priest up to give a talk in cookstown one evening he had been invited up by the two Patrick’s on arrival they were greeted by one of their followers who proclaimed that the two Patrick’s were too busy and wouldn’t be there ,the priest decided to give his talk anyway, my wife was shocked when the priest began to give his talk the audience talked amongst themselves and giggled and laughed at what he was saying ,she said that it sounded like a bunch of hyenas ,the priest said to my wife I think we should go, she decided to use the toilet before she left and was horrified to see a picture of Jesus hung in the toilet with the words “let Jesus watch you go” may God forgive them.. My own experience was a few weeks later and what I believe was directed by the Holy Spirit I was delivering some computers for work which took me in the direction of cookstown I started to pray and ask for some sign about the two Patrick’s as I was being noisy and was going to stop of at their place for a while, I turned into a street in cookstown and had stopped at the traffic lights right in front of me was a local video store and they had covered their front windows in a huge advertisement it read GET OUT NOW…it should have read get it out now meaning a new release of a video but the “IT” part had been torn of I replied quite quickly “ok Lord going getting out of here right away” I’ve never returned or looked at any of their rubbish…
I got a message from one of the Patrick's today asking for prayers. I feel sorry for him, please join me in prayers. It'd be cool if he did a uturn.
