  2. I think it was. His ear was never damaged. While he was under the podium, they applied the fake blood. Sorry, I know it sounds nuts. That is my position. I don't think supporters view him as savior, especially after his first term, warp speed vaccine, closing church, we live in the end times of this evil period of history, we all know it, pray

    Ann,

I recall a few years ago, perhaps as far back as 2016, WBTW strongly held onto the claim that Trump is a freemason, and if so he is unreliable.:(. However, the cabal is destined for defeat by Him who is already seated on the Throne!:ROFLMAO:

  4. I corrected the post about the number of satellites spaceX (Musk company) has in low Earth orbit (LEO).
According to the search results, as of various dates (November 10, 2024, January 30, 2024, and February 20, 2024), SpaceX has:

    • Over 7,000 Starlink satellites in LEO (as of September 2024)
    • About 3,600 Starlink satellites in LEO (as of January 2024, representing approximately 50% of the nearly 7,300 active satellites in orbit)
    • 5,402 functioning Starlink satellites in LEO (as of February 2024)
SpaceX has a significant presence in LEO with thousands of Starlink satellites orbiting the Earth.

I don't believe the assassination attempt on President Trump was fake. Cameras caught the bullets flying in the air and several people were wounded behind Trump. I think one was killed. I also have a hard time believing RFK Jr. is a bad guy. The same with the rest of the team, I don't believe they are all corrupt. If Trump was up to no good, I am positive someone would have said something by now. They have good track records. Time will tell though.

    WBTW,

I just went and checked the below video clip of Trump's shooting. If you notice, as Trump touches his ear and then pulls his hand away, there is already blood on it from the struck ear. That is prior to Trump's position under the podium.
To me that supports his actually being shot.

Couldn't care less if you have a contrary take. It's actually a good thing that everyone doesn't agree on everything here, if this were the case I wouldn't stick around because it would be inauthentic. It is also good to see opposing takes and let people choose for themselves.

Isaiah 32:7 Scoundrels use wicked methods, they make up evil schemes to destroy the poor with lies, even when the plea of the needy is just. 8 But the noble make noble plans, and by noble deeds they stand.

We do not live in days when the Lord is given first place and revered. But because of Who God is, and for all He has done for me and my household, I will strive to honor and obey Him. Each of us (for we are human after all) are like the apostles, striving but failing to make sense of all that was happening after the Last Supper. Only the Resurrection, which followed upon the Cross, brought the ultimate peace and joy they sought. We should be encouraged at each Holy Mass we participate in. For the Death of Christ is re-presented in the separate consecrations of bread and wine. But this sacred act is always followed by the act of commingling (just prior to the Agnus Dei), when the Resurrection is re-presented as the priest breaks off a small piece from the large Sacred Host and drops it in the Chalice of the Precious Blood. As deacon, I am privileged to be there at the altar to clearly witness as this act take place. For me, it is as sacred as the Consecration. For as the Consecration re-presents the death of Our Lord , so commingling re-presents the Lord's Resurrection!

Let us be the noble who always rejoice that the Lord's Victory shall prevail no matter how much discouragement tugs at our hearts!

Christ has died! Christ is Risen! Christ will come again! (Two of the three fulfilled and thus the Third is guaranteed!)

The best way to celebrate the feast of St. Josaphat
    [IMG]
Each year the Church recognizes the heroic martyrdom of St. Josaphat, who worked tirelessly for the union of East and West.

St. Josaphat was a heroic bishop who fought bravely to unify both East and West. He grew up in an Eastern Orthodox home, but later joined others in Ukraine who sought reunification with Rome.

Unfortunately, his efforts were opposed by many, including members of the hierarchy. Yet he continued to labor, trusting in God’s plan for humanity.

Eventually a mob couldn’t take it anymore and killed Josaphat, who said as he was dying, “Grant that I be found worthy, Lord, to shed my blood for the union and obedience to the Apostolic See.

How to celebrate his feast day

Pope Benedict XVI commented on St. Josaphat's heroism in an address to Ukrainian Greek-Catholics in 2013:

Dear brothers and sisters, the memory of this holy Martyr speaks to us about the Communion of Saints, about the communion of life among those who belong to Christ. It is a reality that gives us a foretaste of eternal life, since an important aspect of eternal life consists in the joyous fraternity which is shared by all the saints....If such is the communion of the Church, every aspect of our Christian life can be enlivened by the desire to build together, to work together, to learn from one another, to bear witness to the faith together.

He then laid out a simple yet challenging way to celebrate St. Josaphat's feast day:

Dear brothers and sisters, the best way to celebrate St Josaphat is to love one another, and to love and serve the unity of the Church. The courageous witness of so many recent martyrs, who constitute a great wealth and consolation for your Church, also supports us in this.

St. Josaphat reminds us that we need to always strive for unity among Christians, praying and working for that day when all Christians will be one.

I appreciate your honesty. We live in troubled times, which is actually amplified by the bombardment of constant and often conflicting assessments of reality. Actually, I think JoeJerk revels in the amount of time consumed in such ways.

Think of the lowly peasants of the Middle Ages who tilled the soil and were dependent on the Lord's providential care. Life could be a struggle back then with suffering close at hand, but it was far more simple.

Work the land, raise your children, trust in God. For the most part, tragedy was woven into the fabric of life, but the gift of salvation through Christ, His salvific Redemption, and the grace of His sacraments, were close at hand.

O Mary conceived without sin, pray for us who have recourse to thee!

This is the other true lung of the Church. It was practically extinguished by Soviet communism, but was resurrected after the consecrations of the world carried out by Pope John Paul II, today being a true universal church and expanding. No wonder the Putinist regime and its official church want to eradicate her from what they consider the land of Mother Russia.

May the Mother of God protect our Ukrainian Catholic brothers from this murderous Mother Putinist Russia.

I’m astonished, as well. God is omniscient. People forget that, or don’t know that.
He has a plan. It’s a consolation that you received that Scripture. What a grace.

I've supported Trump for many years. Even back when it was most unpopular. People calling me nuts. I used to say, 'give me 3 reasons why you dislike him...' and no one ever could.
The majority of my friends now support him - or at least concede he is the lesser of 2 evils (which for many of them is a big, big switch).

I hope he is genuine. He had to be eccentric, I suppose, to take on the establishment. And he sure is eccentric. I'm old enough now to be wary of anything and everything that presents itself as this or that. "Discern everything, take what is good."
That is what I'm doing. I remain watchful. As someone said earlier, we'll know soon enough..

Apparently the border between Israel and Gaza is the most surveillanced area on the planet. How a rag-tag gang not only approached it, but also breached it, is a complete fabrication.

And whoever planned it also planned the death visited on innocent Israelis that day; as well as the aftermath - including the invasion of Gaza, the butchering of it's people and the international provocation of powers in the region.

    Demonic. The lot of it!
Netanyahu and his cronies were/are a part of it. As were the Democrat leadership.
    Demons, all!
