Vermont Moves to Enshrine Abortion in Its Constitution


In 2019, in the Secularist State of Vermont, the legislature passed Proposal 5 and began a movement to amend the Vermont Constitution to provide the right to abort pre-born children without any exceptions whatsoever up until birth. Let us pray the Rosary through the intercession of Our Lady of Guadalupe to defeat abortion without exceptions!

In 1531, when Our Lady left her miraculous image on St. Juan Diego’s tilma, the Aztecs still practiced human sacrifice. In the era of the Aztec Culture of Death, the Gospel of Jesus Christ penetrated their hearts through the image and message of Our Lady of Guadalupe that brought the conversions of millions and an end to the human sacrifices. She can do the same today in our Culture of Death with our help of praying the Rosary.

In 1214, St. Dominic prayed for wisdom to bring conversions to the Albigensian heretics. They believed that human life and procreation was evil and that the highest good was to commit suicide. Our Lady appeared to St. Dominic and said, “I want you to know that, in this kind of warfare, the principal weapon has always been the Angelic Psalter, which is the foundation-stone of the New Testament. Therefore, if you want to reach these hardened souls and win them over to God, preach my Psalter.” Our Lady called her Rosary “My Angelic Psalter” because the Angel Gabriel announced the first part of the Hail Mary to her and because the Rosary then consisted of 150 Hail Mary’s in three mysteries and there are also 150 psalms (the Psalter).



In both of those critical times, Our Lady won over the people to Christ and to a Culture of Life through prayer. It is our hope that through her intercession and the Rosary, Our Lady of Guadalupe will defeat Vermont’s Proposal 5 and repeat her historic role to bring millions of conversions and the end of human sacrifice by legalized abortion, euthanasia, and suicide in our own Culture of Death and lead us into a Culture of Life and Civilization of Love.

Let us not be like Ireland that in a rapid 26-year secularization of its people went from voting to prohibit abortion in 1992 to voting to legalize it in 2018.

In 1992, a young girl became pregnant in Ireland and threatened to commit suicide unless she were allowed to have an abortion in Ireland which prohibited abortion. Sinéad O’Connor, an Irish rock singer, took to the streets with a few hundred supporters and proclaimed, “We made the law and we can change it.”

This made world-wide news and providentially I saw it on television. I communicated with one of my pro-life priest friends in Ireland and told him that if he could guarantee ten thousand Rosary Processors in Dublin in reparation for the few hundred who took to the streets with Sinéad O’Connor, that I would come with the Missionary Image of Our Lady of Guadalupe to lead it.

I was invited and in May of 1992, Father Michael O’Carroll, world-renowned Mariologist, the Missionary Image and myself led a Rosary Procession in Dublin of thousands of the faithful. This was the largest Rosary Procession in Ireland since the Eucharistic Congress of 1932. We prayed the Rosary that Ireland would be kept abortion-free.



As the months passed, the movement for abortion rights raged like a forest fire across Ireland fueled by the Secularist media and government. Finally, the government proposed to the Irish people an amendment to their Constitution, which prohibited abortion, to legalize it. A referendum vote was scheduled. Once again, Our Lady had a special mission.

We were called to come to Ireland again in November of 1992. This time we made many Visitations to many churches to pray and fast against legalized abortion in Ireland. For ten days we called upon Our Lady of Guadalupe and the Irish martyrs to intercede to save Ireland from the abortion threat and the Secularist enemy within which was far greater than their British enemy in the past.

Our Irish missionary journey ended at Knock Shrine. Six thousand of the faithful filled the Shrine on a beautiful Spring-like day. It was very unusual to have such fine weather so late in the Fall. It was so nice that we had our closing Rosary Procession outside on the Shrine grounds.

Father Michael O’Carroll preached to the congregation followed by a talk by myself. I exhorted the Irish people to be true to the faith in imitation of the Irish martyrs who were beatified by St. John Paul II and to follow his teaching that no one may vote to legalize abortion under any circumstances. I said, “As the Irish martyrs died for their faith, let us live ours!”

Before the Missionary Image arrived in Ireland, the polls said that 70% of the Irish people favored legalized abortion. After the Visitation, the polls changed to 70% against legalized abortion and soon thereafter the proposed Constitutional amendment to legalize abortion was defeated by the Irish people. This victory was attributed to Our Lady of Guadalupe by many of the Irish faithful.

