Here is what my friend just received from her brother a short time ago: From my brother Francis: 8 hours and 39 minutes Lisa’s surgery has been a remarkable success!! They were able to remove more then they originally thought, without compromising any of Lisa’s functions (long term) Dr. Lau is so impressed on how determined and resilient Lisa was throughout the procedure. There is a certain part of the brain where it’s a no touch area from a surgery standpoint, and Dr Lau was able to go in that area and remove more tissue. This is a huge miracle today! We can’t thank everyone enough for your prayers through this! We could not do this on our own. God is so good and we are so thankful for his hand to guide everything today! I don’t know what else to say but Rejoice in the Lord,his loving kindness endures forever! There is still lots of recovery obstacles to come but we are just so blessed to have you all being a part of something beautiful, we can’t say Thank you enough! May God Bless You all! ❤️
Spoke with my friend today who told me her SIL Lisa just got the diagnosis that her tumor is the kind that will grow back aggressively They are not taking it too well.. Please keep this couple who just celebrated 10 years of marriage this year in your prayers. I can't imagine being in this position. May God hold them and strengthen them to deal with the future and whatever comes.
