The “news” that is out now is that Pres Trump will be leaving Joint Base Andrews early on the morning of the 20th, tomorrow. He has invited a few people to a Farewell Party around 6:30 am at the Base. He is said to be leaving the White House by copter or motorcade.

The military buildup and lockdown is most likely because the deep state/cabal are setting up the narrative that you'll see parroted on CNN all day tomorrow that "look what defenses we had to build up against these evil conservatives/Trump supporters, they must be defeated and indoctrinated".