However, the Secular Revolution continued in Ireland and in 2015 the Irish voted by a huge majority to legalize same-sex false marriage. They became the first country in the world to do so by a vote of the people themselves, and not by their representatives or courts.

Ireland’s Secular Revolution culminated three years later in 2018 with an overwhelming vote not by their representatives or courts, but again by the Irish people themselves, to legalize abortion by repealing the eighth amendment to the Irish Constitution that had prohibited it. The sins of the Secularists had prevailed over Ireland’s Culture of Life in only 26 years.

During the 40-year period before 2019, with a world average of over 50 million deaths by abortion annually, two billion unborn children were killed by abortion. Only one century before, that was the same total of the whole world’s population!

St. Paul tells us, “For we are not contending against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against the powers, against the world rulers of this present darkness, against the spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places.” (Ephesians 6:10). Some demons “can come out only by prayer and fasting.” (Mark 9:29).

St. John Paul II wrote in his Gospel of Life, “A great prayer for life is urgently needed, a prayer which will rise up throughout the world. Jesus Himself has shown us by His own example that prayer and fasting are the first and most effective weapons against the forces of evil (see Mark 9:29). Let us therefore discover anew the humility and the courage to pray and fast so that power from on high will break down the walls of lies and deceit.”

Archives: Prophecies In Oil?

The mailbag is always interesting, rarely more so than when it involves the issue of alleged prophecy.

It’s a volatile topic. Occasionally, a theologian or cleric will state that to “prophesy” doesn’t mean to predict, but rather to proclaim — and there is fact in that: preaching the Truth is one of the definitions, and perhaps the key one, of prophecy.

But throughout Scripture, prophets also foresaw future events. It is plainly written.

It is a very tricky topic to approach (italicize “very“). When does prophesying that edifies (which the Bible encourages) give way to sensationalism and titillation (playing to “itching ears,” which Scripture does not encourage)? For example, what does one do with an article sent in the mail asserting that a “visionary and healer,” Sister Raquel Reodice, RVM

, of the Philippines, has had prophetic indications lately — written in oil?

Some background: according to their website, the Religious of the Virgin Mary is a congregation fully approved by the Church and dating back to Sister M. Ignacia del Espiritu Santo, a humble, devout woman who lived during the Spanish colonial era in the Philippines.

The order she began was approved by the Archdiocese of Manila in 1732.

The oldest and largest Filipino congregation, it is the first all-Filipino religious congregation for women in the Philippines.

Sister Raquel — the healer and prophet — is a member of this order, and as for her background (before we get to a recent unusual prophecy): “Back in June 1991, right after the eruption of Mt. Pinatubo, when sister did not have healing powers yet, a Filipino woman, a visionary, approached her,” says a website dedicated to her story. “The visionary said that she would soon receive healing power from the Lord. Sister Raquel brushed off the idea with a laugh. She said, ‘who was she’ to get such a gift?”

“The visionary instructed her to go to Poong Bato (literally ‘the Lord made of rock’), a remote village at the foot of Mt. Pinatubo in the province of Zambales. There, the visionary said Sister Raquel was supposed to pray to Our Lady and ‘pick her up.’ In Poong Bato, a six-foot statue of Our Lady made of cement fell to the ground, half buried in ash because of the violent Mt. Pinatubo eruption. Twenty-odd men tried to put the statue upright but they could not. The statue was just too heavy.

When Sister Raquel finally went to Poong Bato [after initial reluctance], she prayed to Our Lady for guidance and was thinking about what the visionary meant that Sister Raquel was supposed to “pick up Our Lady. After prayer, she reportedly gathered ten men to try once more to put the statue upright and they were shocked when indeed they could do what twenty men earlier could not.

“A military helicopter was requested by the local government to move the statue to higher ground,” the account continues. “The pilot scratched his head, saying the helicopter was not powerful enough to lift such a heavy cement statue. Everyone asked him anyway to try. So he did. Like a feather, the helicopter lifted the statue with ease. The pilot later reported that he was surprised that the helicopter instruments registered that the statue had a weight of ‘zero.’

