Do you know I have often wondered what kind of soldier I would make? Never been interested in a military career. Nor have I ever shot a (real) gun. But would be kinda great if I had some fighting skill in case ISIS came up over the local hill!!
I'm afraid that far too many people of Faith here and elsewhere believe that, somehow, The Lord will protect them from The Storm and all the unpleasantness therein. I have no doubt He will but .... Scripture and History, ancient and recent, demonstrates that God works through the minds and hands of His people and often those hands have had to hold arms. ISIS, TODAY, is terrorizing, maiming and murdering our defenseless Christian Comrades. I believe that God has already ID'd his Christian Minutemen for this confrontation and many of those Minutemen will not be aware of their calling until The Lord's Bugle sounds. I know that we have a 2nd Amendment in my USA .. a concept that is quite foreign to Ireland and elsewhere but Our USA Founding Fathers were students of Human Nature, Scripture and History.... They knew a time would come when ...... I'm guessing that in Europe and everywhere there are good/decent people of Faith who have stashed away that odd Enfield or Mauser rifle. That Luger or Browning pistol...... Yes! I know!! .... The faint of heart here are horrified ... Good! Wake the **** Up!! God will NOT leave his People defenseless. Our Mideast Christian Comrades deaths will not be in vain ... their sacrifice might well be The Lord's Bugle Call!!?? GOD SAVE ALL HERE!!
