Agh Mike I feel for you, I had the same surgery a good few years ago, I worked myself up about it and didn't like the idea of going under an anaesthetic, the funny side was my wife is one of those people who likes to touch injuries and ask is that sore ( must be a woman thing) having two splints up your nose and someone trying to touch it is never a good idea I remember going back to get the splints out and the doc who had to cut the stiches was an alcoholic with shaky hands, not good when he was gonna stick a scalpel up my nose... Im glad the surgery went well and you'll be grand in no time...Just remember to sneeze through your mouth ahhhh hoooo and not ahhhh chooo
