This is what the X22 Report guy has been saying for quite a while. They'll finally declare Joe to be too mentally incompetent to run. I believe that he thinks they have Michelle O waiting in the wings.....or even Hillary since she has said she's willing to help Joe out in any way he may need! Seems it's getting too close for that now though, but then their main goal, since nothing else has worked, is to just create chaos....and perhaps to be able to delay the election. But where would the people's ability to choose their candidate in a primary be?
