I find it interesting that at the climax of the Fatima miracle the sun seemed to descend towards the faithful, which is perhaps a remote analogy to the future punishment of Garanbadal which will be composed of a heat and a fire of supernatural origin that will envelop the world
Amazing technology initially made by defense contractors for war and finally put to a good use. The smoke here in Washington has been bad the last few days. Stay inside level especially today but it is supposed to let up and some offshore winds are forecast to clean the air up a bit. Great for us but not so great for those east of us.
Apparently the smoke from the fires in Siberia have started to cover the North Pole. These huge smoke clouds are bound to effect the weather this winter.
Such a feeling of unreality at the moment. As though living in a Hollywood film, or in a dream. Time has sped up so much it is like being on a fast train, perhaps this is heaven's way of being kind, to get us all through this quick.
Yes. The Chinese understood this. And so did the Greeks. And the native Indians. And the Hindus. Not to mention the Bible. The Vatican certainly doesnt. Nor does the present pope. (Or do they pretend they don`t?) Can anyone find a single quote, a single reference, one comment however obscure where this man links the present climate swerves to sin?
Scripture has so many, many references to Spiritual Blindness, including blind leaders , leading the blind. Nothing fills me with so many interior misgivings than the possibility of my own very severe interior spiritual blindness. What could be worse than to be guilty of Mortal Sin and to be totally unaware of it...and to go to my grave and towards the Final Judgement still unaware. This is indeed the Sin that will not pardoned. To be granted the great grace of conviction of sin and to refuse it. Jesus talks about it in His reference to the Last Judgement when the goats cry out when did we see you naked, hungry and in prison and did not help you. Most of us will live to see this in the Illumination of Conscience that is upon us when the Great Conviction of Sin. Some shall die on the spot with shock. But others, hardened by sin will refuse this huge grace and become on the spot demons walking the Earth. Evil incarnate. Steeped in the unforgiveable sin. The total refusal of Grace. The final turn of the back on God. Lord have Mercy. Grant us Dear Mother the Great Grace of Final Repentance and a Good Death. Count us, at the Final Reckoning in the Ranks of the Just. Day of Mercy, Day of Wrath. 'Oh my Jesus, forgive us our sins, save us from the Fires of Hell. Save all souls from Hell, most especially those in most need of the Mercy!'
May Our Blessed Lord take and unite all these sufferings to His Heart since these poor people most likely do not know to offer it and may this console His Heart and save souls.
I read the US Sun this morning, Britney dancing in a revealing outfit....if current, that's not a good reflection on being Catholic. Also: Mariachi Legend Vicente Fernández Is in 'Serious but Stable' Condition in the ICU After a Fall (msn.com) He seems to be in serious but stable condition after a fall that apparently, hurt his back, spinal cord too. He's been an immense big star. Mariachi, Ranchera, sort of in traditional music of Mexico. I'm not saying Mexico has run off the track any more than what it has been in the past but if it has, I hope they can get back on track. Nice country I think, overall. Still, I'd be very careful visiting there.
and now the earthquakes. 2 massive ones in the last hour 6.9 in Alaska and a 7.2 in Haiti with reports of massive building collapses, pray for them
The world is like a house filled with children. The father says, "I'll be back soon," and leaves through the front door. At first the children keep looking out the window for signs of his return. Then a few get bored and find something to do till he returns. They end up building a small tower out of legos. "Come help us, we can build more amazing things while we wait." Some look back at the tower: "He has a point you know." A few more leave the window side. They cover the light bulb with colored paper, play loud music, and mess up the kitchen, trying to make ice cream. Everything is a huge mess. From the window side comes a rebuke: "The house is a mess. Dad will be here soon. Cut it out!" They just laugh: "We've been waiting so long. He won't be here till tomorrow morning." And they continue taking ownership of the house. The like continues, till all but one child gets bored and stops waiting. All the other children decide to smash the windows and replace them with ductape. They get angry at the one child who refuses to budge from the window. They gather together to bully him. Still no signs of the father. They curse him and prepare to harm him. Suddenly the father enters the house through the backdoor.
It's hard to believe all these things are really happening. Even though we talked about these coming events on the Forum for years and years...now we see them right before our very eyes!