“And so Sister Raquel did ‘pick up’ Our Lady there. The statue was eventually named Ina Poong Bato, or Mother Poong Bato. A replica stands at the Manila Cathedral today, and another at the Mother Ignacia Healing Center, donated by the local government. Sister Raquel believes that it was at Poong Bato that she received her healing power. For in a few days, the Lord was able to heal the sick through her hands.”

Notes another website: “The Lord has healed thousands, many of terminal diseases: cancer of the brain, breast, bone, leukemia, lupus, even leprosy through the hands of Sister Raquel. The Lord has healed the blind and the deaf through her intercession.

“After her first healings, her fame spread like wildfire. She conducted healing missions in ten countries around the world in the next four years: Spain, France, Taiwan, Thailand, Hong Kong, Italy, Canada, United States, Japan, and England. In 1992, she covered five countries in three months. Her second and third trips were in 1993 and 1995. Filipinos from California to New York flocked to her.”

It is said that after spending time with her, famed Cardinal Jaime Sin of Manila said, “I give you my blessing to heal in Jesus’ Name.”

The lore has built around her. When she prayed to halt another eruption of Mt. Pinatubo, it is claimed, the steam and high temperature at the crater suddenly vanished. When she ordered a super-typhoon to make a detour, that also (allegedly) happened. “This was featured in many news reports,” says the website. “When she prayed for SARS to go away in a global telecast with [host] Julie Yap Daza, Time Magazine reported two weeks after that SARS suddenly and mysteriously vanished as fast as it emerged. Skeptics doubt if all these could be attributed to a lowly Filipino nun in prayer. But the thousands who have been healed in the last 15 years believe she has the power to talk to nature as much as she has the power to heal them.

“When Typhoon ‘Ramil’ threatened Ilocos a few weeks after Typhoon ‘Ondoy,’ Sister Raquel and a chaplain, Father Teofilo, fell on their knees in prayer, pleading to the Lord to spare the Philippines,” said a newspaper Philippine Daily Inquirer. “Curiously, two high-pressure areas sandwiched Ramil, which weakened into a tropical depression and veered towards Taiwan.”

If that isn’t enough to discern, the newspaper also asserts that the sister “says she has received Divine messages to the world that in the last few months came in the form of mysterious pools of healing oil. This healing oil became the basis of Sister Raquel’s claim of messages from the Lord for the world. She did not hear voices, she simply ‘felt’ the messages overwhelm her consciousness, which she finds hard to describe.

“First, the nun says the oil, which appeared arranged in nine lines, refers to nine years (2009 to 2018) that the Lord is giving mankind to change its ways. This is a deadline, she says.

“Second, Sister Raquel speaks of the urgency for the rich, comprising three percent of the country’s population, to give to the seventy percent who are poor. This virtue of sharing is not an option, it is an obligation, she says.

“Sister Raquel says the Lord is not requesting but demanding that everyone start helping others, praying harder, and renewing lives in Him. Sister Raquel stressed that people are not obliged to believe her. Faith is a gift and belief is of the free will. But there is nothing to lose in listening to the warnings, old warnings we have forgotten (the third secret) and everything to gain in renewing life in the Lord.”

As the website put it: “Recalling the story of her gift of healing, Sister Raquel says that it is so easy to reconcile the will of man to the will of God. All man has to do is surrender himself totally and God will do everything. This does not mean man will simply sit there waiting for God’s Hand. He must also act, but his movement must search for the Will of God. That is the only way God can work wonders. He cannot act if Man’s will resists. They must work in tandem.”

Over 100 Dead and Thousands Wounded in Iraq as Unrest Continues

(BAGHDAD) — Seven anti-government demonstrators were killed Sunday in ongoing protests in the capital Baghdad, the latest fatalities in six days of clashes that have left more than 100 dead and thousands wounded.

Iraq’s government has scrambled to contain the popular anger that has racked Baghdad and a number of southern cities since Tuesday. Security forces responded with a crackdown on the spontaneous rallies of demonstrators demanding jobs, better services and an end to endemic corruption in the oil-rich country.

In the first official statement from the government accounting for the violence, Interior Ministry spokesman Saad Maan said Sunday that 104 people had been killed in the six days of unrest, including eight members of the security forces, and more than 6,000 wounded. He said an investigation was under way to determine who was behind the most deadly day of violence, in Baghdad on Friday.

