That’s really chilling. I can see it, though....sinners blithely going along in life, glorifying their own will and desires, and then, the end. The particular judgement. Padre Pio was right.
Its terrifying. I think of St Paul advising "work out your salvation in fear and trembling." Its no joke. Jesus died to save us from it.
To enter into a true prayer life is to enter into the supernatural/mystical. If you never enter into prayer the mystical realities become a kind of fairy tale. That is one reason, for instance people talk so much in the Church. They don't , 'See', Jesus present in the Blessed Sacrament. If they were people of prayer they would, 'See', Him; but since they do not have an active prayer life all they see is an empty building . This, rather than the gateway to heaven. It is highly ironic but whereas many Catholics do not really believe in hell I think many Satanists do in fact very much believe in hell. Know that it exists as they are so close to it; know they are going there but are actually resigned to this.
All good points. I think Satsnists and those who pursue knowingly or knowingly the darkness believe hell is one of big party and all th ed best people--the cool kids--will be there. I've heard this from some young people. Chills the soul. Ice.
Well , I don't think anyone who ever actually arrives in hell will be too happy with the hotel arrangements. Jesus calls us to heaven as the Way , the Truth and the Life. Lucifer, the, 'Father of Lies' and a , 'Murderer from the beginning', attracts us to hell with the, 'glamour' of evil since he has an empty wallet and lies are all the dough he's got. But I think , Mystery of evil, as people become more and more wicked they become more and more happy with evil for wickedness sake. But just as there is a hierarchy amongst the saints and angels so there is a hierarchy of evil with what you could call , 'black saints' at the bottom. People who do indeed do evil simply for evil's sake. These are people meant to be great saints like Padre Pio but choose the other path. Bad Popes and Cardinals are somewhat along these lines. I think Cardinal Mueller referred to this in his recent Manifesto and even cited chapter and verse: 2 Thessalonians 2:7 7 For the mystery of iniquity doth already work: only he who now letteth will let, until he be taken out of the way.
