The rejectors of Christ also reject His teaching that one "love your enemies". I read recently of a supposedly moderate rabbi that reluctantly admitted in an article in First Things magazine, that to Jews it is a virtue in certain circumstances to hate. Combined with the delusion that they still, after two millenia from the time they rejected the Divine Plan, remain the "Chosen People", it makes them extremely aggressive and dangerous. Sadly, this is a position that has in recent decades been supported by many in the Catholic Church, not to mention the many non-Jewish Zionists of the West. There are now extreme Messianic Zionists running the show in Israel who are utterly convinced, like previous Jewish, false messianic revolutions, of final victory and they plan to conquer the entire region from the Mediterranean to the Euphrates. There are plausible cases being made that the Ukraine and the Crimea were targetted as well, but that now seems to have bitten the dust. These people hate Jesus Christ far more than the Mohammedans do. God help all the poor Christians in this region.
It was George Bush Snr who first used the term. All these people pushing mass immigration, perverted lifestyles and 'climate change' are the ones looking for a new globalised world order. It is the governments of the West, particularly of the United States (unless ruled by Trump, whom they are desperate to stop), United Kingdom, France and Germany, along with the European Union who feature most prominently in implementing this infernal agenda. If a 'new world order', which does not include this other 'new world order', is perhaps a more multipolar world, without any nation possessing hegemony, we might be better off.

We have the awakening of neo-Marxist movements in other forms, racial conflicts as well as religious ones which is again what we have been seeing for the last few centuries... The decadence of society, which takes us back to the Middle Ages, as well as the fall of the Roman Empire... Although we have never had more in terms of technology, we are returning to a kind of feudalism where the rich accumulate wealth, and ordinary citizens find it harder and harder to get apartments, houses, pay bills and medical treatment... Migrations that were deliberately planned this time, but remind of Barbarion invasion of the former cradle of civilization, Rome and Greece... The Jews, as those who were supposed to spread the good news about Christ, the message of hope, faith and love, are those who want world domination, where instead of serving others they want to rule. They are the leaders of revolutions, communism, the lgbt movement, communism and the persecution of Christ. The Church and the Vatican, which should be the seat of consolation, Christ and the strength of morality, have also become a place of conflict between the righteous and those who are not, of confusing messages and lukewarm attitudes. In some strange way, it is as if the entire human history is being summed up in the present day. Only in a slightly different and distorted way. I think that there has never been a greater confusion among people between good and evil at the world level. Perhaps you are focusing too much on the realms of earth and not enough on the kingdom of God. Today's readings talked about this. I always thought that after Jesus came and welcomed the gentiles into the New Jerusalem that all of us became The Chosen People. We have been chosen to join him in Heaven. It is not only the Jew, in fact Jesus had gentile blood in his DNA. Jesus will take care of his flock and the wheat is being separated from the chaff. I am no longer getting into the heated politics on FB, it is of no use. People have already decided which road they want to take, and now, because of social media it is in our face like never before. But, back to today's reading, they are so profound. He sells everything he owns and buys the field Jesus said to the crowds: ‘The kingdom of heaven is like treasure hidden in a field which someone has found; he hides it again, goes off happy, sells everything he owns and buys the field. ‘Again, the kingdom of heaven is like a merchant looking for fine pearls; when he finds one of great value he goes and sells everything he owns and buys it.’
To be fair to Michael Pio, I *think* he wasn't saying the typical new world order the elites are wanting: the one world government. He used the word "multilateral." So I think he meant he wants the current order of things where the corrupt West is trying to run the whole world, to change into a different world situation where each country regains its character and autonomy. But I could be totally wrong. I'm sure he'll come explain soon. I certainly don't want my country to fall, as in to someone else's hands. I really want it to come to its senses, humble itself, and reform back into the strong Christian country it once tried to be.
I don't think you are being fair to feudalism, it wasn't so bad as it was made out to be. Each person had their place in society but to help and serve the others. The Devil knows his time is nearing its end and in this time of his frenzy as all his works are nearing their fruition it makes sense we see only division, chaos, ugliness, a small foreshadowing of the terrors of Hell. I find it interesting to note man cannot live longer than 2000 years without some divine intervention and here we are, about 2000 years after the crucifixion so let us gather at the foot of the cross, whether in prayer, or better yet, mass and watch, pray and endure. I'm often very slow and the upcoming bi-millenium of the central event of history, Our Lord's Crucifixion, hadn't registered in my consciousness. Lots of talk going on about Apocalypse and the End of the World, but nothing or next to nothing about This. Your point about our being well due a Divine Intervention fills me with great Hope, this morning. We so need it. What we knew as Christendom, a product of the Middle Ages which you so rightly praise, has gone so demonically rotten (and in such a short time-the era of Reagan and JPII seeems only like yesterday-although the rot has been eating away for centuries, from the Fall, truly) that it is a near-certainty that only a direct and drastic Act of God can rescue us. But having said that, we had more freedom in East Germany than New Zealand had under Ardern. The West is becoming rapidly communist nowadays. This is also true for the U.S. Regarding wars in recent years, NATO has been involved in many. This includes the war in Ukraine. One has to look back to 2014 (the coup) and to the breach of the Minsk agreement. This is essentially a war of NATO against Russia. I am not happy with the escalation by the West that is bringing us close to WWIII.
Dear Kathy, You are misunderstanding me. I do not want the U.S. to fall. I have lived there for one year and I love America. It is one of the most Christian countries in the world, culturally. Having said that, the governments of the West are evil nowadays. This is a bit different from the people. Our Western governments do not have our best interests in mind. They are establishing a world order that is essentially satanic. They are not on our side. This current satanic world order needs to fall, not the people in the Western countries who are being oppressed by it. God bless!

The old communism had to be enforced at gun-point; the newer kind has cultivated so many useful idiots that majorities of the people are voting for it in most Western countries. Things have turned out exactly as the great Italian philosopher, Augusto del Noce predicted over half a century ago-that centrist and social democratic politics would produce a more virulent form of communism than even the old kind. The people are not as easily manipulated in dictatorships. The Greeks were right in realising that the democracy they invented was the worst possible form of government and quickly abandoned it.
