The quoted passage from Mathew does not necessarily imply a war, but rather a sign in the heavens. This could be the expected shake up everyone is talking about in regards to planet X. Spooky
Timothius you like most Evangelicals are looking for the "physical gold instead of the spiritual gem." Read chapter 11-12 in Revelations. "Then God's temple in heaven was opened, and the ark of his Covenant was seen within his temple...a woman clothed with the sun, with the moon under her feet, and on her head a crown of 12 stars..." Mary is the new Covenant-the new Eve. And only when "God gathers his people together again and shows his mercy" will we all know the place where God is housed. In other words, Protestants through his mercy (maybe during the warning) will finally see Mary as glorious, as THE WOMAN, who is much more than just a woman who gave birth, but THE actual Queen of heaven, his New Ark of the Covenant. All Christians know what the Old Ark had inside it, so why did Jeremiah say God will explain when he gathers his people together again?

JAK and SorrowfulHeart, Those videos explaining Daniel are very good but the second one demonstrates that the gentleman is not RC (correct?). The first video basically explains what EarthToAngels posted about the temple being destroyed by 70AD, makes sense. In the second one he is doesn't state that the sacrifice is the Holy Eucharist, so I cannot agree. I am not certain, of course, but we may be in the period of the first 3.5years. If the anti-Christ is an actual Prince, then who could that be, IDK.
It is a physical kingdom fable about the third temple being built by the Jews in which Jesus outrightly told us we should not even follow. Matt 24:2 - not one stone will be left standing of the ancient 1st century. (The temple was destroyed twice already this is what Daniel speaks of. It has already happened). Also, 2 Thessalonians 2:4 - the temple that satan's beast sits in is the temple of the little horn's god...it is on the mount today. And of course Rev 11 - His temple is seen in heaven. The heavenly Jerusalem is the City of God. Even Matt 23:39 - says "Behold, your house is left unto you desolate...For I say unto you. He shall not see me henceforth, till he shall say, blessed is he that comeths in the name of the Lord." Psalm 83 and Genesis 15 was promised to the Jews and they forfeited that promise of Israel expanding her borders when they disobeyed God twice. Those who are forcing these current wars for a greater Israel will not get the prophecy they want or hope for. For Israel today means the Church. We are all the temple of God and the Spirit of God dwells in us.

One of the Antichrist's was the Reformation. It ended the sacrifice at the altar. And that is today the Protestant mass.

I will respond with a question. Why would the Antichrist be interested in having the original Ark of the Covenant? Do you actually think the Jews would have not tried to save their most precious Ark that contained the staff of Aaron, Manna, and the 10 Commandment tablets from Pharoah Shishaks plunder of Jerusalem? Do you actually believe the Jewish zealots would let it fall into his hands? Scripture tells us in no uncertain terms that Jeremias took it to a cave at Mt Nebo whereupon it was sealed up till "till God gather together the congregation of the people (The Jews) and receive them to mercy". Receive them to Mercy!...this clearly implies the Jews finally come into the Church on the destruction of the Antichrist. The Antichrist ...when he finds and brings forth the Ark...can you imagine the affect it will have on those Jews who imagine him less than the Messiah. Once Antichrist is proven false it will be the Catholics(The Church) who will be credited with guardian ship of the Ark and also more importantly prove the Catholic faiths version of the Old Testament Canon. Perhaps. But i was mostly trying to make the point that the OT's Ark of the Covenant cannot overshadow the Virgin Mary's true role as the New Ark of the Covenant.
Yes...undoubtedly Mary is the new Ark of the Covenant. And yet its prefigurement still exist. The 10 commandments that God intends to be written in all mens heart...the staff of Aaron...that staff that healed the Jews of deadly snake bite when looked upon that prefigured Jesus who heals us of deadly sin. Manna...food from heaven that prefigures our Eucharistic Lord. Its also interesting to note the brazen serpent on top of Mt Nebo. Pope John Paul 11 and Benedict both visited the site. I can't recall if Francis visited it as well. Must be something to it but only the Catholics recognize its importance.
This is amazing... thank you for this. It fills in the gaps. Because clearly sin and transgression still exists, and prophecy is not sealed up. There is also one more week still remaining in the prophecy. Daniel 9:24 “Seventy ‘sevens’ are decreed for your people and your holy city to finish transgression, to put an end to sin, to atone for wickedness, to bring in everlasting righteousness, to seal up vision and prophecy and to anoint the Most Holy Place. This also begs the question of the 1290 days between the ending of the continual sacrifice and the abomination of desolation Prophesied by Daniel. Does this mean that the Sacrificial Host will be eliminated and then in 1290 days the Protestant Mass will be adopted? Daniel 12:11 And from the time when the continual sacrifice shall be taken away, and the abomination unto desolation shall be set up, there shall be a thousand two hundred ninety days
I posted the videos because RC or not, his logic is absolutely astounding in reading Daniel. He points out many facts, some of which have been fulfilled and others not. I am not posting the videos that we should believe everything he says.

Yes and no. Prophecy tells us that the public celebration of Mass in churches will end, but those in the state of grace will continue to receive Eucharist via angels and on occasion a priest who is moving underground.
