The Russians wrote the book on the Masonic and the Satanic! LOL. Try joining an Ukrainian site on FB and talk to them yourself Mac. The Ukrainians are being lied to. The Russians are spinning their propaganda and the West is spinning it all. Go to the horses mouth. I have. I have lots of Ukrainian friends and they are horrified and terrified. Just pray!
I'm more worried about people like this. The Russians are going to destroy the US by destroying the petrol dollar. Why fire any bullets. Their weapons are a generation ahead of ours. That Russian airplane terrorizing our Navy destroyer in the Black Sea for 90 minutes last week was a shocking moment for our military. No war unless the US provokes it.
Hum...No...I don't think the Russians wrote the book on the masonic/satanic...but they surely where the victims of it. The French... first under the French Revolution then later on the Russian Revolution and still later the (American Devolution). Our media is controlled...the Russian media is controlled. Who controls the media? The Globalist AKA : New World Order folk. So who is telling half truths and partial lies to advance there cause? This is the demonic...the fog of war...the distortion of truth. You have contacts on Facebook...most likely the young who gravitate towards Western culture and are most likely Roman Catholic...but do you get input from the elderly...those most likely not on Facebook...those people who grew up when the Soviet Union was united. Those who are most likely Russian Orthodox. Do we hear their voices? I'm just saying...why war? Let the people democratically decide there future. Who benefits from this supposed war? Who stands to profit and why is the media constantly suggesting War? Where are the grown ups in this mess? Like Syria...Satan shows his shameful face.
I am far from young. I have several younger people in their 20's and most in their 60's and 70's. Orthodox and Ukrainian Byzantine. There is NO DEMOCRATIC FUTURE! The govt. is a sham...just like ours is!! People are starving and the police force is bought off. Russian invading will make it worse! The Ukrainians need to deal with their own stuff and get on living their lives. Russia needs to quit meddling. Just my 2 cents...
Tim, I hate to say it, but our elderly have lost it for the most part as well. My dad (86) could argue all day long with whomever is left of his generation, as they still cling to the pro-abortion party agenda, while going to communion. And they were taught better!
ANOTHER VIEW! Take the time to listen to the 32 min. interview... http://malcolmoutloud.libsyn.com/th...n=6.17.13+with+share+buttons&utm_medium=email
You are right...the American experiment is about to end in violence with blood on the streets. The discord is so intense...you can cut it like butter. Its a pressure cooker and it is about to explode.
Maybe the recent re-consecration of Ukraine to the protection of Our Blessed Mother has helped avert war so far. http://www.catholicculture.org/news/headlines/index.cfm?storyid=21046
Thank you Mothersuperior7 for posting this ! I intended to contact TLIG (True Life in God) in order to ask for Vassula's comments about what is happening in Ukraine. I think that Vassula is inspired by the Holy Spirit. She still receives messages from the Lord. I therefore believe that the Lord would not permit her to defend Putin if Putin would be false. If Conchita from Garabandal was told that "communism" will be spread, we perhaps have to consider the perversion/apostasies/anxiety to speak about God etc. in Europe as "communism"....
I don't have any problem with believing in the 'resurrection of Russia', nor in thinking that the nation's conversion is already in some way in progress. Who knows - Putin may even have a future role to play in that. BUT to interpret these prophecies as an endorsement of the current behaviour of the Russian President is IMHO politically naive. Especially when within the Ukraine there is an ecumenical consensus (Greco-Catholic, Kiev Orthodox Patriarchate and even a portion of the Moscow Patriarchate Orthodox) against present Kremlin policy. My personal sense is the voices we should be supporting are those who are neither 'pro-West' or 'pro-Moscow' but who, like the ecumenical St Clement's Center in Kiev, are looking to transcend this damaging binary opposition, appealing to all that is best in Russian culture without excusing what is worst. For me to view Russia's conversion as complete would require the following fruit: - Genuine repentance from Russian political leadership for the crimes of Russia/the USSR with particular reference to Eastern Europe (e.g. the Ribbentrop-Molotov pact of 1939 by means of which the Soviet Union occupied the Baltic States and the Eastern half of Poland with Hitler's approval, an episode glossed over by current Russian references to the 'Great Patriotic War of 1941-45') and internal human rights abuses. - Adherence to the principles of international law, renouncing imperialistic ambitions and operation by threatening and blackmailing neighbouring countries, whether by military or economic means. - A change of heart from the leadership of the Moscow Patriarchate, relinquishing the aggressive rhetoric towards not only the Ukrainian Catholics but also other Orthodox Patriarchates (Kiev, Constantinople). A clean break with the ambivalent tradition of Church-State collaboration and corruption at high levels (google 'Tobacco Metropolitan' or 'Kirill Breguet watch' and you'll see what I mean). Until we see such fruit, I for one am going to see Russia's conversion as a process which may have begun but is yet to be completed.
