Article came out today in the Scottish Sun: Scots ex-priest who accused cardinal of sex abuse hits out at church for 'failing to learn lessons' (thescottishsun.co.uk) You know, I didn't think I'd like it, I first avoided watching it but then, I decided to watch the movie "Spotlight", now, what "Spotlight" is, it refers to sort of hard-hitting investigative journalism stories for the Boston Globe and goodness knows, I have no special affection for journalists, per the mainstream press but in turn, some do a decent job. I mean foreign reporters in Syria for example, telling us what is going on in the war and things like that. And if someone were to say, "oh, you are just posting scandalous stories" (not that anyone would except the person on here the other night, I believe the Vatican actually commented on the Spotlight stories saying something like "oh, they were just doing their job, we don't take offense", something like that. That movie "Spotlight" was okay, I understand there are a few movies that explore this topic. It was information, not really something that you want to watch with a deep plot but it was okay.
