    Nice, Mario. God Bless.

Some time ago, Franklin Graham of the Billy Graham family commended Catholic Governor Ron De Santis:

Evangelist Franklin Graham recently praised Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis (R) for taking a tough stand against children exposed to drag queen events.

“Governor Ron DeSantis doesn’t mess around,” Graham wrote last week on his Facebook page.” He’s revoking the liquor license of a major Miami hotel because they hosted a drag queen show with children present, even after being warned.”

The evangelist, who heads the Christian relief organization Samaritan’s Purse and the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association, noted what DeSantis’ office said about such events.

“Sexually explicit content is not appropriate to display to children and doing so violates Florida law,” the governor’s office proclaimed. “Governor DeSantis stands up for the innocence of children in the classroom and throughout Florida.”

Graham praised these sentiments, thanking DeSantis for his decision to “stand up” on the matter.

“It’s so refreshing to see a leader who is willing to stand up for what is right!” Graham wrote. “May God bless and help him as he leads this state.”

The preacher tweeted a similar sentiment in December.

“I like [the governor] because he’s not afraid to stand up against the woke agenda that the left is pushing,” he wrote. “He stood up against Disney [and] now he’s standing up against the sexualization of children at a Christmas Drag Queen event. God bless you Gov[.] DeSantis!”

De Santis has answered this before: "My loyalty is to my Family, to the Constitution and to the Lord our God".

Trump is not God for him to demand Absolute Loyalty from anyone. Trump tried to destroy De Santis even for a position he wasn't running for - Governor of Florida. Of course, Trump failed in that attempt, as De Santis handily won re-election. If Trump is the Nominee, he will lose again to Biden, blame everyone except himself for his failure, show no contrition or remorse even if many others suffer for it, and then claim De Santis needs to wait in 2028 until 2032.

De Santis also mentioned he helped Trump in many things right from 2016 when he supported him, then in 2020 for Re-election, said he'd pardon Trump etc. But Trump expects everyone to treat him like a God or else they're a "RINO", even if they're the most Conservative Pro-Lifer ever in a long time.

NY Post: DeSantis gains in post-debate poll as Trump touts lead over Biden

"Florida Governor Ron DeSantis is on the rebound in the race for the White House after his strong showing in this week’s GOP debate, climbing 8 points among Republicans in a new national poll.

The Insider Advantage survey of likely Republican primary and caucus voters found the Florida governor at 18% in the GOP presidential contest — a sharp gain from the 10% he notched in the days ahead of Wednesday’s first debate.

Another debate winner was Nikki Haley, the poll showed, who more than doubled her support – from 5% to 11% – on her forceful performance, while biotech millionaire Vivek Ramaswamy held steady at 7%.

“DeSantis performed well in the debate and I think at times looked like the most presidential candidate on the stage,” political consultant Ryan Girdusky said. “The biggest issues Republican voters are thinking about this cycle are crime, immigration, and the economy and on all three issues, DeSantis was far better than the rest of the field.”

Ahh a pro Desantis guy I see. I don't trust him but I don't trust anyone in politics. And it's President Trump. Hate him, love him, maybe like him a little is regardless. He earned the title as President so why be disrespectful. I will place my faith and trust in God alone over lying politicians who will tell you exactly what you want to hear so they can keep their jobs and get wealthier and wealthier and wealthier. Only Presidential candidate I ever had trust in was Ron Paul. And still, its hard for me to ignore the fact and groups of people around the world and in the media who are 100% against Trump. That speaks an awful lot to me when the people I view as enemies to God and loyal to Satan are all doing everything they possibly can to stop Trump from being President again. They are really really scared of him. That alone gives him my vote over anyone else. I loved Ron at first but since he has decided to run for president and I have watched him a lot in interviews, speaking events etc, something feels very very off to me. I think he has sold his soul to the establishment he was so against and I no longer trust him.

Friend, judge based on facts and merits, not emotions or feelings. Here are some facts between the 2.

    (1) Trump raised the Debt by 8 Trillion Dollars, while De Santis ran Record Budget Surpluses in Florida.

    (2) Trump bragged about Molesting the Genitals of Multiple Women in a Very Vulgar Way. De Santis is a Faithful Husband who was deeply loyal to his suffering wife when she had Breast Cancer. Trump "grab them by the pussy" should learn that instead of attacking the Governor. But he won't do that.

    (3) Trump dodged the Draft and bragged about his lifestyle of fornication and consequent "battle" with STDs as his "own Personal Vietnam". De Santis is a Military Man who chose Service over Self.

I'm not easily impressed, but I'm deeply impressed with Pro-Life Anti Woke, Catholic Christian Governor Ron De Santis. Pretty much for most of the Reasons Frnklin Graham was as I quoted earlier.

Trump has mostly himself to blame for what he's facing. I still believe Trump should be pardoned and allowed to go free when De Santis becomes President, as De Santis has said he will do. But if the situation was reversed, who knows what Trump would do. Loyalty is a one way street for him. De Santis signed a 6 week Heartbeat Bill and fought and beat the Left on LGBT Wokism and Covid. Don't be duped by Trumpian Propaganda. De Santis is immeasurably more Conservative and Trustworthy than Donald "duck the draft" Trump.

Do you want your children to grow up to be like Trump, or De Santis? A leader should be a Role Model for the people. And he's a better Governor too than Trump was president, running Record Budget Surpluses while Trump raised debt by 8 Trillion Dollars. What do you expect from a groper who brags without contrition or repentance about his fornication? Christians and women particularly are letting themsleves and their children down if they choose Trump over De Santis.

