by Steve Jalsevac | https://www.lifesitenews.com/blogs/...of-condemning-trump-for-his-performance-at-he Don’t fall into dangerous trap of condemning Trump for his performance at Helsinki summit July 18, 2018 (LifeSiteNews) – Don’t fall into the dangerous trap of condemning Trump for his performance at the Helsinki summit with Putin. If anything, regardless of some bumbling by Trump during the press conference, Trump should be heaped with praise for what he did in Helsinki. It appears that too many want a war with Russia, a potential war that Trump went a long ways to avoid, and contrary to the massive media hysteria, without at all weakening the US position. We will find out in the months ahead exactly what agreements were reached during the lengthy private meeting between the two top world nuclear powers. I can’t see that anything but very positive results would have come from that meeting given Trump’s consistent track record on international affairs. Trump has been massively strengthening the US military, just as Ronald Reagan did, for the purpose of negotiating from a position of peace through strength. Just prior to the Helsinki summit he also berated his weak NATO allies for their pathetic military investments and that berating has appeared to result in a decades overdue significant strengthening of NATO allied commitments. He also berated the NATO partners for putting themselves into a dangerous dependency on Russian oil and gas. It appears that that situation is also going to be changed because of Trump’s actions. If those are the actions of a Russian puppet or collaborator then I am a monkey’s uncle. Trump derangement syndrome has reached an all time high as a result of the Helksinki meeting, To me, that means only one thing – this was Trump’s grreatest accomplishement ever that the New World Order lackeys cannot tolerate. Trump keeps upsetting all of their plans and, it appears, this has been their worst defeat. RELATED: The surprising real reason for the hate against Donald Trump There are others who are doing a much better job than I am capable of in writing and speaking about the very positive significance of what President Trump achieved at the Helsinki summit with Russia’s President Putin. I strongly recommend the article by Brietbart’s John Nolte for one and this interview with U.S. Russia expert Stephen Cohen. Donald Trump is hated above all for his intense commitment to traditional Amerian principles. And among those principles are a strong defense of life, family, faith and free speech. That is why this insane reaction to his Helsinki meeting with Putin should be of great concern to readers of LifeSite. We cannot afford to have this man removed from office or crippled by sanctions and other actions. President Trump, it seems, is all that we have going for us today on the national and international scale. Even the pope and the Vatican are no longer with us, for the first time in history. Keep seeking and reading alternative media reports and analysis on anything related to President Trump. Only there will you find the truth. **** Helsinki is one of Trump’s finest moments by John Nolte | https://www.lifesitenews.com/pulse/nolte-helsinki-is-one-of-trumps-finest-moments For a refreshing, totally alternative viewpoint: July 18, 2018 (Breitbart) - President Donald Trump proved to Russian President Vladimir Putin on Monday that he is nobody’s puppet — not Putin’s, not the Deep State’s, and not the establishment media’s. Like the moral strength he showed in Charlottesville, VA, last year, Helsinki should be remembered as one of Trump’s finest moments. ... What the media wanted was to emotionally blackmail Trump into creating an international scene, a YouTube moment with Putin, where the president would violate every diplomatic norm to publicly shame and berate the Russian president. Why do you think Dirty Cop Mueller dropped his kangaroo indictment (more on this below) just a few days before the Putin summit? It was all coordinated and staged, it was the behavior of spoiled children desperate to get their way. ... Nevertheless, what really happened is this: Trump showed the gangster Putin that he is his own man, that he cannot be bullied by America’s corrupt political and media establishment into behaving in a certain way, that he is willing to take those flaming arrows to do what he thinks is right, which, in this case, is to never forget the lessons of Iraq. ... And Monday, in Helsinki, while knowing full well the hell that would be unleashed on the other side, President Trump did the right thing in pursuit of Peace. This is not me arguing he was perfect, that he could not have been more articulate, but that he did the right thing is beyond dispute. For two years the media and Never Trump assured and reassured me that Trump was a shallow and feckless man interested only in one thing: adulation and praise. But on Monday in Helsinki, just as he did in Charlottesville, I saw Trump choose, at great personal cost, to do the moral and patriotic thing over what would have earned him that adulation and praise. REUTERS/Brendan McDermidReuters UNITED NATIONS (Reuters) - U.S. President Donald Trump and Russian President Vladimir Putin discussed resolving the crisis in Syria and how to return refugees who fled the war-torn country during their Monday meeting, Secretary of State Mike Pompeo said on Friday. Pompeo also said he welcomed upcoming talks between Trump and Putin in Washington. "I'm happy that the two leaders of two very important countries are continuing to meet," Pompeo told reporters as he visited