My dear sisters and brothers the active Tribulation is upon us. We are engaged in the time of Justice the Tribulation.
Saw that earlier - just incredible. The tribulations will impact every singl persons life. We must stand firm in faith during the tribulations - we can and will rebuke such storms in the name of Jesus.
I know you have brother. It is still winter but I am in a better l place. I am touched by the prayers of everyone on the forum. Thanks Padraig as I appreciate you bringing me to the feet of our Lady
Saw that on the news last night. It looked like a clip from a new apocalyptic disaster movie. Along side the reports from Canada, The Indian mudslides that tore away villages, Lourdes and the recent happenings in Germany. We're in for a rough ride from here on in. But prayer can resolve this I believe as these disasters are a result of man turning his back on God and becoming more secular as we go on. Abortion, gay marriage et al have arrived with a bang and are normalised in peoples consciousness. We, on the forum need to be selfless in our prayer routine. We need to put our own needs and necessities in the background for a while and pray for the conversion of people who bring evil on us in deeds, whether they do it consciously or not. As Pope Francis washed the feet of young sinners in prison on Holy Thursday, we here need to do some 'washing of feet' too in the form of prayer for others not known to us but who may bring terrible things down upon us...
I think what convinces me we have kicked of is the sheer WEIRDNESS of some of these events. As to changing God's mind. Well I think we have passed a kind of tipping point. Its a bit like when you push a ball down a hill, it gathers a momentum of its own and goes off alone. This is what mystics speak of when they talk of the time of mercy and the time of justice. We have entered now the time of justice. In a sense there is no turning back. Our Boat has gone to sea, so to speak, we can no longer get off. I am surprised it took so long ; but here we are.
Someone described it as labour - the 9 months seems to last forever and it feels that the baby will never come. But then all of a sudden it is upon you! I still feel we are in the birth pangs although the contractions have begun. There may be a war soon that will tip the balance into justice and Tribulations greater than anything before
I am with you Padraig. Things from here on will spiral out of control globally. Who would send your kids to Rio to see the Pope there next month and feel safe? Rioting, natural disasters globally, civil wars, economic colaspse's all over the world just to name a few things bubbling over. You can't pick up a secular economic magazine without some new money expert or billionaire saying prepare for a major money colapse as never before. I predict by the end of this year we will have entered deeply into the tribulation. Prepare!
I've been thinking a lot about all of these prophecies and signs that the world is entering into a period of troubles. Seeking additional discernment, this morning before I began reading the Bible I prayed "speak Lord, your servant is listening". I then opened up the Bible at random 3 times ( I normally don't do this sort of thing, I'm not sure why I decided to do it today). These are the three scriptures that I read. 1st Chronicles, chapter 11 1a Then all Israel gathered around David in Hebron, and they said: “Look! We are your bone and your flesh. 2In days past, when Saul was still the king, it was you who led Israel in all its battles. And now the LORD, your God, has said to you: You shall shepherd my people Israel; you shall be ruler over my people Israel.” 3Then all the elders of Israel came to the king at Hebron, and at Hebron David made a covenant with them in the presence of the LORD; and they anointed David king over Israel, in accordance with the word of the LORD given through Samuel. 4Then David and all Israel went to Jerusalem, that is, Jebus, where the inhabitants of the land were called Jebusites.d 5The inhabitants of Jebus said to David, “You shall not enter here.” David nevertheless captured the fortress of Zion, which is the City of David. 6David said, “Whoever strikes the Jebusites first shall be made chief and captain.” Joab, the son of , was the first to attack; and so he became chief.e 7David took up residence in the fortress, which therefore was called the City of David. 8He built up the city on all sides, from the Millo all the way around, while Joab restored the rest of the city.f 9David became ever more powerful, for the LORD of hosts was with him. (keeping in mind that David prefigured Christ as the great king of Israel) Psalms 37 10 Wait a little, and the wicked will be no more; look for them and they will not be there. 11 But the poor will inherit the earth, will delight in great prosperity. 12 The wicked plot against the righteous and gnash their teeth at them; 13 But my Lord laughs at them, because he sees that their day is coming. Mark chapter 13 32 “But of that day or hour, no one knows, neither the angels in heaven, nor the Son, but only the Father. 33 Be watchful! Be alert! You do not know when the time will come. 34 It is like a man traveling abroad. He leaves home and places his servants in charge, each with his work, and orders the gatekeeper to be on the watch. 35 Watch, therefore; you do not know when the lord of the house is coming, whether in the evening, or at midnight, or at cockcrow, or in the morning. 36 May he not come suddenly and find you sleeping. 37 What I say to you, I say to all: ‘Watch!’”