Regarding the Malcolm OutLoud interview, I think that it needs to be said that even an authentic prophet is only authoritative when speaking on the basis of their own revelation. Fallability is a general principle applying to human beings, no matter who we're talking about (remember that even the Pope is only infallible when speaking ex cathedra - the soon-to-be-canonized John Paul II made a huge mistake with regard to Maciel, as did Paul VI in allowing the Vatican Bank to fall into Mafia-linked hands beginning in the 1960s). Once prophets offer interpretations of their revelation based on their own conclusions, they may or may not be correct. They have as much right to voice their opinions as anyone else, but certainly cannot be considered infallible, and to regard them as such would be to do them a huge disservice, as well as giving ammunition to those critics who view their apostolates as sects.
To Peter B: We already see good fruits from Putin but very bad fruits from Europe.... And what if Putin is trying to defend his country against the New World Order and its perverse ideas ? Would this be a good or bad fruit ? Listen also to this: http://malcolmoutloud.libsyn.com/putin-united-nations-agenda-21 Of course, no prophet is without error. But Vassula is not used to speak in the "air".... and Christ was very clear about Russia - so that prophecy was not Vassula's personal "idea". And Vassula received many positive messages about Russia. But let's wait for more facts to come from Europe and Russia. The future will tell us from which side will come the good fruits....
I had given Vassula some credibility in the past, until listening to this recent audio in support of hers toward Putin and Russia. How is it that people can now support Putin because he is against homosexuality and he hangs out with the ROC leaders. Yet they are blind to the fact that he foments wars as we speak, he controls all Russian media and if they step out of line they go missing or are killed. So the confusion for some begins. Here is Vassula's God send hero of our times who will despise the rest of the world and because of this he is doing the will of God when he invades other countries. I guess God wanted him to do this too? Sorry, I am not buying into this for reason #1) Russia has not been mentioned in any consecration by a Pope and Bishops united to him in a formal way, #2) to many other valid prophecies speaks of Russia as the curse on Europe, especially Rome, in the coming upheavals and #3) Putin is no saint. Next to Stalin he is the most murderous dictator that Russia has ever had or seen. We know that one day Russia will be a light to the world, but this will only come after the Consecration to Russia has rightfully taken place.
We see very mixed fruits from both Putin and Europe (we need to be specific here, as we're talking about a whole continent in all its complexity: I'm very much opposed to simplistic analyses of any sort) which is why the only sane way forward is dialogue and negotiation, not rhetoric and the use of force. The notion that the whole of Europe has capitulated to godless secularism is one which of course has a great deal of truth, but which I believe really needs some nuancing. Just look at Poland, where according to the latest surveys 62% of the population prays every day and where 20% of people define themselves as 'deep believers' (up from 10% in 1980). Amongst believers opposition to abortion has also increased dramatically over recent decades. Poland has taken a real and courageous lead in criticizing the Kremlin for reasons that have nothing to do with Warsaw's support for the 'New World Order' and everything to do with the legacy of Polish resistance to Soviet aggrandizement in the past, resistance that brought down the USSR. Just ask yourselves between now and next Sunday's canonization - what would John Paul II think of all this?
Ned Dougherty's claimed locutions are mentioned on another current thread and in his latest message he says that Our Lady said: "Recognize that it is not only the warring leaders of the people of Russia, who are at fault in these times. All of the leaders of the world are being lured, mostly knowingly, yet some unwittingly, into implementing a chain of events eventually leading to another world war – a third war conflagration that will surpass all other world wars." So, although Putin and his minions are not the only ones at fault, they are described as 'warring leaders' which is hardly an endorsement from Heaven but rather a condemnation (if the locutions are believed). (Is it possible to get 'message overload', if so I think that I may have it!)
I personally believe its all unfolding before our eyes. I'll have to read Fr. Malachi Martin's book "The Keys of this Blood" -the fight for the control of the NWO between the Financiers of the West, the Communists and the Vatican.
Message overload : I know the feeling. But the request from heaven is simple, prayer, fasting penance. Thats really all we can do and all we are asked to do. Everything else is just watching the water go under the bridge.
I'm a great supporter of Vassula and lover of the 'True Life in God' messages but have only just listened to the interview above. Earlier in this thread I had said I was a bit 'on the fence' about Putin but the more I have looked into the matter, the more I find myself unconvinced by the anti-Putin position. And now that Vassula has put herself 'on the line' so to speak about Putin, the more 'pro-Putin' I become. As Elisa has pointed out, a prophet isn't infallible and, moreover, Vassula is ultimately a very simple person - very unsophisticated I would say. So it is easy to say that Vassula is getting herself involved in matters that are way above her head. But again, as Elisa mentions, the Lord guides her and while I do not disagree with Peter B's comments that Vassula's views should not be considered 'authoritative', I tend, nevertheless, to feel there is a very good chance they are correct! The Lord loves to teach the world that those who are wise according to the world, are foolish. But He gives Wisdom to children.
