Also, I'd like to throw this out into left field. When I read Vassula's messages, Jesus said that the Great Apostasy was happening 'right now' (there is only ONE great apostasy in the Bible.) He also said that the abomination of desolation in the temple is US....that the temple of the Holy Spirit, which is us; is destroying what is useful and precious to God by our sins and our lack of remorse. He explains it better than I, but I was extremely impressed with the dialogue they had and his explanation of this. It did not take away anything from the fact that there was satanic influence within the hierarchy of the Church, which would cause great angst and confusion to the faithful; but that the people of God, the BODY of Christ of those baptized in Christ, was almost in its fulfillment at the end of its great apostasy. This includes the 45,000 apostatized protestants and those who call themselves Catholic with one face and work against the Church with the next face. The cup is OVER-FLOWING NOW. Something has to give. The evil one has already 'taken up residence' and deceived those who are baptized by convincing them that our Lord is truly NOT present in the Eucharist and that the priesthood is just another job that a woman has a right to also....among other things! The words' abomination of desolation' means : 'To make desolate'. Its jurisdiction includes personal status issues, such as Jewish marriages and Jewish divorce, as well as Jewish burials, Conversion to Judaism, Kashrut and kosher certification, olim, supervision of Jewish holy sites, working with various mikvaot and yeshivot, and overseeing Israeli Rabbinical courts. Heichal Shlomo located adjacent to the Great Synagogue on King George Street, Jerusalem, was the former seat of the Chief Rabbinate of Israel. The building currently contains the Jewish Heritage Museum, Renanim Synagogue, office space and an auditorium. It is opposite the Leonardo Plaza Hotel Jerusalem. Building was completed in 1958. I haven't previously read any reports questioning the Pope's health but a report from yesterday raises concerns. A short quote: Some close to the Pope have said they notice he has difficulty breathing, and during the 14 months of his papacy has gained a significant amount of weight, perhaps as much as 20 pounds. "It's a very serious condition," Dr. Peter Hibberd told Newsmax in discussing the Pope's single lung. "If you are 20 years old and have one lung, you wouldn't notice it because all humans have a large reserve capacity in their lungs," said Hibberd, a 30-year hospital and emergency medicine specialist who writes for Newsmaxhealth.com. Hibberd noted that as they age, people "lose lung function," which in turn makes the extra or "reserve" capacity of the lung more critical in keeping the blood well oxygenated while allowing the body to exchange gases. "His repeated fatigue reports and weight gain suggest he may be slipping into a form of chronic heart failure common among victims of significant lung disorders such as COPD," Hibberd suggested. "His immunity will be challenged when under stress, and more frequent pauses to recover from otherwise small insults — such as colds, sore throats, and minor injuries — can be expected to increase in the future unless he paces himself," Hibberd said. Praying, praying, praying for Our Holy Father's mission and for his safety. I know there have been many wide ranging opinions on him, but what a man of faith - to go to such a dangerous part of the world, where so many really deeply hate Christians and to be so open to the people because he trusts in the Holy Spirit and in a very real way is turing all that happens over to the will of God. Very remarkable.