the United Nations to discuss North Korea. "There was a discussion between President Trump and President Putin about the resolution in Syria and how we might get the refugees back," he said. "It's important to the world that at the right time through a voluntary mechanism these refugees are able to return to their home country." Among other remarkable declarations, Trump seemed to agree with Putin by doubting the US intelligence community’s assessment that Moscow mounted an effort to interfere in the 2016 presidential election. The American president said he favored Putin’s offer to allow US investigators to interview Russians in the investigation, although Putin conditioned it on allowing Russian investigators to pursue charges against Americans. Trump said Russia’s law enforcement was more efficacious than its US counterpart. The reaction was swift and angry from all sides of the political spectrum. But there was at least one corner of apparent normalcy in the news conference: Russia and the United States seemed to agree that any Syria outcome should reassure Israel about its security needs. “The south of Syria should be brought to the full compliance with the treaty of 1974 about the separation of forces — about separation of forces of Israel and Syria,” said Putin, speaking extensively and with some detail on the subject. “This will bring peace to Golan Heights, and bring a more peaceful relationship between Syria and Israel, and also to provide security of the State of Israel.” The disengagement Putin referred to allowed Israel and Syria to coexist more or less without incident from 1974 until the 2011 civil war that wracked the country and brought in US and Russian involvement. Trump in his remarks said Israel’s security was preeminent both in American and Russian considerations of Syria. “We’ve worked with Israel long and hard for many years, many decades. I think we’ve never — never has anyone, any country been closer than we are,” Trump said. “President Putin also is helping Israel. And we both spoke with Bibi Netanyahu, and they would like to do certain things with respect to Syria, having to do with the safety of Israel. So in that respect, we absolutely would like to work in order to help Israel. And Israel would be working with us. So both countries would work jointly.” Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, in turn, welcomed the attention. In a statement, he commended “the abiding commitment of the US and President Donald Trump to the security of Israel.” Netanyahu also “very much” appreciated “the clear position expressed by President Putin regarding the need to uphold the 1974 Separation of Forces Agreement between Israel and Syria.” Beneath the comity there lurked several significant differences of how each side sees the outcomes. Does Iran stay? Implicit in Putin’s emphasis on ensuring Israel’s security in the “south” is that Iran, Russia’s de facto ally in assisting the Assad regime’s bid for survival, will be absent from that region, as will its proxy, the Lebanese militia Hezbollah. But Netanyahu wants Iran out of Syria, period. Prior to meeting with Putin last week in Russia, the Israeli leader met with top Russian officials and said in a statement that he “made it clear that Israel will not tolerate a military presence by Iran or its proxies anywhere in Syria.” Netanyahu met with Putin and has spoken with him since; it’s not clear yet whether Putin is willing to commit to an Iran-free Syria. Two considerations may factor into Putin’s reluctance: Iran sees its continuing presence in Syria as critical, and removing it may be too daunting for a Russia that is preoccupied in multiple corners of the globe. Putin also might want a “give” in exchange for banishing Iran from Syria — perhaps US and international recognition of its annexation of Crimea. Who takes the lead? Putin made clear that he sees the United States and Russia as equal partners in determining the outcome in Syria. “Russia and the United States apparently can act proactively and take considerable leadership on this issue, and organize the interaction to overcome humanitarian crisis and help Syrian refugees to go back to their homes,” he said. Trump, notably, did not object. Israel has long relied on US preeminence in the region — there is no better guarantee for Israel than its closest ally taking the lead in determining outcomes. Israel watched in dismay as the Obama administration conceded some leadership in Syria to Russia; it’s not likely to welcome open equal leadership between the two powers. The same goes for much of the US Congress. “It is imperative that Congress hold hearings on the extent and scope of any cooperation with Russia in Syria regarding Iran’s presence,” Sen. Lindsey Graham of South Carolina, a top Republican, said on Twitter. What happens to Assad? Israeli governments prior to 2011 opposed any bids to remove the Assad regime, saying its leadership of Syria was the least worrisome of multiple terrible options. That changed when Israelis saw the extent of the carnage during the civil war and Assad’s willingness to use chemical weapons against his own people. For Russia, however, Assad staying in place is a bottom line: That’s the mission to which it committed troops, hardware and reputation for the past seven years. Israel again seems on board with having Assad stay. “They have an active interest in seeing a stable Assad regime and we in getting the Iranians out. These can clash or it can align,” a senior Israeli official told Reuters last week. “We won’t take action against the Assad regime.”