The unrest is the most serious challenge facing Iraq two years after the victory against Islamic State militants. The chaos also comes at a critical time for the government, which has been caught in the middle of increasing U.S.-Iran tensions in the region. Iraq is allied with both countries and hosts thousands of U.S. troops, as well as powerful paramilitary forces allied with Iran.

Unrest in Haiti: At Least 17 Dead, 189 Injured in Past Two Weeks of Protests

PORT-AU-PRINCE [10/5/2019]– At least 17 people have died and 189 have been injured in the anti-government protests that have been rocking Haiti almost daily over the past fortnight, the National Human Rights Defense Network (RNDDH) said on Thursday.

Among the 17 dead are two minors, according to a report released by the RNDDH, which differs from official data provided by the police, who have only acknowledged five deaths since the upheaval erupted on Sept. 16.

From these two deaths, one died from asphyxiation and the other student was hit by a vehicle near a barricade in the city of Saint-Marc.

Most of the deaths have been recorded in the department of Nord, where the NGO has registered nine deaths and 46 injured, while in the department of Ouest, where Port-au-Prince is located, three people died and 85 were injured.

Among the 189 injured, 117 suffered gunshot wounds, including two journalists: AP photographer Chery Dieu-Nalio, who was shot by a senator outside the upper house on Sept. 23, and cameraman Edmond Joseph Agenor, who was injured last week during a rally.

Dieu-Nalio was taken to the Dominican Republic on Thursday for an operation to remove a bullet shard from his chin.

The RNDDH said that since Sept. 16, six journalists have been physically attacked by gunmen. In addition, a mob attacked the home of the mother of journalist Liliane Pierre Paul of Kiskeya Radio in the Petion-Ville neighborhood of Port-au-Prince.

The report added that five police stations were attacked by demonstrators, four of them on Sept. 27, the day with the largest and most turbulent demonstrations and riots.

Meanwhile, the Haitian police on Thursday gave much lower figures that the RNDDH, acknowledging a toll of just five deaths around 30 injuries, according to the spokesman of the General Inspectorate of the National Police, Jean-Claude Benjamin.

At least three police officers were among those injured – two of them were shot and another was hit by a rock – in the country’s central region, according to the police report.

Haiti is presently undergoing a grave political and economic crisis that was aggravated in mid-August by a devastating fuel shortage, which triggered violent protests demanding the resignation of President Jovenel Moïse.

The protests have kept the country virtually paralyzed since Sept. 16, as barricades set up by the protesters have blocked the main avenues and roads in Port-au-Prince and other cities.

The opposition has called for a further day of protests on Friday.

The lack of fuel has also affected hospital operations, water supplies and other key services.

The Dominican Republic, a non-permanent member of the United Nations Security Council, called a meeting of the organization on Thursday to analyze the crisis in Haiti, according to Dominican Foreign Minister Miguel Vargas.

Tens of thousands rally in Moscow urging release of jailed opposition protesters

Thousands gathered in Moscow Sunday for a demonstration demanding the release of opposition protesters prosecuted in recent months.

Police estimated a turnout of 20,000 at the Sakharov Avenue in central Moscow about half an hour after the start of the protest, which was authorised.

The demonstrators chanted "let them go" and brandished placards demanding a halt to "repressions" of opposition protesters.

Several protesters who were charged but freed in recent weeks thanked the crowd for putting pressure on the authorities.

"We have to keep demanding to respect our rights, because they have left us no choice but to protest in the streets," said opposition leader Lyubov Sobol.

The current wave of demonstrations was triggered by the refusal of Moscow authorities to allow opposition activists like Sobol, an associate of top Kremlin critic Alexei Navalny, participate in local elections.

The sweeping, sometimes violent crackdown on protests backfired when crowds of many as 50,000 began to gather with wider political demands while the opposition gained dozens of seats in city parliament.

The summer protests became the biggest since the winter gatherings against President Vladimir Putin's return to the Kremlin in 2011-12.

The case of actor Pavel Ustinov, in particular, made waves after videos proving he was not guilty of hurting a police officer were not allowed to be shown in court.

A number of celebrities spoke out in Ustinov's support and the uproar eventually led authorities to backtrack.

Ustinov's appeal on Monday is expected to result in a much lesser sentence or even acquittal.

Various groups, from priests to teachers, have also signed open letters in support of the victims of what is widely seen as a disproportionate and arbitrary clampdown.

