I believe it will be him, as I’ve said countless times. The Catholic Church in Sweden is small, but it’s the fastest growing in percentage terms. It’s also multifaceted and multicultural. In a single Catholic parish in Sweden, you can find between 50 and 100 nationalities. Immigration there ends up being a counterbalance to secularism.

Arborelius is highly respected in Sweden, although he is conservative. He often quotes St. John of the Cross in his homilies, so he would likely choose the name John — which would lead many analysts to immediately think of Roncalli’s legacy, when in fact he would primarily be pointing to Carmelite spirituality.

In 2004, he entered a secular internet forum of Church dissidents, urging them to return to the Church. And as a convert from Lutheranism, he could be a key figure in the reunification with part of that Protestant branch.

I see one of the front runners is Portugese.

Many, many of the Cardinals are holy, even saintly, wise and capable men. There is great grounds for hope.

Slim chance that Cardinal Burke will be the next pope. He's 76 years old and an American on top of it, but Who knows. The reason I even consider it is because I had a dream a few months after Pope JPII died. He spoke to me and there was a cardinal with him who never spoke. I always thought the cardinal might be Burke, but have never been a 100% sure. Even if it was Burke, it doesn't mean the dream was a prophecy, or it was a prophecy about the cardinal becoming the pope. Nonetheless, I've paid more attention to Cardinal Burke over the years. Just in case.

I love Cardinal Burke. I was just talking to God about him today...how much I'd love him to be pope.

He might not get it, but you never know where he might get placed if the elected Pope decides to do some clean up in the Vatican.

Cardinal Burke looks very, very frail and ill. I don't think the endless persecution from the Vatican helped the poor man any. It would take a young, vigourous, strong, determined man to stand up to the wickedness.

Rome has gotten so rotten I wonder if a new Pope might not be best to walk away from it and live in Jerusalem?

Pedro – A Dangerous Wolf Will Come
Our Lady Queen of Peace to Pedro Regis on February 18, 2025:

Dear children, courage! There is no victory without the cross. Men and women of faith will drink the bitter cup of suffering. Those who love and defend the truth will carry a heavy cross. A dangerous wolf will come. He will seem to be a lamb, but will act with great fury. The Church of my Jesus will shake. Pray. Pray. Pray. I suffer because of what is coming for you. Seek strength in the Gospel and the Eucharist. In the lessons of the past you will find the light for your spiritual journey. Onward without fear! I will pray to My Jesus for you. Stay firm on the path that I have shown you throughout these years and you will achieve victory. I am your Mother and I love you. Open your hearts and you will be able to understand my presence among you. This is the message that I give you today in the name of the Most Holy Trinity. Thank you for having allowed me to gather you here once more. I bless you in the name of the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit. Amen. Be at peace.

If the next pope is Arborelius or Pizzaballa, it will be the first time in over 300 years that we have a bearded pope. This is considering the cardinals currently listed as possible successors.

Cardinal Pierbattista Pizzaballa, Latin Patriarch of Jerusalem, is such a Saint. I am not sure but I think the, 'Pier', part of his forename means, 'Peter' , which fits with the Prophecy of the Last Pope being named , 'Peter' .

    A lovely, lovely man.

Cardinal Pierbattista Pizzaballa, Latin Patriarch of Jerusalem, is known for his strong devotion to Our Lady. He has publicly consecrated the Holy Land to the Immaculate Heart of Mary and frequently invokes her intercession for peace, especially during times of conflict in the region.

Has anyone ever stopped to think that this marks the end of an era of popes who spent their childhood and youth in a world shaken by world wars and the bloody persecutions of Communism? The next pope was likely born between the late 1940s and the second half of the 1960s.

  18. Has anyone read Ann barnhardt's news today?? His Pectoral Cross in enlarged size will be above Pope Francis' tomb. I pray that people don't start asking for this cross. The Cardinal,I think Bernadin, wore this and as Malachi Martin wrote about him in Windswept House. I do not like this cross.
And I pray for Pope Francis many times a day but I have to always speak the truth of the obvious.

A different perspective on some prophecies and future events:

I think half-way through the apocalypse Both
    Pope Francis
and Pope Benedict XVI will be resurrected from the dead.
One of them will be resurrected from death by the Hand of God.
The Other Pope will be resurrected from death with demons inside that shell.
They will both appear almost at the same time.
The will both be resurrected in much younger flesh. Appearing exactly as they were in their 30's or 40's.

It will be very confusing for mankind, as one resurrected Pope will declare that the Pope in Rome that exists in that moment is an anti-Pope. And he will team up with another major figure of the End-Times.
The other resurrected Pope will declare that the Pope in Rome that exists in that moment is the TRUE Pope and he will team up closely with that Pope.
One Truth is from God. The Other is saying the exact opposite, thus must be from the Devil.
But which Resurrected Pope is telling the Truth and Which One is telling a massive lie?

This turn of events would also cause a great confusion regarding the Anti-Christ, at some point.
If the Bible itself says that the Anti-Christ will come back from the Dead after 3 days.... why on earth would any religious person that believes that the person that fulfills the prophecy of anti-Christ... should be followed when the Bible explicitly states that person is of the Devil and is an enemy of God?
    Sequence may not be clear.
    But one possible sequence here:
The Anti-Christ comes back from the dead after 3 days.... people believe he is of the devil
    THEN...
Two Popes come back from the dead....one is a miracle sent from God, the other is a demonic miracle of Satan.... they are taking exact opposite positions on the legitimacy of a Pope that exists at that moment. They are both completely opposed to each other. Resurrected Pope Francis is calling the Resurrected Pope Benedict XVI the demon, and Resurrected Pope Benedict XVI is calling Resurrected Pope Francis the demon.
As that development pertains to the Resurrected Anti-Christ...: all of a sudden the Anti-Christ is talking religious people into believing his resurrection too is a miracle of Heaven despite the Bible saying exactly otherwise.
It would...not be known in advance whether the Devil raises up Pope Francis or raises up Benedict XVI.
It would...not..be known in advance whether God Almighty raises up Pope Francis or raises up Benedict XVI.
When they come they might be flipping positions, engaging in 3-D chess, or starting off with the exact same positions, with 1 of them flipping positions a month later, like a trickster.
There is no explicit time-frame for such things.
A Resurrection of both Popes makes 1 of those Pope the True Final Pope or the other member of their Tandem the True Final Pope.
One of the Resurrected Popes, either Pope Francis, or Pope Benedict XVI enters into a tandem with another that they declare to be true Pope, while the other Resurrected Pope has somebody else as their Partner in Crime in taking or retaining the Seat of Rome. Comparable or maybe even directly applying to, tandems of : the False Prophet + the Anti-Christ, versus the Two Witnesses of End Times Prophecy.

And if it is a Third Tandem.... it stands to Reason that after the True Pope in Rome dies... it is the Resurrected Pope that resumes his position as the Head of the Church pushed out of Rome into the Wild, as the final True Pope.
Imagine Pope Benedict XVI or Pope Francis returned in their 30 or 40 year old bodies as the persecuted Pope, the Final Pope, preaching from the wild and preaching from amongst the ruins... condemning the lapses of the Satanic frauds that have usurped Rome at that Time.

It's interesting that if you look into the etymology of the names and surnames of the papabile cardinals, you may find some source of symbolism. In the cases of Parolin, Turkson, and Erdő, there's no need for further comment. But in the case of Pizzaballa, it's worth noting that his given name seems to be a combination of Peter and John the Baptist. Finally, Arborelius has a Latin etymology related to the word 'tree'."