https://www.breitbart.com/london/2018/07/20/hungary-passes-tax-against-support-for-mass-migration/ Hungary Passes Tax Against Support for Mass Migration 250 AFP/Getty 20 Jul 2018256 (AP) — Hungarian lawmakers have approved a 25 percent tax on financial or material support for groups promoting migration. The special tax embodies the anti-migrant policies of Prime Minister Viktor Orban, who says that the mass entry into Europe by mainly Muslim migrants threatens the continent’s Christian culture. The bill, passed Friday as part of wider changes to Hungary’s tax laws, says revenues from the new tax can be used only on border defense. According to the bill, the promotion of migration includes media campaigns, seminars and “propaganda activities presenting immigration in a positive light.” Revenues from the special tax are meant to offset state expenditures resulting from increased migration, supposedly caused by the aid groups’ activities. Amnesty International said the new levy is a punitive tax on organizations “which think and say differently from the government on migration.”
Trump warns Iran's President Rouhani: 'NEVER, EVER THREATEN THE UNITED STATES AGAIN' U.S. President Donald Trump threatened his Iranian counterpart in a late Sunday evening Twitter post: To Iranian President Rouhani: NEVER, EVER THREATEN THE UNITED STATES AGAIN OR YOU WILL SUFFER CONSEQUENCES THE LIKES OF WHICH FEW THROUGHOUT HISTORY HAVE EVER SUFFERED BEFORE. WE ARE NO LONGER A COUNTRY THAT WILL STAND FOR YOUR DEMENTED WORDS OF VIOLENCE & DEATH. BE CAUTIOUS! The tweet from the president follows Iranian President Hassan Rouhanicautioning the American leader on Sunday about pursuing hostile policies against Tehran, saying: "War with Iran is the mother of all wars." Still, he did not rule out peace between the two countries. "You are not in a position to incite the Iranian nation against Iran's security and interests," Rouhani said, in an apparent reference to reports of efforts by Washington to destabilize Iran's Islamic government. Ahead of Trump's Twitter-posted threat, U.S. Secretary of State Mike Pompeo launched a rhetorical assault on Iran's leaders on Sunday, comparing them to a "mafia" and promising unspecified backing for Iranians unhappy with their government. Pompeo, in a California speech to a largely Iranian-American audience, dismissed Iranian Rouhani and Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif, who negotiated a nuclear deal with the United States and five other countries, as "merely polished front men for the ayatollahs' international con artistry." Trump withdrew in May from the 2015 nuclear accord designed to stop Iran from developing nuclear weapons. https://www.cnbc.com/2018/07/23/tru...er-ever-threaten-the-united-states-again.html http://thehill.com/homenews/adminis...irans-rouhani-threaten-us-and-you-will-suffer http://www.foxnews.com/politics/201...-or-face-or-suffer-historic-consequences.html

In Major Blow to Mueller, Manafort Judge Orders Special Counsel to Publicly Name Five Witnesses Given Immunity In a ruling Monday, Judge T.S. Ellis, a Reagan appointee ordered Mueller to publicly name the five witnesses who got immunity–a huge blow to the Special Counsel. Last Tuesday, Robert Mueller sought to give immunity to five potential witnesses in the Paul Manafort trial according to a court filing. Mueller filed the requests under seal; Manafort is facing charges of bank and tax fraud and his trial begins Wednesday in the Eastern District of Virginia. The five potential witnesses have not been charged and now Judge Ellis is ordering Mueller to release their names to the public. Fox News’ Tucker Carlson announced last Thursday evening that two separate sources confirmed to him Mueller offered Tony Podesta immunity. Tony Podesta is brother to Hillary Clinton’s former campaign chair, John Podesta which is why he’s getting special treatment from dirty cop Mueller. Tony Podesta is the 6th Clinton-linked Democrat to be granted immunity while Paul Manafort rots in prison for the same exact alleged crime. https://www.thegatewaypundit.com/20...-publicly-name-five-witnesses-given-immunity/

