Im a little more pessimistic than you Kathy . But I hope and pray you're right , I really do . What a disaster otherwise.

 

Is the world that dumb...Everyone knows the Catholic Church is against homosexuality. That is why the Modern Western World hates the Catholic Church. He is crying from the roof tops MERCY because (maybe) judgement is close at hand. You make it sound like the Holy Father doesn't think the act of homosexuality is evil. He understands it very well. In my humble opinion...Papa Francis has been touched by God and is a very powerful mystic. Our Holy Father has the wieght of the world on his shoulders. He has to save SOULS. When he reaches heaven, God will ask, did you feed my sheep. And he will have to answer for his actions. This war is about souls...once you understand that, your whole philosophy will change.

During one of the adorations, Jesus promised me that: With souls that have recourse to My mercy and with those that glorify and proclaim My great mercy to others, I will deal according to My infinite mercy at the hour of their death. (379)

Today the Lord said to me, My daughter, My pleasure and delight, nothing will stop Me from granting you graces. Your misery does not hinder My mercy. My daughter, write that the greater the misery of a soul, the greater its right to My mercy; [urge] all souls to trust in the unfathomable abyss of My mercy, because I want to save them all. On the cross, the fountain of My mercy was opened wide by the lance for all souls – no one have I excluded! (1182)

The Lord said to me, The loss of each soul plunges Me into mortal sadness. You always console Me when you pray for sinners. The prayer most pleasing to Me is prayer for the conversion of sinners. Know, My daughter, that this prayer is always heard and answered. (1396-1397)

The Catholic Church is against homosexuality because homosexual acts are gravely depraved and intrinsically disordered.

I agree with this analogy. So many things in the Church now are like a replay of our Lord' s Passion.

I also see pope Francis as a Simon of Cyrene, taking up the Cross when Pope Benedict got too fatigued to carry on with it. Maybe that is a reason why things have accelerated since he took over. With a stronger man carrying the weight of the Cross, Christ's cortege reached the top of mount at a quicker pace...

 

The Graham family is sounding the alarm quite loud and clearly. Yes they are protestants, but I think God has enlightened their hearts to what we feel is coming. However, our Lord could have called Pope Benedict home and had the same outcome with Pope Francis. This seems to indicate that Pope Benedict has a mission yet to accomplish.

 

Give him time and I believe he will. Let him be liked and even praised by the liberal progressives while it lasts. He will know when it is time to speak boldly the teachings of the faith and by the messages coming from heaven, I think it will be this fall.

 

Miguel Woites, a confidant of Pope Francis while he was archbishop of Buenos Aires, is denying a widely publicized claim that the then-Cardinal Jorge Bergoglio suggested the endorsement of gay civil unions as an alternative to "homosexual marriage" during a private meeting with fellow bishops in 2010.

In an interview granted to the Catholic news agency ACI Prensa, Woites said that the story "isn't true. It's a complete error."

The principle source of the claim, Bergoglio biographer Sergio Rubín, "never said who told him, when they told him," said Woites. "It's not correct to write something like that out of thin air. That (New York Times) article was very criticized by the bishops.

On Palm Sunday they were singing hosanna's to our Lord and they crucified Him the next week !

 

Then why hasn't Pope Francis said anything about the sinfulness of same-sex civil unions, but only "Who am I to judge?"

 

He has spoken out on several occasions. Please review the man directly and not what the media want you to think of him Peace. Viva il Papa!
