Three things are necessary to live in the Divine Will - the knowledge, the desire and to be properly disposed.

    Border Collie,
Saint Augustine states "You have made us for yourself, O Lord, and our heart is restless until it rests in you."
Like you, Oh, how I desire to rest in the Love of God and allow my will to be in sink with His Will. With the help of the Holy Spirit through Mary dispensing the grace to lead me to her Son who will bring me to this peace that I have felt and continue to desire.
Most of my postings are for instruction in how to prepare oneself Spiritually so that one may come into our Lords presence with not just an open heart, which is a good start, but as close as one can transform our very own heart. "It is the Father's will to raise up men to share in his own divine life. He does this by gathering men around his Son Jesus Christ. This gathering is the Church," (and all that the Church has to give to her people)"on earth the seed and the beginning of that kingdom." C.C.248
In our preparation one needs to, purify, and cleanse ourselves to have a place for Him who is everything. We need to get rid of the clutter and refuse, that hinder us from loving Him totally. And when we sin we need to know how to come back to this place of LOVE that we continue to desire.
I don't look at it much differently than I see purgatory compared to heaven. Purgatory is that final purification of the elect before we reach Heaven. I know we can't be perfectly purified because of our sinfulness here on earth, though I continue to try, but it is a means to get closer to holiness for this perfect "I Am Who Am" whom we love.

Like you Border Collie I long to continue my stay in this loving embrace, but I still need a "love check" to get back on the right path again. SOME DAY and it will be Some Day!

  3. Funny you should say that Ecclesiasticus 2, at mass this morning I thought of you in reading the first reading of Daniel. "and those who have instructed many in virtue, (will shine) as bright as stars for all eternity."

    Border Collie,
I too was fixed on this verse, "and those who have instructed many in virtue, (will shine) as bright as stars for all eternity." My thought from the verse was may I not loose site of you oh Lord, so that I may glorify you with this great of brightness. There are so many great God loving members on this forum perhaps we will be a few of many stars as God promised to Abraham, "I will bless you and make your descendants as countless as the stars of the sky and the sands of the seashore; your descendants will take possession of the gates of their enemies, and in your descendants all the nations of the earth will find blessing, because you obeyed my command.”

Luisa reported that Jesus told her that Saints in the Divine Will would not be stars, but suns!

    Kathy,
    Thank you! Illuminated my thinking!

How do you all picture Sanctifying Grace today and does it continue in the future?

I see it as a gift from the Holy Spirit for us, with the Holy Spirit's guidance and direction to stay deep in His love by drawing ourselves closer in knowing, loving, serving Him and the church and become pleasing to God. We say yes, we make a decision to confess all our sinfulness, and we open our hearts to stay away from all sin and in particular mortal sin in our life. We have used our spiritual life and corporal life to obtain our growth in our relationship with God.

In Luisa's writings it will never be us that will have a part in understanding LOVE. It is not about how we can love God , but how he loves us because of our simple yes. In my understanding of the writing, Jesus will make our understanding of all Sanctities under any aspect of virtue from our past to disappear and He will will make The Sanctity of Living in God's Divine Will reappear. Reappear as in the time of Adam and Eve before they fell into sin would be my guess?
Jesus goes on to say that the Sanctity will be so high that we will become like suns and we will cover even the most beautiful stars of the saints from the past. "I (Jesus) want to purge the earth: it is unworthy of these Portents of Sanctity.” Jesus said to Luisa, that if I did not have these Sun's of My Divine Will today in a few souls here on the earth, the earth would become foreign to Me and that He would sever any communication between the earth and Heaven.

And Luisa said as we do, "What do these words of Jesus mean?"

Is this saying that because of those that have fought the fight and are in God's Divine Will that He will save the world because of these who have loved, but purge or send a chastisement upon all of us because of His love for His children to come back to Him who is all merciful? And do these writings say that the change for us after this purging is a simple "yes" or no, to fall or not to fall in His Divine Love? Is this the Warning or the Illumination of Conscious? Will the way of finding Christ through the Sacraments and Church teachings cease to exist, because those that say "Yes" will be consumed in His Love and protection until the end of time? And can we say that what we have left is our Fullness of Spiritual Life in God and our continued love for God in the times ahead?

