This seems as literal and black and white wrt Papal Writings as Protestants are wrt the Bible. In fact the actual meaning is regularly not the face meaning. Me, I am a practical person. If the Pope is very likely mistaken in his moral theology of stealing (much easier to ascertain here than whether he is speaking infallibly) ... then I think assumptions of formal infallibility need to be reviewed for this text, don't you? Do you agree with the Pope's moral theology there?
Not sure what you are referencing. Which Pope? And what document concerning stealing? What meaning isn't the real meaning?
Whether or not Garabandal is supernatural in origin remains to be seen. None of the phenomena observed at Garabandal was a clear cut case of the supernatural. It could have been merely preternatural. Big difference. That's why the Church was unable to confirm the supernatural at Garabandal.

Like I said, we wait in obedience. But meantime it is rude not to consider the simple facts that are available to us. You don't need to be a theologian to do this. The Church is not unable. It has chosen to wait....like us.
It seems to me that after the Warning the authenticity of Garabandal will still not be clear. Only after the Miracle. Only then will we all be able to sing from the same Hymnal. And from what Ive heard ...BH is a pretty good singer...
I agree, many may not make the connection at first but they will if channels of communication are kept open. Hopefully there will not be too much delay. If notice of the miracle is given before we experience the warning we will know it is upon us because the warning will prepare us for the miracle. We may need the miracle soon after the warning to help us recover from the shock. For those of us who are informed and believe the warning will authenticate Garabandal and eliminate any doubts. I have no such doubts.

I was praying tonight and some thoughts....inspirations....etc came to me concerning this topic of possible disbelief in garabandal. I must say also that after I received these thoughts on this topic.....I was shown a bible verse that mentioned the words 8th day ( scripture speaking about John baptist being brought to temple in 8th day as baby) People will not believe conchita because PERHAPS the WARNING WILL COME after she announces the MIRACLE .....somewhere during those 8 days. People will be very confused because they have not experienced the WARNING YET.....and it will happen after she announces MIRACLE. This will cause also fear .....like that spoken in scripture of that verse that speaks of MEN'S HEARTS FAILING THEM FOR FEAR OF WHAT'S COMING TO THE EARTH.
Don't get too caught up in all that. Live the message of Garabandal which is the same as Fatima and all the true messages and apparitions. All 'prophecy is imperfect' isn't that in the Bible? Our Lady only mentioned a chastisement at Garabandal, we know nothing of a 3 days of darkness that is from other seers like Blessed Anna-Marie Taiga. It is highly possible and probable but She only mentioned the Warning, Miracle and Chastisement from what the seers have said publicly.