Confirmed: Twitter Censors Pro-Trump Accounts: Mike Cernovich, Paul Joseph Watson, TGP’s Jim Hoft, Jack Posobiec …But #NeverTrump Accounts Not Blocked It’s common knowledge that Facebook censors and shadow-bans conservative websites, especially pro-Trump conservative websites. A Gateway Pundit June study of top conservative news outlets found that Facebook has eliminated 93% of traffic to top conservative websites. But it’s not just Facebook that is blocking pro-Trump publishers. Twitter is also censoring pro-Trump accounts. But anti-Trump and Never-Trump accounts including Daily Wire Editor-in-Chief Ben Shapiro, the National Review’s David French, the Resurgent’s Erick Erickson, and Glenn Beck remaining unaffected Gateway Pundit writers Cassandra Fairbanks and Lucian Wintrich are also censored by Facebook. James O’Keefe and Project Veritas exposed Twitter bias in January. Charlie Nash at Breitbart.com reported: Left-wing technology news outlet Gizmodo appears to have finally noticed Twitter censorship, publishing an article Sunday which claimed the platform “may be demoting controversial accounts in search results.” “In what appears to be new ranking behavior, Gizmodo has identified several prominent far-right accounts now buried by Twitter’s search feature,” the site claimed. “As an unintended side effect of demoting divisive figures, many of the dropdown results now show fake accounts.” Some examples of accounts which have been censored include author and journalist Mike Cernovich, author and YouTuber Stefan Molyneux, InfoWars Editor-at-Large Paul Joseph Watson, Gateway Pundit founder Jim Hoft, and commentator Laura Loomer. The demotion censorship makes it so that these accounts are not recommended when users search for them, with Twitter’s algorithm preferring to recommend fake impersonation accounts than the real users. The accounts could only be found after a user hit enter, but were not recommended in the search bar. Breitbart News also discovered other examples of censored users, which included author and commentator Lauren Southern, OAN correspondent Jack Posobiec, Dilbert creator Scott Adams, lawyer and commentator Will Chamberlain, Gateway Pundit reporters Lucian Wintrich and Cassandra Fairbanks, Daily Caller contributor Scott Greer, Daily Caller reporter Peter J. Hasson, Daily Caller and Rebel Media journalist Rob Shimshock, Several employees of Breitbart News, including this author, Breitbart Tech senior reporter Allum Bokhari, and Breitbart News Deputy Political Editor Amanda House were also censored. https://www.thegatewaypundit.com/20...posobiec-but-nevertrump-accounts-not-blocked/
God forgive me, but what comes across as so very amusing is how these attempts at silencing the truth are all failing. You would nearly think God is allowing us to see that it is very foolish to fight against God and truth. These people who use technology to block positive opinions ought to learn from this. The more they try to promote a false view of Trump, the more popular he becomes. It is all flying back in their faces. Wake up atheistic pawns of evil. There really are two powers out there. God and satan. We know Who is the most powerful, hopefully you too will realise before you meet your doom. And we believers do always pray you wake up before you have to meet your maker.
