Does PA offer an "enhanced" drivers license? We can get them here in NY and that is all that is required to cross the border into Canada. It makes it very convenient. Hi all, I'm turning 50 in early February and I told my wife that "all I want for my birthday" is to go see frater Silvan in California. We haven't seen him in six months. Fortunately we found some really great (i.e., cheap) airline tickets for that weekend and hotel room and a cheap car rental. Unfortunately I came down with pneumonia this past week. Please say a prayer that we don't have to cancel this trip due to health issues. Thanks, Brian

Thank you all for your prayers! We arrived safely at John Wayne Airport in Irvine CA yesterday afternoon and made it to the Norbertine's St. Michael's Abbey in Silverado CA last night for Eucharistic Holy Hour and Compline. Frater Silvan sat with us but was not able to chat with us. (The Norbertine chant is just incredible here.) We made it back for 7:00am Mass this morning and Fr. Ambrose, the Novice master, met us after Mass with frater Silvan so we could talk briefly and get introduced. The Abbey grounds here are amazing. This place is like a tropical resort combined with a beautiful California style Abbey. What a Blessing to be here.
