If there ever was a time in the history of American politics, for voters to choose a candidate based on one single issue - the time is coming this November. The single issue is the empty chair on the Supreme Court draped in black. The next elected president, should they serve four or eight years, will in addition to replacing Antonin Scalia, probably appoint one or two more judges. If the Supreme Court should tilt to the Left, I predict the Constitution will be slowly chipped away until it crumbles. We are living witnesses.
so true. it is an extremely important issue...unless there is some recess appointment by obama. as it all plays out...if it does not look like the democrat will win the presidency...look for that recess appointment somehow some way.
