Rosemary. She has 30 days to clear up parental (both deceased) property and house. She is also conflicted about keeping it after cleanup, or selling it. As this property & home were willed to her, it's all on her - aside from what help we're able to provide (phone calls, gathering information). We accompanied her to the property today (an hour's drive); she is clearly morose and stressed out. Please pray for quick resolution. Thank you.
