It´s interesting that many of the prophecies referred to here, including those of Alois Irlmaier, mention a "third world war" while in Garabandal (which to me and many here is a credible manifestation - to say the least!) Our Lady allegedly said that "there wouldn´t be a third world war".

Some have suggested that we may have regional conflicts - incredibly devastating, yes, but not a world war in the sense of the two previous "world wars", although these, especially the first, were not really "world" wars as they didn´t involve the entire world.

But there´s another possibility: I once read (can´t remember where - sorry) that in Garabandal during the Cuban missile crisis someone asked the girls to ask Our Lady if there would be a world war - as a result of the Cuban crisis, obviously, and she answered "no", meaning of course "as a result of that particular crisis".

People, as was often the case with the Garabandal apparitions, misinterpreted Our Mother´s words.

If that is the case she NEVER said there would never be a third world war, only that the Cuban missile crisis would NOT lead to a world war.

    ,

This is a good point and could very well be the explanation. I am the same age as the Garabandal seers and I remember being in junior high school, hearing about the Cuban Missile crisis, coming home and taking a very long prayerful walk, praying to the Lord and being very afraid. Thank God war was averted then.
Blizzard, this post makes good sense. Let us wait and see what happens. Rosaries, more rosaries!

Let’s keep praying . The rosary, mass and adoration especially. Prayer can and does bring about miracles, conversion etc. We should pray for world leaders and those known to us who are as yet still far from God and trust that by persevering in prayer the Lord and Our Lady will provide the necessary light and grace. It likely will not happen overnight but we can be sure that our prayers are heard and are definitely worthwhile. Only in heaven will we know how our prayers have helped others and the prayers of others have helped us. Our prayers can mean the difference between heaven and hell for people.

At Mass today, as I was observing everything, I got the distinct impression that few priests truly believe in the Real Presence, and that a coming error will be to deny that Christ is truly present. I wonder if this was meant by evil men trying to rip the infant Christ from His Mother's arms?

That is an interesting thought. I agree, I’ve noticed some priests who say the words of consecration and have body movements and gestures in such a way that I have a hard time believing that they actually believe in the True Presence (I’m not saying that lightly, either). One priest I knew would almost slam the host back down on the altar and had (I’m dead serious, I do NOT mean this in any way than a very, very serious and somber tone) had an aura of dark (I say dark because I shudder to use the word I’m thinking of) forces surrounding him at the altar. The people all felt it, and went to the pastor about him because he was flatly refusing to say the words of absolution in the confessional to anybody ( myself and 5 other family members of mine also had this happen to us). I’m not sure what happened to him, our pastor told the bishop and he was sent away. Our pastor sorrowfully told us to pray for him. I believe he was from Taiwan.

That's terrifying. But in a backhanded sort of way, speaks volumes about the holiness of the Eucharist, and the Truth of the Catholic Church.

    gracia,

Alphonsus Liguori wrote that the suppression of the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass would be the fulfillment of the Lord's prophesied Abomination of Desolation. This will be the ultimate attack against the Real Presence.

    Safe Under Mary's Mantle!

I thought so. A denial of the Real Presence, de-emphasis on Mary, and redefining "mercy" to permit sin make us pretty much Protestants.

Brian & David, Is this the video that you are referring to? It is an interview of Michael Dionese David Dionisi by TheTradCatKnight.

Edited to correct the name of the interviewee.

    Yikes!
We had a priest once change the words of consecration. My oldest son turned to me and said “he can’t do that can he?” And I said no he certainly could not. None of us went to Communion. He replaced a very good—even Holy—priest. After our wonderful pastor left and he came there was a funny smell in the Church. Seriously. I wasn’t the only one who noticed.

    Ok thanks.

Are there two authors of similar sounding last names who have written about the “secrets” of the atomic bombing of Japan?

    Edit to add:
I just watched the intro to the video. It is Dave Dionisi being interviewed there too so it is indeed the same guy.

Brian, I apologize for the confusion. Yes, his first name is David not Michael. I am not familiar with him but I was greatly interested in learning about this when I saw your post. I thought that I recently saw something about this in a television program but I am not certain. Thank you.

That is creepy. If they're not saying it right, best thing is to not go up? Just receive spiritually? I can't receive yet, but by the time I'm able to, that could be a real issue. Best thing is, though, I feel like the Catholic Church already saw this coming a mile off; we have prayers to recieve spiritually, prayers for emergency weird situations, and some basics that we can identify and hold on to. One thing I'm looking for closely is a change on the doctrines regarding how we are saved. If we see a shift towards Lutheranism, where the necessity of holiness, keeping one's self from sin, and actively obeying Christ and His Apostles for salvation is denied, we know that we're on a trajectory to be personally avoided at all costs. I say "personally" because all we have control over is how we choose to behave, and live. We can't compel others to get things straight, or not blaspheme.

    What a great video!
I knew about the need for human sacrifice to advance the evil cause of the NWO
And I know that abortion is a huge part of it
But I never connected 9-11 to it
In my opinion, then President Bush’s facial expressions were a dead giveaway that he knew something
He is a member of Skull and Bones
This video ties it all together
The depths of the evil boggles my mind

Let me give my own opinion about this video, in no way Michael Dionese has any link to Fatima or to the Fatima 3rd Secret, the attached video does not mean anything de facto as to anyone who is publishing the video, in other words, bullshit from google amateurs only, thank you.

Aviso, I apologize for any confusion, the interviewee is David Dionese not Michael Dionese. I appreciate your input but I think it may be more helpful if you could be more specific and let us know what in particular you have a problem with in relation to what Mr. Dionese states in the video. Ultimately, we are all trying to grow in knowledge from each other on MOG. Imho Mr. Dionese appears to have high regard for the Fatima Crusaders including Father Gruner and I think the video is very good. Although he may not be correct on all of his analysis, the main thing that he stresses is praying the Rosary and prayer in general along with acts of kindness. I know you believe as we all do here that we can't go wrong with those. ;)

In addition, I apologize again to those who were looking for David Dionese's video on the Secret of Nagasaki because this video of an interview with David Dionese is probably not what you were looking for although I think that you may find it very interesting. On the following website which is mentioned by Mr. Dionese in the video that I posted http://atomicbombsecrets.com/ if you select Click here it will bring you to this other website https://www.teachpeacefoundation.org/ which provides short introductions to the documentaries "The Secret of Nagasaki" and "Akita and the Fatima Secret". On the Teach Peace Foundation site you can become a member and have access to the full length documentaries but since Mr. Dionese states in the interview that I posted that he also posted them on Youtube I looked a little further and found them accept this first one, the Secret of Nagasaki, is in Japanese so you will have to select CC and then auto-translate to the language you understand.

PS - I still have to watch both of these videos myself.

PPS- I was watching a Bette Davis movie this morning when I saw Brian's post. I am mentioning this because I thought it was a pretty interesting coincidence because the movie was about a true story which occurred immediately before the French Revolution and Mr. Dionese mentions the lack of the consecration of France as the cause of this war and in the movie they lead us to believe that the cause of the war was related to the story told in the movie. I still found the movie to be very entertaining in case anyone is interested here is the Wikipedia page on it, https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/All_This,_and_Heaven_Too .

Thank you Aviso and may God bless us all.