Republican bill would stop US embassies flying gay ‘pride’ flags https://www.lifesitenews.com/news/republican-bill-cracks-down-on-us-embassies-flying-gay-pride-flags by Calvin Freiburger american flag, donald trump, gay pride, gay pride flag, homosexuality, jeff duncan, lgbt, old glory only act, rainbow flags, u.s. embassies WASHINGTON, D.C., July 24, 2018 (LifeSiteNews) -- Republicans in the U.S. House of Representatives are aiming to forbid U.S. embassies from raising “gay pride” flags, or any banner other than the Stars and Stripes. Rep. Jeff Duncan, R-SC, is spearheading the effort in response to a handful of past instances in which American embassies around the world flew rainbow flags to promote homosexual “pride” or “rights,” the Washington Examiner reports. Introduced last Thursday, the Old Glory Only Act does not single out LGBT flags; rather, it forbids the flying of any flag other than the American flag. As of Friday it has 26 cosponsors, all Republicans. "The United States flag is the single greatest symbol of freedom the world has ever known, and there’s no reason for anything but Old Glory to be flying over our embassies and posts around the globe," Duncan told the Examiner. American embassies in Macedonia, Jamaica, Belize, Israel, and Iraqi Kurdistan are among the locations that have caused controversy in recent years for flying pro-LGBT flags, under both the Obama and Trump administrations. Many other embassies, such as in Prague, the Czech Republic, and even the Vatican, have promoted homosexual “pride” through a variety of other statements and gestures, as well. While President Donald Trump has overwhelmingly pleased pro-lifers for consistently working against abortion and Planned Parenthood, his failure to crack down on Obama-era holdovers’ LGBT advocacy is part of a far more mixed record on LGBT issues. Pro-family advocates have been heartened by most of the president’s judicial nominees, his attempts to bar gender-confused individuals from military service, his support for religious liberty, his refusal to recognize “pride month,” his deletion of special LGBT material from government websites, and selection of pro-family conservatives such as Mike Pence, Mike Pompeo, Roger Severino, and Howard Nielson, Jr for major posts. On the other hand, Trump has also nominated a variety of pro-homosexual officials to various government posts and continued a number of Obama-era pro-LGBT policies, such as an executive order adding “gender identity” to federal workforce nondiscrimination criteria, and U.S. support for international recognition of homosexual relations at the United Nations Human Rights Council. Last month, the president nominated R. Clarke Cooper, an LGBT activist who has publicly attacked the Boy Scouts and National Organization for Marriage, to serve as Assistant Secretary of State for Political-Military Affairs. Trump has also praised the pro-gay Log Cabin Republicans, and declared the Supreme Court’s 2015 Obergfell v. Hodges ruling forcing all fifty states to recognize same-sex “marriage” to be “settled law.”
I am growing very fond of American Thinker lately... Video Frame capture Trump is doing what any patriotic American would do in his position - Walk a Mile in Trump's Shoes By Brian C. Joondeph | https://www.lifesitenews.com/opinion/if-you-want-to-know-donald-trump-walk-a-mile-in-his-shoes July 20, 2018 (American Thinker)– President Donald Trump is not a figure many feel empathetic toward. Nearly half the country hates him. Hate may be too mild a word. They despise him and equate him with the worst of human history, Hitler and the Nazis. They want him destroyed, literally and politically, along with his family. This includes Democrats, the media, and many Republicans. His resignation or impeachment wouldn't be enough. He needs to face treason charges and punishment at the end of a rope or in front of a firing squad, along with his family. His supporters are guilty by association and must face similar justice. But in To Kill a Mockingbird, Atticus Finch told Scout, "You never really understand a person until you consider things from his point of view, until you climb inside of his skin and walk around in it." This is the essence of empathy. You can't understand someone until you've walked a mile in his shoes. Let's for a moment climb inside Donald Trump's skin and walk around in it. Trump was a successful businessman, a billionaire with properties, resorts, golf courses, and hotels around the world. He owned a huge private jet, only a half-step down from the one he currently uses. He has a beautiful wife and family; his children are smart and following in his business footsteps. He hosted a wildly successful television show, was a household name and a darling of the media before he decided to run for president. Yet he gave that up. Why would he do that? As a septuagenarian, did his ego demand one more even bigger