Wow...all the military training exercises in the US was very disturbing. You hear about them here and there, but not tied together. And it is always the same exercise with the helicopters. The man-dog people in the UK was very creepy. Some are really losing it and buckethead is clearly taken over this world and he is not so subtle anymore.

I can't remember which apparition of Mary encouraged us to avoid newspapers. That was obviously prior to the internet. Even if whatever apparition I'm thinking of was false, the caution about being immersed in the culture of the world is more pertinent than ever.

The news of canine-homo sapiens has given me great pause. The loss of faith is such that the crisis of humankind is no longer like a snowball rolling downhill, but a massive avalanche destroying everything in its path.

Prayer and fasting is the only solution. Therefore, as of right now I am greatly restricting what I view on the web and even the threads I look at here on MOG forum. I will dedicate the saved minutes to prayer and fasting.

Though you'll hear far less from me, I will continue to pray for you all. Thank you for all the love and encouragement you have sent my way.

Yes, summer in the desert, but that might be still considered extreme....life-threatening heat wave in India, here on the East Coast of the US it has been raining for about 6 weeks....not every day, but about every other day, or several days in a row, maybe an afternoon of sun before the rain comes in at night again....and the long-range forecasts will show sunny days ahead, but when they get here, the forecast changes to rain. I am reminded about Our Lady of La Salette when she told the children that the crops will rot. It is scary. I run outside to do some yard chores when I can. But you know, the weather is not something we can change. We must take it as part of our penance, the acceptance of the trials and tribulations in this valley of tears. I just feel so sorry for the people who lose everything, lose their lives, loved ones, property. Our property insurance premiums get higher and higher every year and I wonder when this all will max out. I have cousins who live in Australia, Joe, and even there winters are mild. Why is it so cold where you are all of a sudden?

I was reading a little bit of the messages of OL of La Salette last night while thinking of this thread. They are stern warnings, many of which involve Paris, the rest of France, and some of Europe...also Rome. We are seeing the message materialize now. She did mention that "the seasons will be changed, the earth will produce only bad fruits." This is probably apropos of nothing, but my childhood friend and I often talk about when we were kids, the fruit tasted like fruit. Greens were grown without pesticides and without genetic modification. Now, the fruit looks beautiful in the store, but has no real flavor most of the time. We have become accustomed to having non-seasonal produce flown in. To me, some of it tastes like wood. We do not have good produce at the peak of the season unless we buy at a small market. With all of this upheaval in Nature, I can see that food will eventually become scarce. The Midwest of the USA has severe floods, like the ones in Paris. If this keeps up through the season, there will no real harvest in localized areas here. Well, that is my whine for this morning.
In reading the messages of La Salette, I have trouble with the chronology of events. The timeline is off sometimes. It just makes sense to me that the Eternal Father is in charge of the timeline and it may not be completely literal. The timeline of Garabandal is more literal.
La Salette is Church-approved. There is a wonderful shrine up in the mountains there.
Joe, your sudden winter may just be the blurring of the seasons. hmmmm
