Not sleeping is very dangerous...it is what keeps one balanced. So hard for you and your family. This problem hits home...I have family member with same problem. I will pray extra for this intention.

Prayers for Briege and your family. I know it's hard. My 11 year old daughter is having trouble sleeping through the night for the past few weeks. Thankfully, she'll just read quietly, but it's a worry for me.

Hi Bflo. Just a thought. I often treat children with cranio-sacral osteopathy for poor sleep. If you decide to try it make sure your osteopath is fully qualified and trained in these techniques. Full professional registration should also be evidenced. It should change quite quickly. I always say a wee silent prayer too. But even if your osteopath does not do this you can say one for him and his skill. I am off for a walk. Its a beautiful day here. Will say a prayer for Briege.