WOW!!!! Reading your post felt like drinking from a fire hose!!!!!!

Couldn't begin to answer your questions, but here's what I'm being shown in prayer:

    1. What is coming in this new era is the resurrected life, in the Divine Will.

    2. I keep getting led to pray and ponder on the "first fruits", the 144,000 spoken of in the book of revelation (thanks to Woman Clothed with the Sun on the astronomy thread) The purpose of the first fruits (and I believe the first fruits will be those living permanently in the Divine Will) is to bring in the harvest, ALL who enter the new era will only do so in the Divine Will.

    3. I feel called to learn all I can about the Divine Will, so that I can live it permanently and help others come into it. Yesterday, listening to the new post of Father Robert Young of 11/14/15, I heard that, just as the Father's word does not return to Him void, but does what that Word contains, so also every word we read about the Divine Will carries out it's purpose in us; is embedded in us. Amazing!!!

    4. The Divine Will is a fortress guarding our souls from the enemy and deception.

    5. Living in the Divine Will is elegant simplicity. Every little humble act we do in the Divine Will becomes a divine, eternal treasure, returning to God all the glory owed to Him, and obtaining souls for the kingdom.

On another subject...I love sharing about the Divine Will, but other threads on this forum grieve me deeply.

Perhaps a time is coming (and may already be here) when we need to move our discussion to another location? Maybe share email addresses, and we could chat as a group there?

Or maybe I just need to avoid those threads and only post here...I'm discerning...

I am really interested in continuing to read about the Divine Will and your vast knowledge of this subject Kathy. I believe the Divine Will is a calling I have.

Do you recommend this site: http://divinewillcentre.com/divine-will-booklet/

On the other subject, we need to pray for this forum, only for MOG I probably would not have found out about the Divine Will.

I'll have to look at the site and let you know. Lynn Fiat seems to be the real expert around here.

Pelianito just added a link with Divine Will resources, and I had forgotten that our Daniel O'Conner had written a booklet on it: https://danieloconnor.files.wordpress.com/2015/06/the-crown-and-completion-of-all-sanctity.pdf
    I'm re-reading it now. As I remember, it's a really good intro.

Regarding the forum, I agree. We need to pray, and I am very blessed to have found like-minded souls here.

Everyone is called to live in the Divine Will, but Jesus says "there will be few". I recommend Hugh Owens book, "The New and Divine Holiness" to understand what living in the Divine Will is and about the exemplars who lived it, and then read as many volumes as you can. Don't forget the Queen book and the Passion book.

Jesus says in the writings that the Sacraments will never cease to be. Also, regarding the "new era" - Jesus says that not everyone will give their "Fiat" to living in His Will, but that the others will be "forced" into living in It. I don't even begin to ponder just what He means by that.

  16. Kathy, I'm exactly in the same page with you in this. The direction of the forum seems to me to be taking a predominant shift that is not healthy or Catholic. I would like to safeguard the possibility of keeping in touch in particular with those interested in Living in the Divine Will and like minded people.

  17. I'm not sure if this information has been posted before since I haven't been able to read much lately but a web on the Divine Will that I find very helpful is this:
    http://luisapiccarreta.me
There are several books available for free download based on Luisa's works.

I would HIGHLY recommend THE ROUNDS books, which are really books of prayer based on the way Luisa was taught to pray in the Divine Will. They have created four volumes with the little readings matching the liturgical times -Advent, Ordinary Time, Lent, & Easter. I pray a piece from them every day and it is very helpful for learning to make that kind of prayer our own.

Under THE CALENDAR you have the entries of Luisa by the day and the month. This is another treasure I think.

You can look at the column on the right for other books. There is plenty there to browse. Enjoy!

Kathy, Woman Clothed with the Sun, Lynnfiat and others wanting more of God's Divine Will exchange,

I also agree. Other than Learning more on Divine Will, praying for others needs, the study of the heavens changes and Francine's messages I don't find the peace that I so desire and need in my life. Fatima and Leo are also deep in study of Luisa's writings. It would be good to share e-mail, but I feel it is also important to bring others to our Lords needs, that bringing others to understand His Divine will. Both would be beneficial!
