I am not surprised you would not reply. Two reason
1. I did not misquote anybody
2. Your replies were were only meant to create doubt in my work.

 

Man, you gotta know it, Mac. And I appreciate that when you take the occasional shot at me, you do it for what I have said, not what I have not. We disagree on interpretation sometimes - maybe even often, but I deeply respect that you start from the facts as they are rather than making them up as too many do these days.