Investigators dropped initial "mass riot" charges against six demonstrators but some remain in jail awaiting trial for alleged violence against police, and five people have been sentenced to lengthy jail terms.

President Trump Announces Turkish Unilateral Invasion of Northern Syria…

Things are about to get very interesting and very uncomfortable for NATO. President Trump has announced that Turkey is about to launch a unilateral invasion into Northern Syria… There is going to be a scramble amid many geopolitical interests.



First, the announcement:

[White House] – Today, President Donald J. Trump spoke with President Recep Tayyip Erdogan of Turkey by telephone. Turkey will soon be moving forward with its long-planned operation into Northern Syria.

The United States Armed Forces will not support or be involved in the operation, and United States forces, having defeated the ISIS territorial “Caliphate,” will no longer be in the immediate area.


The United States Government has pressed France, Germany, and other European nations, from which many captured ISIS fighters came, to take them back, but they did not want them and refused.

The United States will not hold them for what could be many years and great cost to the United States taxpayer. Turkey will now be responsible for all ISIS fighters in the area captured over the past two years in the wake of the defeat of the territorial “Caliphate” by the United States. (more)

Next let’s establish the foundation for the scramble:

♦There was a 2014 Authorization for Use of Military Force (AUMF) voted and approved by Senate committee permitting military action in Syria against the backdrop of chemical weapon use and terrorism – it never went anywhere. The Obama administration used the Bush-era AUMF directed at combating terrorism. With ISIS defeated by President Trump that sketchy 2002 interventionist authorization ends.

♦Also remember in October 2014 then Vice-President Biden accidentally told the truth when he told an audience that Recep Erdogan was specifically responsible for the rise of ISIS in Syria; and that Turkey had actually armed al-Qaeda, al-Nusra, ISIS, and provided assistance.

• Turkey is a member of NATO.
• Turkey has previously used its NATO membership as a shield to stop threats from Russia. Remember Turkey shooting down a Russian fighter jet?
• Turkish President Recep Erdogan is a manipulative bad actor; a hostile dictator; and sympathetic to extremes within political Islam. Erdogan has openly showcased his friendship with the Muslim Brotherhood.
• Europe draws exclusive benefits from NATO defenses. Europe would not take back the ISIS fighters captured in Syria that were EU nationals.
• The ISIS prisoners we turn over to Turkey will be regarded less as prisoners, and more likely considered heroes by Erdogan’s govt. Remember, Erdogan gave the Muslim Brotherhood’s leadership safe harbor in Turkey after they were kicked out of Qatar.
• Unfortunately, it is likely Erdogan will attack the Kurdish forces in Northern Syria.
• The Kurds are U.S. allies; and this will be the point of contention for the neocons.
• Turkey will invade NE Syria, but -depending on current strength- Turkey runs the risk of a counter-attack by the Syrian Army, and potentially Russia.

With the European nations, NATO allies, refusing to take their ISIS fighters back as prisoners, President Trump has made a deal with Erdogan to take them.

In the announcement President Trump has made it clear that any action by Turkey into Syria is unilateral; there will be no assistance by the U.S. on any aspect; including if Turkey is counter-attacked by Russia/Syria or organized Kurdish forces.

Essentially, Trump is leaving Erdogan naked to a myriad of his enemies if Erdogan does cross the border. The U.S. part of the NATO shield is removed. The Europeans will likely not evoke the NATO defense treaty without the U.S. Heck, the EU is essentially spineless without the power of the U.S. military.

President Trump is calling out the duplicity of the entire situation by calling all of their bluffs. President Trump is calling-out: NATO, weak EU ‘allies’ and Turkey.

In essence, this White House announcement is a major Gordian knot being cut.

It is unlikely President Erdogan expected to have this framework made so public. This rather loud declaration by President Trump seems strategic in that it could make duplicitous Erdogan think twice about the actual military invasion itself.

However, Erdogan is also a rabid ideologue and he wants to recreate the Ottoman empire… so he’ll likely go ahead regardless of cost.

Down the road…. instead of those ISIS prisoners being held in European jails; and considering the sympathetic Turkish handlers; those ISIS fighters will eventually make their way home without anyone knowing. However, the EU has created that issue by refusing to step-up and take ownership.

That same weak European mindset could likely be facing another challenge surrounding what to do about NATO if Turkey loses this gamble. However, again, another issue created by Europe.

