If you could, please spare a prayer for Boston. The city of Boston and about 4 surrounding towns are in lock-down and has been all day. All offices, stores, everything is closed and residents must stay in their houses with doors locked. Overnight the bombers robbed a convenience store, killed an MIT police officer, shot another police officer, car-jacked an SUV and held that person hostage for 1 hour. This was all before most people even woke up this morning! One of the bombers is dead and the other is believed to be in Watertown, right next to Boston. Cops are now going door to door to find that person, who they fear has a suicide vest on. so, prayers please, as it's a pretty serious situation. It is pretty surreal.
since Ted Kennedy died they are not much in the news. I believe Carolyn Kennedy (JFK's daughter) spoke at the last democratic convention, where I understand she spoke highly of abortion. Otherwise, they are not really in the news.
Unfortunately for those affected by this tragedy,..it is just beginning. A 26 yr old police officer was killed in the shoot out. Lives lost , limbs, so much heartache,..so sad. The father who lost his 8 yr old child, his wife and daughter maimed for life, is so in need of prayer right now to carry on...