prize? Or, as some have speculated, was he approached by a group of patriots several years ago and told in no uncertain terms about the Deep State and America's trajectory into the abyss? Perhaps he was told that he was the only one who could run for president, have a chance of winning, then slow or stop America's decline. Did he, as a consummate patriot, take up the challenge? Someday we may learn why he gave up a comfortable and successful life in exchange for years of scorn and derision. In Hillary Clinton, he fought a political opponent who was challenging, not personally, but for what and whom she represented: the establishments of both parties, the donor classes, the media, Hollywood, academia, and the Clinton machine that has been active since her husband's presidency two decades earlier. He worked his butt off, campaigning around the clock. From his tweets at 4 A.M. to his campaign rallies in multiple states in a single day, he worked harder than any candidate in recent memory. His opponent did the opposite. Sipping chardonnay and napping, she listened to her cheerleaders in the media, fawning over her every utterance, telling her repeatedly that she would win the election easily, and doing most of the campaigning for her. Media coverage of Trump was and still is over 90 percent negative. His own party worked against his election, the party he represented and brought victory to. The big names in the GOP tried to undermine him – McCain, Romney, Bush, Ryan – all past presidents or candidates, the heavy hitters in the GOP, not to mention the Republican NeverTrump whiners. Then there was the Deep State, the unelected and unaccountable three-letter agencies, conspiring and working against Donald Trump, not only as a candidate, but also as president. They spied on his campaign, creating fictional dossiers used to justify FBI surveillance of Trump, his entire campaign staff, and his family. It was a concerted effort by the leadership of these agencies to prevent his election, then "an insurance policy" to destroy his presidency as a Plan B. Phony accusations or Russian collusion tainted his presidency, providing a cloud over his election, much like a successful athlete winning a medal or championship fair and square and against all odds, then having his victory tainted with the accusation of rigging or cheating. How would such a winner react to claims that he didn't really win? Especially when he had worked so hard for victory and had so little help in the process. The Russian collusion story taints Trump's successful campaign and election. The Mueller investigation and drumbeat from the media share the common refrain that Trump is an illegitimate president, that he cheated to win, conspiring with an enemy country. This is the same country, ironically, that so many of Trump's critics were in love with only a few years ago. Trump has been working hard as president, accomplishing more in his first 500 days than any of his predecessors – tax cuts, a roaring economy, record unemployment, a reversal of 50 years of failed policy toward North Korea, strong judicial picks, and so on. Does he get any credit from the media or his own party? Hardly. Instead, scorn and insults continue to rain down on his head. Wouldn't you be frustrated and bitter standing in his shoes? Last is the Mueller indictment of 12 phantom Russians over supposedly hacking the DNC computers – computers the FBI did not even examine. Indictments are simply accusations, not verdicts in a court of law, and were announced the last business day before Trump's Russia summit. What a coincidence of timing, painting Trump in a box where he has to either validate the Russian collusion narrative or question the veracity of the U.S. intelligence community. Always the contrarian, he chose the latter option during his press conference with Putin. Does Trump fully trust the intelligence services, the same ones that conspired to spy on his campaign and undermine his election, then tried to overturn his presidency? All this is based on the nonsensical assertion that Russia hacked the election, an absurd concept that even the media's savior Barack Obama said was impossible: "There is no serious person out there who would suggest somehow that you could even rig America's elections." This is the same Intelligence Community that exonerated Hillary Clinton for crimes proven but never investigated and indicted Donald Trump for crimes investigated ad nauseam but never proven. The same Intelligence Community that told the world that Saddam had WMDs, dragging the U.S. and other countries into a costly and counterproductive war. Put yourself in Trump's shoes: a highly successful businessman, in the latter years of his life, taking on the Herculean task of running for and winning the U.S. presidency. In victory he finds nothing but abuse, scorn, and betrayal, by friend and foe alike. He is surrounded by landmines, his