Ted Cruz says NBA ‘shamefully retreating’ from Morey comments ‘in pursuit of big $$’

WASHINGTON — Rockets General Manager Daryl Morey has the support of some lawmakers in D.C., even as the Rockets and NBA have apologized for his comments supporting pro-democracy protesters in Hong Kong.

Morey over the weekend tweeted and quickly deleted an image including the words “fight for freedom, stand with Hong Kong.” His comments were quickly rebuked by Rockets owner Tilman Fertitta and an NBA spokesman who noted they “deeply offended many of our friends and fans in China, which is regrettable.”

U.S. Sen. Ted Cruz slammed the NBA, saying in a tweet "human rights shouldn’t be for sale & the NBA shouldn’t be assisting Chinese communist censorship."

Cruz said he was proud to see Morey “call out the Chinese Communist Party’s repressive treatment of protestors in Hong Kong.”

“Now, in pursuit of big $$, the @nba is shamefully retreating,” Cruz tweeted.




In China, where the Rockets are the second-most-popular NBA team, sponsors paused their deals with the team, and the country’s main broadcaster said it would remove Rockets games from its schedule, the New York Times reported.

U.S. Sen. Marco Rubio, a Florida Republican, said the NBA is throwing Morey “under the bus to please the Communist Chinese Govt.”

The CIA Just Declassified the Document That Justified the Iraq Invasion; The Bush White House Looks Very Very Very Bad

The same crowd who have made a recent career of slamming President Trump have some explaining of their own to do.

Just last week, for example, Colin Powell slammed Trump. Glass houses?

The Bush cabal are, simply put, Professional liars, according to CIA documents made public long after the Bush presidency. We travel back to when Trump announced his campaign for president while at the same time, the CIA threw Bush under the Iraq bus:

Some 17 years ago, the intelligence community concluded in a 93-page classified document used to justify the invasion of Iraq that it lacked “specific information” on “many key aspects” of Iraqi President Saddam Hussein’s weapons of mass destruction (WMD) programs.

But that’s not what top Bush administration officials said during their campaign to sell the war to the American public. Those officials, citing the same classified document, asserted with no uncertainty that Iraq was actively pursuing nuclear weapons, concealing a vast chemical and biological weapons arsenal, and posing an immediate and grave threat to US national security.

Congress eventually concluded that the Bush administration had “overstated” its dire warnings about the Iraqi threat, and that the administration’s claims about Iraq’s WMD program were “not supported by the underlying intelligence reporting.” But that underlying intelligence reporting — contained in the so-called National Intelligence Estimate (NIE) that was used to justify the invasion — has remained shrouded in mystery until now.

The CIA released a copy of the NIE in 2004 in response to a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request, but redacted virtually all of it, citing a threat to national security. Then last year, John Greenewald, who operates The Black Vault, a clearinghouse for declassified government documents, asked the CIA to take another look at the October 2002 NIE to determine whether any additional portions of it could be declassified.

The agency responded to Greenewald this past January and provided him with a new version of the NIE, which he shared exclusively with VICE News, that restores the majority of the prewar Iraq intelligence that has eluded historians, journalists, and war critics for more than a decade. (Some previously redacted portions of the NIE had previously been disclosed in congressional reports.)

For the first time, the public can now read the hastily drafted CIA document that led Congress to pass a joint resolution authorizing the use of military force in Iraq, a costly war launched March 20, 2003 that was predicated on “disarming” Iraq of its (non-existent) WMD, overthrowing Saddam Hussein, and “freeing” the Iraqi people.

A report issued by the government funded think-tank RAND Corporation last December titled “Blinders, Blunders and Wars” said the NIE “contained several qualifiers that were dropped…. As the draft NIE went up the intelligence chain of command, the conclusions were treated increasingly definitively.”

An example of that: According to the newly declassified NIE, the intelligence community concluded that Iraq “probably has renovated a production plant” to manufacture biological weapons “but we are unable to determine whether agent research has resumed.” The NIE also said Hussein did not have “sufficient material” to manufacture any nuclear weapons and “the information we have on Iraqi nuclear personnel does not appear consistent with a coherent effort to reconstitute a nuclear weapons program.”

