Debt Limit Crisis

Words go back and forth. Negotiations break down and the debt crisis is not resolved. The two parties are like armies, set in their defensive positions. This war is not between Democrats and Republicans, but between heaven and hell. Satan wants no resolution. He hardens the positions and clouds the minds so no compromise is reached. He has brought about this crisis and wants it to go to a default which would trigger worldwide confusion. This would hasten his timetable, giving the terrorists an opportunity to move more quickly.
I will not allow a default. I will stir members of both the Senate and the House to move to a conclusion. The leaders of both parties feel that they must not flinch. My actions will be among the members.
I will especially touch the heart of the one whom I love so much. His voice is powerful. He understands the economic system so well and many look to him for guidance. He will not fail me. His voice will save the day, even though he stays in the shadows.

 

Well a voice this country should be listening too when it comes to economics is Dr. Art Laffer. I was privileged to run a mutual fund with this man for 2 years. There is a reason Regan was so successful...he adopted Dr. Laffer's policies on supply side economics.

picadillo, I do not for a second believe that Our Blessed Mother, who is concerned only about souls, is now doing 'play by play' of the political events of the US and the world. 'And in this corner we have the heavy weight democrats who have a lying president who the idiot republicans in the other corner can not beat' ..... it is laughable to think heaven now is concerned with politics, money and power play.

Mr. Graham's points of contention are the only the symptom's of the real problem in the US government and that would be Freemasonry and Marxism principles deeply engrained with the White House and state governments.

"He [God] will not be mocked," the stenographer, apparently named Molly, yelled into the microphone as she was dragged off by security. "The greatest deception here is that this is not one nation under God. It never was. It would not have been. The Constitution would not have been written by Freemasons. They go against God. The deal being voted on right now includes a new addition which allows the Administration to "Re-Define" what constitutes a "religious" institution. They are attempting to strip Catholic Conscience protections (Safe Harbor Act) by prohibiting its renewal on January 1.

Report has come on FOX from Bill ODonnell, President Catholic League. With such a new definition, O will be shoving abortion, abortifacients, and contraception for payment by the Catholic (and any other redefined faith groups) down our throats.

I really wish that our priests would speak about all of this, especially in the liberal parishes. A letter that MUST be read from our bishops would be a big help. Instead we have far too many who are collaboraters with intrinsic evil. God, help us and our country!

I tend to agree with Fatima's assessment of this sort of play-by-play message, but it was interesting to see this:

The only thing is I believe most commentators thought it would be resolved. So it was kinda like backing a hot favourite.
