Its fun to post on the forum and read things. But I think we have to remind ourselves that the most important thing at the present time is to pray, pray , pray the rosary and attend daily mass and the sacraments. We must pray much for the whole world and most especially the Church . Those who pray much will obtain a great peace, a peace that the world cannot know during the historical times we about to embark. And peace is what we most need at this present time. Peace first in our hearts, in our families, our Nations, in our world and in our Church. Satan is the great enemy of peace. Pray often for peace and the peace of heaven will come upon you and your families. Our Lady Queen of Peace, pray for us.
padraig, I agree with you on prayer. That to me is one of the graces this site has to offer. If anyone comes on here and does not see the need to pray constantly, then they are not seeing that most of the posts are about need for prayer, discernment of the faith and preperation then I am not sure what else one could gain from this site. For me it is an outlet for all of the above. It has made my prayer life much more active. I think about the mysteries of God morning, noon and night. At the same time I long for all that is holy and experience peace of heart as a result. My only sadness is seeing family and friends who have not opened their hearts to experience the same. That is what keeps me praying all the time
Yes Fatima, I think what we will need most in the coming days, weeks and months is the grace of peace. For it will seem as if the Church itself has ended and that the world itself is going into eclipse. But the Peace of God will enable us to see beyond these dark dsays that are upon us to that which is Eternal. But even if what we once took for sure rick and firm foundation, when we are no longer even sure whom is true Pope and what is sound teaching, with have Christ before us leading us home. Jesus who calmed the storm. Peace perfect peace is the Gift of Christ Our Lord.

I have found the Mejugorje Peace Chaplet very helpful to bring peace to me and those around me. 7 Our Fathers..Hail Marys..Glory Be's. Our Lady has said if you ask for peace, you will receive it! That's a promise! As an extra prayer at the end of my rosary, I've been adding the October St. Joseph prayer at the end of my rosary for quite a while, for his help and protection for us and the whole church. Peace, Peace, peace and only peace..Peace must reign between God and men and between all men.
I am so glad to have found this forum. It is like the Blessed Mother bringing her children together to support one another. Seems like any disagreements always tends to get worked out. I like this post Padraig,..it is a good reminder that prayer will get everyone thru these uncertain times.
Yes, I am afraid the norm will be many millions running about like chickens with their heads cut off. No peace there. Sadly many of the headless chickens will be our fellow Catholics. Faith and prayer bring the gift of peace.
