Hi guys, I just want to say thanks for all the prayers being offered for me. I have noticed a noticeable change in my prayer life in the last while since I started posting again on this site. I have also started including all your intentions in my own prayers. It's a great privilege to be able to pray for another person. God Bless BC
Its always good to see people giving thanks, it reminds me of the story of the ten lepers. Luke 17:11-19 (New International Version) Luke 17:11-19 New International Version (NIV) Jesus Heals Ten Men With Leprosy 11 Now on his way to Jerusalem, Jesus traveled along the border between Samaria and Galilee. 12 As he was going into a village, ten men who had leprosy[a] met him. They stood at a distance 13 and called out in a loud voice, “Jesus, Master, have pity on us!” 14 When he saw them, he said, “Go, show yourselves to the priests.” And as they went, they were cleansed. 15 One of them, when he saw he was healed, came back, praising God in a loud voice. 16 He threw himself at Jesus’ feet and thanked him—and he was a Samaritan. 17 Jesus asked, “Were not all ten cleansed? Where are the other nine? 18 Has no one returned to give praise to God except this foreigner?” 19 Then he said to him, “Rise and go; your faith has made you well.”
It's amazing how, when we first really start praying, we pray for our own problems, but as the years go by ,we become more charitable in our prayer, even though we keep getting crosses.Now when I pray I always include this board and so many who have asked for prayers and so many extended family and neighbors etc. etc. Right now one son and family are in desperate need of God's healing touch.