intelligence community plotting a path to make sure he steps on one landmine after another. This is a journey few mortals would undertake or survive. Is it any wonder he is pushing back against those trying to destroy him and his presidency, including the FBI, DOJ, and CIA, all in the thick of seditious activity against the duly elected president? He has few friends in Washington, D.C.; many who should have his back are eager to bury a knife in it instead. The simplest explanations are often the best. Walk a mile in Trump's shoes, and his actions make all the sense in the world. A guy chosen by ordinary people, trying to make America great again despite so much of America trying to stop and destroy him. How would any rational person behave when standing in Trump's shoes? **** I keep getting reminded to post about the following, last Tuesday as President Trump stated that he has full faith in the US intelligence agencies the lights in the Cabinet Room briefly went out. I took this as sign and I agree with the American Thinker article above who could blame the President for not having full faith in the U.S. Intelligence agencies, at least not full faith in every individual in the employ of the US intelligence agencies. **** Here is another good article from American Thinker which LifeSiteNews also posted, Opinion Politics - U.S. Wed. Dershowitz on Cohen: 'Serious Problem' If Leaked Tape Violated Privilege Alan Dershowitz said Wednesday that Trump's personal lawyer Michael Cohen has "a serious problem" if the leaked tape of his private conversation with President Donald Trump was protected by attorney-client privilege. "If, in fact, this material was originally leaked by Cohen when it was still privileged — if Cohen is the source of the leak, he has a serious problem," the Harvard Law School professor emeritus told "Fox and Friends." "Remember, a judicial officer found it to be privileged," he explained. "It then was leaked — and only after it was leaked did [Rudy] Giuliani waive the privilege as to this in order to protect the privilege of any other possible conversations. "This was a conversation between a lawyer and a client that should never have been heard," Dershowitz said. Cohen's attorney, Lanny Davis, leaked to CNN a recording between Trump and Cohen regarding a $150,000 payment to former Playboy model Karen McDougal over an alleged affair. Special Master Barbara Jones, who was appointed by Federal District Court Judge Kimba Wood in New York to review items seized by FBI agents from Cohen in raids last month, said Monday that 12 audio recordings had been released to prosecutors. Dershowitz told Fox that nothing on the tape incriminated Trump nor proved that any laws had been broken. "Not even a close question," he said. "There's no crime. "Even if, and the tape is unclear, Trump raised the word 'cash,' it was then a discussion," Dershowitz added. "The lawyer said, 'no, no, no' — and President Trump said, 'no, we'll do it by check.' "The end result, cash, was not used. No payments were made. "The context of the tape all suggests that the president wanted it to be papered. "So, I think the big picture is no crime," Dershowitz said. "It sounds like Cohen is not as loyal to the president as he once was." https://www.newsmax.com/politics/al...eaked-tape-donald-trump/2018/07/25/id/873693/
...great article, Carol55. It's almost impossible to cope with watching what Trump is doing or attempting to do as president, and then reading, hearing or watching how it's being viewed or portrayed by those against him; the media, democrats, much of Congress, etc... I feel as though I'm living in a world gone entirely mad.
Exactly. There is immutable truth and then there is—-media. Living in their own manufactured echo chamber powering their batteries with more and more outrage. Outrage fatigue is setting in among ordinary Americans.

GAETZ: ‘Twitter Deliberately Targeting Me, Nunes, Meadows, Jordan For Shadowbanning’ Congressman Matt Gaetz (R-FL) called out Twitter Wednesday afternoon for targeting prominent GOP lawmakers such as Devin Nunes, Jim Jordan and Mark Meadows for shadowbanning. Twitter’s censorship goes beyond just targeting pro-Trump accounts, they are now actually targeting lawmakers who support the President. Last week, Rep. Gaetz tweeted: BREAKING: @Twitter deliberately targeting @RepMarkMeadows, @Jim_Jordan, @DevinNunes, & me to be #Shadowbanned. Is it only a coincidence that these allegations would arise the week following my heated exchange with Twitter Executives before the Judiciary Committee?? .....Twitter user Ali Alexander showed how Twitter is shadowbanning Congressman Gaetz by blocking his handle from search results. ....Twitter is also targeting Republican Reps. Devin Nunes, Mark Meadows, Jim Jordan and John Ratcliffe with the same shadowbanning technique. https://www.thegatewaypundit.com/20...ng-me-nunes-meadows-jordan-for-shadowbanning/
