Well I think its great that the police in the US take this seriously, and that is true of everybody else here but I'm not sure its true at all of Irish secular authorities, and unfortunately I suspect even of religious ones too.

For example we have had a big spate of theft of Irish Church relics recently for example in June 2012 St Manchan’s Shrine was stolen from Boher church, Ballycumber, in Co Offaly: http://www.herald.ie/news/dublin-pair-held-over-theft-of-20m-relic-from-church-28009707.html . And in August 2012 when a relic of the Cross was stolen from a church in Killeshin in Laois we were told that:
But the point is that despite this you would be very hard to find anybody claiming any kind of Satanist angle to these thefts despite the fact that some of them are completely worthless in monetary terms.

It seems that as far as the police and media are concerned the existence of Satanists is up there with aliens as a completely daft concept in modern Ireland, but hopefully I am being too pessimistic!

A sign of how far the goats have infiltrated the sheep? Of how far the natural order has fallen? Definitely a sign of something...

"It had all the hallmarks of a goat. I knew a goat had gotten in among a few of the hoggets (young sheep), I didn’t know what would turn out," he told the Irish Farmers Journal.

Mr Murphy said the brown, male "geep" has two horns growing on his head and is very quick on his feet.

The ewe that gave birth to him appears to have taken to him as if he was a normal lamb."
