Thanks everyone. Glad to be back home now. Doing well, thank God. Hopefully might be able to focus on studies now. God willing.

 

My outpatient procedure this morning went well! I was there & home in 5.5 hrs. MAC sedation is exemplary!! No general. The anesthesiologist again tried to talk me into general...jerks! After him, my surgeon came in and SHE advocated for me with them. As a rule, she does NOT have her patients have general.

Once in the OR, I prayed to Our Lady the Hail Mary 2x b4 falling asleep. While still in my room, the thought came to me she was beside me throughout. how reassuring!

Hopefully you have a good physician who respects and listens to your concerns and views. I have found that so helpful.
