Well, the Lord has been gracious in spite of my angst over the Middle East scenario. Praise God that Iran only did what they thought necessary to save face, and praise God that Trump has taken their restraint as a signal to lower the temperature! Thank you, Jesus, that you have responded to your People's prayers. May I have a deeper confidence that God is in charge!

If there really is a ceasefire it appears like a real miracle. I could hardly believe my ears when I heard about it this morning. Please God it is true. Mary, Queen of Peace, pray for us.
My prayers on this Day as we remember Our Lady , Queen of Peace, is we don't stop praying for peace. Evil people on all sides don't want peace. Asking Our Lord to send His Holy Spirit to guide decisions being contemplated during this very tenuous ceasefire.