One of the most significant parts of the NIE revealed for the first time is the section pertaining to Iraq’s alleged links to al Qaeda. In September 2002, then-Secretary of Defense Donald Rumsfeld claimed the US had “bulletproof” evidence linking Hussein’s regime to the terrorist group.

“We do have solid evidence of the presence in Iraq of al Qaeda members, including some that have been in Baghdad,” Rumsfeld said. “We have what we consider to be very reliable reporting of senior-level contacts going back a decade, and of possible chemical- and biological-agent training.”

But the NIE said its information about a working relationship between al Qaeda and Iraq was based on “sources of varying reliability” — like Iraqi defectors — and it was not at all clear that Hussein had even been aware of a relationship, if in fact there were one.

“As with much of the information on the overall relationship, details on training and support are second-hand,” the NIE said. “The presence of al-Qa’ida militants in Iraq poses many questions. We do not know to what extent Baghdad may be actively complicit in this use of its territory for safehaven and transit.”

The declassified NIE provides details about the sources of some of the suspect intelligence concerning allegations Iraq trained al Qaeda operatives on chemical and biological weapons deployment — sources like War on Terror detainees who were rendered to secret CIA black site prisons, and others who were turned over to foreign intelligence services and tortured. Congress’s later investigation into prewar Iraq intelligence concluded that the intelligence community based its claims about Iraq’s chemical and biological training provided to al Qaeda on a single source.

“Detainee Ibn al-Shaykh al-Libi — who had significant responsibility for training — has told us that Iraq provided unspecified chemical or biological weapons training for two al-Qai’ida members beginning in December 2000,” the NIE says. “He has claimed, however, that Iraq never sent any chemical, biological, or nuclear substances — or any trainers — to al-Qa’ida in Afghanistan.”

Al-Libi was the emir of the Khaldan training camp in Afghanistan, which the Taliban closed prior to 9/11 because al-Libi refused to turn over control to Osama bin Laden.

“Some of this information was cited by Secretary [of State Colin] Powell in his speech to the United Nations, and was used as a justification for the 2003 invasion of Iraq,” the Senate torture report said. “Ibn Shaykh al-Libi recanted the claim after he was rendered to CIA custody on February 2003, claiming that he had been tortured by the , and only told them what he assessed they wanted to hear.”

Al-Libi reportedly committed suicide in a Libyan prison in 2009, about a month after human rights investigators met with him.

I would love to know who exactly were responsible for gathering the intel used in these documents. I think daddy Bush w/ the control of CIA prior to his administration and then his full goal of developing that NWO he mentioned several times then worked through his son who never seemed, on his own, to have a clue as to what was taking place around him.....just followed what that big plan and those involved advised him to do. Perhaps it was tested in the Clinton time w/ the earlier attempts on the WTC from the bottom to see what reaction would occur by those in authority. And of course Clinton labeled it to be criminal, leaving it only to the local authorities and quashing any kind of national alert to some greater future event to be unprepared for and not even being that watchful prior to it taking place.

 

Makes sense eta. Considering that Bush Sr's NWO national display of allegiance and bold faced lies to the public regarding taxes got him thrown out of office after just one inept term I am sure that the beast and the "NWO/EU" heads instead of seeing Americans go willingly into this system had to instead implement option "B" afterward. That gave us Clinton who IMO also played a bit of a numb skull as well but helped to continue to remove our sovereignty and opened the doors to Chinese infiltration (and to anyone else with the money) of our military apparatus.
Bush Jr like all of them simply played the role he was assigned. His dumb Bush boy shtick was very much like Clinton's southern boy charm shtick but both were simply tools leveraged for different ends. One to unite and gain back control and the other to divide.
Now we have Trump, a much more licit American public and the tide has certainly changed. I think it will mean an attempt to incite WW and it is coming soon if they have their way. The setbacks to their plans and now the exposure and fighting back against them has added a whole new level of complexity and quite frankly their time is quickly running out. They will attempt to start another great war in the hopes of Americans repeating the same knee jerk mistakes after 911.
They relied on nationalism last time and it worked. They will try to use it again. This time however they just may not see the result they are assuming will come.
I think they are desperate and embracing a huge risk by putting their eggs into one basket if they go forward with it, one they have taken in the past and has paid off but like I said, they are truly running out of time. The truth is coming out and soon they will not only lose control completely but they will also lose the hope of the damnation of souls that will result from so many meeting their end in ignorance to the truth.