It won't make one bit of difference if De Santis is elected -

If you think a politician can save America you are mistaken.

By the way I am a formal political atheist for the past decade when the penny dropped that the whole system is rigged and it is not worth a bead of sweat worrying about politics.

Better off spending time praying the rosary than getting involved with political theatre because in reality it is all a sham. Democracy does not exist my friend.

You express so much of what I have felt. I have lost my ability to trust politicians who want the job so badly they will say anything to get there. RFK sounded good--an honest man-- and then he backtracked on abortion. That's the end of RFK for me. DeSantis hesitated when everyone else said they would support the nominee even if it was Donald Trump. Waiting to see which way the wind blows. That is weakness. I was so disappointed. Vivek Ramaswamy says articulate good things about cultural issues. He pushes back against lefty journalists and puts them off their feet. I like that. But he has connections to George Soros. Donald Trump is being persecuted like no public figure ever--excepr maybe Lincoln but at least they didn't arrest him. God is putting Trump through a crucible. Where it leads I don't know but I am underwhelmed by the other choices. There's my 2 cents.

    Sister Lucia
“The Most Holy Virgin in these last times in which we live has given a new efficacy to the recitation of the Rosary to such an extent that there is no problem, no matter how difficult it is, whether temporal or above all spiritual, in the personal life of each one of us, of our families… that cannot be solved by the Rosary. There is no problem, I tell you, no matter how difficult it is, that we cannot resolve by the prayer of the Holy Rosary.”

If De Santis is elected, just 3 words: America becomes Florida.

I don't agree with so-called Political Atheism. For a Decent Candidate, I would vote but not be enthusiastic. But for a Great Pro-Life Champion and Hero, I would certainly support him enthusiastically.

Governor De Santis is that. America would be extremely Pro-Life and Anti-Woke by even 2028 not to mention 2032 after 4 or 8 years of a De Santis Presidency. It's not ultimately De Santis as President you're voting in. It's Christ as King, when you choose a Good Pro Lifer who has Christ as King in his Personal and Public Life, Like De Santis manifestly does.

Political Atheism does not recognize Jesus Christ must be King of kings or presidents. That means lack of Political involvement is not an option for Serious Christians. We must promote Jesus Christ as King, therefore we must promote Candidates who work to promote His Reign over us.

    God Bless.

I don't know about your point 3. But 1 is not all that goes into the way you are saying that and I can say that as a wealth advisor and economist for my career. Your point 2 is completely not true and is what happens all the time in politics. A sound bite is taken without the complete narrative and run and run and run again. It's like what protestants do when quoting scripture to make their argument. They quote 1 or 2 versus but they fail to quote the 3 or 4 before and after the verse. That changes the argument completely. Same in what happened in your point 2 as well as the many other lies the media spins against Trump. Like with what happened in Virginia as well as when they said he mocked a handicap reporter. It is flat out false. I am not even a Trump guy. What I am is a person who hears what the media is saying then I do my homework on the situation. The video in question where you are stating what trump said is one soundbite of that discussion. What actually was said is a defense of women. Sure he shouldn't have used a vulgar term when he was having a private conversation, but at the end of the day Trump is/was a New Yorker in the real estate construction business. Right wrong or indifferent it is how many of them speak. But, what he was talking about was when you are celebrity and in the spotlight like he is and like many rockstars are, it's crazy because women just come and throw themselves at you. They come up to you and want you to "grab them by the....." Then it goes onto to say that's not what women should be doing. I feel like your hatred of Trump is purely from what you have been programmed by the media. I also think God uses the right person in the right situation and changes them. So talking about who a man was is irrelevant to who they may be today changed by God. That happens all over the bible. Noah, Abraham, Isaac, Jacob, Moses, David, Peter, Paul and so on and so on. Trump may be the worst person in the world in totally in on all the deep state nonsense as controlled opposition or he may truly have been handpicked by God to go to war with these people. We have seen Trump go to war with these people since 2016 and we have seen all these evil people turn on him instantly. We have not seen much of DeSantis as we have seen Trump and the more and more I watch DeSantis the more and more I am not trusting him. Something seems very off and his political strategy seems dumb to me. He was being hailed as the next Trump and acted like that then all of a sudden it changed. Why? I'd say the money and the evil in the world got to him. It is going to be a very interesting next 14 months that is for sure. I guess I just don't understand why you have such a thread on our Mother's website. We should be very careful in backing politicians when we don't truly know them.

In 1864, Pope Pius IX issued the encyclical Quanta Cura with an annex, the Syllabus of Errors, officially condemning liberalism, rationalism, socialism, freedom of conscience, and the separation of church and state as contrary to Catholic doctrine. Later popes largely confirmed his stance.

The church tolerates liberal democracy and republican regimes but certainly has never endorsed them as they inevitably fail and lead to moral decline and chaos. We are seeing that around the world at the moment, as the political class follow the orders of the elites who bankroll them.

I really hope I am alive to see the emergence of the Great holy Catholic monarch as mentioned in prophecy.

Give me a good holy Catholic monarch any day of the week over the clowns who presently run the show.

I will support DeSantis or Trump. Actually, there is little I can do to influence who will be selected as the Republican nominee. Besides, I live in one of the top three BLUE States: NEW YORK. Unless the Warning occurs and significantly changes voting patterns, my State will go to the Democrat nominee in the 2024 Election. :(
